I take great pride in the look and cleanliness of my vehicle.. This place did an immaculate job. They kept in touch with me throughout the duration of the time my car was with them by texting updates as to what the progress was and expected completion time/date, they had the whole inside protected from any dirt and debris and they cleaned my car, inside and out prior to my pick up. Joe was super nice to work with and was very explanatory about everything that was done, cost, etc. I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing auto body repair done. They take awesome care of their customer.

My most recent visit required a replacement of a damaged fender and repainting. It was done perfectly and fast. I paid my self because they were so affordable. I have used Advanced Body and Paint many times. I raised 5 children and lots of cars that needed major and minor repairs. Advanced is as good as a shop can get. My most recent is pictured here. Great work! right off the bat they were very professional and always kept me in the loop with what was happening with my vehicle. They even gave me a ride to the rental car company to pick up my rental. They returned the vehicle to me spotless and i was very satisfied with the whole experience. Do yourself a favor and call them if you need bodywork. Theyre amazing! They just finished repairs on my 2016 Mazda, after I was hit on the freeway. My car looks brand new again, and Im so grateful - nothing worse than a new car getting smashed up! The bodywork looks perfect, and they also detailed my whole car before I picked it up. They provide much better customer service than I am used to. They will give you a ride to the rental car place, text you updates on your car, and just do a beautiful job on your vehicle.

These guys really provide the best service around. They are friendly, courteous, and professional! 10/10 for communication. You’ll never go through the process with them and wonder “when will my car be fixed?” Or “how long will it take to get a specific part in?” They are very transparent with their business and are flexible with your schedule.I had my car looked at on Friday, they ordered the part then and there and told me it would be in on Tuesday. They called me Monday to let me know the part was already in and when would I be available to come in. I came in that Wednesday and waited less than an hour for my back bumper to be repaired.While I was waiting for my car in the shop, the gentlemen working there were very friendly and answered all my questions. They made me feel welcomed and like I had been a long time customer.I’m a female who doesn’t know much about cars and it means a lot to me that they didn’t try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. They gave it to me straight and didn’t try to sell me on anything. I left the shop confident I made the right decision choosing their services. I called and got an appointment to get my car towed to their shop on June 11, 2018. I chose this shop since it had great reviews. The Damaged/Repaired parts were driver side quarter panel, trunk floor, trunk lid, Bumper, tail lights and trim, badges etc. When I dropped of my car I left a note inside the car saying Please NO Car Wash and told Mike directly to please not wash my car, because im very careful on how I care for the my paint. Im extra careful to not cause scratches or swirls. Joe and Mike explained they needed to wash the car to see any defects and mistakes and to polish after it gets out the paint booth. He promised to be careful and I accepted/ trusted and said go ahead.It took 1 month for my car to be ready. During the month period, I never recieved a phone call from them to get updates on the repair. On July 12, 2018 my car was finally ready! I got out of work early to go pick it up. They had my car in front of their shop. I Immediately saw the freshly painted areas were extremely swirled and run down drips on edges. It also had holograms from improper use of an orbital buffer. I was very upset! How can fresh paint have more swirl marks than the rest of the car? The new tail lights had scratches aswell! Joe said I could bring it back in 2 weeks after paint cures to get it buffed and polished funny. The wash its self was horrible. Had water spots everywhere, any REAL paint care enthusiasts know that touching or rubbing your finger across paint ESPECIALLY fresh/ soft paint and washing in sun and drying it with a chamios is BIG NO! Well I drove home very unsatisfied. When I got home I noticed my rear bumper falling off!. Trunk hindges were scratched and paint chiped from the edges of panels. Paint run off drips and over spray on door jams. They also made deep scratch on the rear passenger. I took it back the same day and Joe was there and he made excuses and excuses. He said to come back Monday to drop it off and get the problems fixed and respray the rear passenger door, since the painter was on vacation.  I know that trick all too well. So that he can blame me for scratches happening over the weekend.. Nope!! I handed over the keys and told him to keep it in shop over the weekend.Its his problem and responsibility. Joe promised he would have it done on Wednesday (July 18) .So on Wednesday I had to get off work early to go pick up my car. My car was still in the paint booth! Mike and Joe are giving me excuses why its not done.. I asked why didnt they call me to let me know it wasnt going to be ready. Well I was going to call you but after how you treated us I decided not to call you -Mike said. How am I supposed to be not upset after the poor quality work I recieved??? So Joe told me to come back the next day and it will forsure be ready..On Thursday (July,19) I got a call around noon saying the car was done. I had to leave work early once agian! I checked the car when I arrived and repairs were done. So Joe gave me paper work and sent me on my way. When driving car home I immediately noticed steering wheel shaking. I figured they knocked a wheel weight from when they washed it. So I took into Les Schwab for a tire balance. They told me my driver side front wheel was bent and it was pointless to balance. So I left Les Schwab and went into Discount Tire to get a second opinion. The Technician showed me how the same wheel was bent from the inside.My car went into Advanced body and Paint with 14,241 Miles and when I picked it up. It had 14,252! Subtracting the 4 miles I drove when first picked it up and returned it on July 12. That means they put 7 miles on my car in which they managed to bent my wheel. Keep in mind my car drove perfect before I took it in.Please save yourself the headache and avoid this shop! Unless you plan on leaving your car for more than a month without any updates, getting additional damage, scratches, bumpers falling off, wasting your time and missing out on work and bent wheels from their employees driving your car!Thank you for reading.

This place was FANTASTIC! We would use them again in a heartbeat. We got rear ended and Joe at Advanced stayed in contact with me and the insurance so I didn’t have to worry about it. They also sent me text updates throughout the week so I knew how things were going with our truck. They also made sure I was taken care of at the car rental place. They drove me over to enterprise and went inside to tell them I was here and ready for my car. Just above and beyond service. Made this pain-in-the-butt situation a whole lot better.

Twice I have been rear ended ( in the same car.) I loved how they the owner and his son treated me. They did all the footwork with the insurance company and have experience with billing of all kinds. In both instances they set me up with my rental service and had them pick me up! I had purchased my car from a collision center and they had mentioned that my car was not done right( welds.) So they went out of their way to do it right!!! I will forever return to this place and I absolutely love that its family owned! Thanks Advanced!

Our good friend recommended Advance but unfortunately we were not treated well after we had issue with a few things. At first they were really helpful and polite! but I quickly realized communication is not clear. (Sorry for the long review but I don’t want to leave anything out)The initial drop off there were some things Joe said that confused me and even though I tried to clarify I still had my husband call back to double check, it could have been miscommunication on my end so I let it go.After about a week I was told it was ready to pick up and because Its long drive from my home I decided to have another errand done on the same day in that area. I picked up my car and of course I inspected it (just like when I dropped it off) First thing I noticed was a broken piece of plastic a bit smaller than a golf ball size hole on the inside of the driver door, I said “what’s this!” Mike said “oh looks like a hole...usually happens from the seat belt getting hit as the door shuts” I said “oh.. YEAH...that wasn’t there before”! Kinda frustrating but I let it go because he just kept saying it was from the seat belt! After starting the car I then noticed a “caution light” said VSA, he looks at it then asks me about the flashing numbers (that had nothing to do with that caution light) I told him that was already there because I needed an oil change, he then gets my car manual book and tell me the VSA has something to due with “stability track” I told him I’ve never seen that light on” (the other drivers in my home will tell you the SAME thing, we are honest people) he said “Well sometimes our guys push a button or something while cleaning” then he goes to get his plug in diagnostic thing and says “it’s a stability track light and you’ll have to have it checked out by a mechanic” (what?) that made me really nervous driving in the freeway thinking my tire or drive line could have a problem, but by this time I really needed to go I didn’t plan extra time for him to look at it that day (if that was what he was implying) I had my 2 kids with me while we waited in the heat for him to do all that! He said “well you can take it to your mechanic and then we can bill the insurance” at that point I was getting frustrated thinking of the cost and time when I thought my car ready! ...so I reluctantly leave thinking I would call them later to get more understanding as to why I’m supposed to pay to have my mechanic fix something that wasn’t my fault, and then possibly the insurance would be billed? I’ve never done this so it made zero sense to me but maybe I was wrong so I kept trying to call them back off and on for the last week (as my mechanic couldn’t get me in, which now I’m grateful for) I got an answering machine several times until today in which after trying to understand and be polite I was hung up on, I would not recommend this place due to my vehicle not being in the same condition as when I dropped it if as well as poor communication about how to get it fixed, but as a customer Mike basically told me it was my fault because I didn’t have the time to sit wait longer for them to fix it that day!? Or tell me they didn’t know what it was? And that I needed to figure it out.I’m sorry to leave a bad review I’m sure these guys are great, but I’m super sad to have to have extra repairs done on my car and be treated that way.

I got a referral to Advanced Body & Paint by my personal mechanic. Joe has helped me out with two of my cars over the last three years. All of their techs are excellent. Mike is also extremely helpful. These guys are through and honest, I appreciate their attention to detail and their patience in explaining everything. They dont cut corners while making sure they get quality parts at the best price. I have had an overwhelmingly positive experience with these guys. They take pictures and post updates every day for me to see what was happening with my car. Their work on the cars is also top notch. My truck came back to me detailed even! They also worked with my insurance and helped to make sure I understood my benefits. Joe dropped me off at the car rental place so I didnt have to wait for them to pick me up. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Advanced Body& Paint to all of my friends and family.

This company is by far the BEST in Utah! They actually care about their customers and really do want to make sure the car is repaired correctly to ensure safety! I had multiple quotes at different companies and even had my insurance company say to go with another company because they were their direct repair but I felt more comfortable working with Joe and Mike at Advanced! Once they finished the job they explained what parts they had replaced rather than just repaired the damage and how it was done to ensure my safety. After comparing the other quotes after the job was done by advanced I realized that the other companies were just repairing the items that Advanced completely replaced due to safely reasons in the event of another accident. I don’t know what would have happened if I would have just gone to the shop my insurance suggested. If I would have just gotten those items repaired and been in another accident I could have been seriously hurt! All because the other companies wanted to make more of a profit and didn’t care what happened after I drove away from their shop. Luckily because of Advanced Body and Paint I feel safe knowing the repairs were done correctly. Advanced goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure the safety as well as the appearance of the vehicle and NEVER cut corners to make more money. It’s a family owned business that doesn’t try to cheat you out of your money like big corporate shops do! I LOVE THEM! I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE OTHER THAN TO ADVANCED!!!

Advanced Body & Paint is a life-saver. My car was hit and I had taken my vehicle to another body shop for repairs. They had informed me that the radiator and air condenser were replaced, but my gut told me something differently. I took my vehicle to Advanced Body & Paint for verification. I have had my car hit and left numerous times. I have gone here for 3 of those and will never go to anyone else! They do FANTASTIC work and are always so kind to work with. They are leaps and bounds better than other businesses.

These guys were fantastic. Excellent customer service, flawless repair, above and beyond cleaning and detailing of my jeep. They even did a lot of the dirty leg work of dealing with the insurance company. I strongly recommend this place and if I ever have a need again, Ill be going back.

I am so impressed with the work this team did. My car was an absolute mess after having a tire randomly fall off on the freeway- it did way more damage than you would think!! I just got my car back today and it is FLAWLESS. No seams on the body work, the paint looks phenomenal, and they were extremely thorough with assessing the damage and making sure every last piece was perfectly repaired. I was worried initially due to the extent of the initial damage, but they far exceeded my expectations. Not to mention their customer service is unmatched! Everyone I have interacted with here is so kind and made me feel confident with the repair process. They even have optional text notifications that keep you updated on all progress or possible delays. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

Mike was amazing, I came in with my chevy cobalt which recently got into a fender bender. Mike fixed it up and they had good quality pricing compared to several shops I looked into. After my accident I had major frontal damage to my 2000 Intrigue. AB&P gave me two estimates. One to remount everything and the other to get new parts and mount them. I was impressed that I was given two options to begin with. I chose just to have the damaged parts remounted. I was told it would take a few days. My car was done literally the next business day! AMAZING! On top of that the remount work done was phenomenal. I highly recommend these guys. They are truly lifesavers.

My car went in on an insurance claim. It was estimated to about 878.00 after Advanced looked at it, they noticed extra damages and made sure the insurance paid for all the extra stuff the total over 2,000 dollars all because of Advance Body & Paint my car is running the best it ever has! Omg if I could give 10 stars, I would! They were seriously the best!!!! I had to get my Chevy Cruze repaired and not only was the estimate walk in seamless, when my claim went through, they were in direct contact and had me bring my car in immediately. Joe even went above and beyond and scheduled my rental for me and even drove me directly to Enterprise. Service like this is hard to come by these days and I truly recommend them to anyone seeking repairs/detail for their cars!! Truly impressed! I have had taken 2 vehicles to Advanced in the last 2 years because drivers in Salt Lake love to use their phones while driving instead of watching the road. The guys here are the best. They are all about quality work and refuse to take shortcuts or use subpar parts. On my truck progressive insurance was trying to make them use used parts that the guys at advanced didnt think were fit to be reused so they refused to use them. They werent willing to tarnish their work to save the insurance company 20 bucks. Both of my vehicles looked like new after they were done. I highly recommend them for any body or collision repairs you need.

This team is great! I highly recommend sending your vehicle here if you need repair. I have taken in my vehicle twice, prior to it being in there now and they NEVER dissapoint. Joe and Mike run great customer service/team and seriously know how to get the job completed in a timely manner. They put heart and care into the repairs. They go the extra mile for their members. The first time, my boyfriend wrecked my vehicle he damaged my back driver side. When fixed looked as if it never had been in an accident or had repairs. I get plenty of compliments on my vehicle once they do know my vehicle has been in an accident with Wow whoever fixed your car did a better job then where I would have sent it. The second time around they worked on my framing. I hit a huge metal in the middle of my lane. I took my vehicle to Kia but they couldnt even finish the job. My vehicle was sent to Advanced Auto Body and Paint and they work up miracles. Once they fixed it I felt the difference quickly. Felt as if I received a brand new car. The third time around I know their service will do me great just as always. 👌

I would recommend this shop to anyone, great quality work and very friendly owners, our car was completed 2 days before our own insurance company anticipated, paint matched exactly and was delivered freshly washed and vacuumed.

They took one look at my trunk and not only described why the lock on it broke but also how they will fix it and what they would do to help me save some money on the repair as well as go beyond just fixing but ensuring that I wont be in the same situation again later on down the line.I was also very impressed on the time frame they give me as far as fixing my car, just a day to take care of everything.

Took my car to get my bumper fixed after someone backed into my car.They were fast with in 1 day I had my car back on the road they did a great paint job thanks Joe and all for the good speedy work .

Started pointing out things that needed to be replaced that had no problems. When I told him it didnt need replaced he said he wouldnt work on my car. I had several estimates from reputable places, none of them said these things were a problem.

I couldnt open my door good from seeing somebody had kick the lower fender or something and they took care of me was out real quick.

Came to find a estimate on a dent on my passager door and there was no parking at the front. I had my 7 month old baby with me, its snowing and i called their phone number. J. D. anseer the phone he was so nice he came to the parking lot and brought his camera and told me to wait and brought me my estimate. man i was very pleased with his custoner service expertice. 100% satisfied

Had this guys fix my window molding and they did great job and they also helped me with some small issues in my bumper. Great customer service i definitely will come and see them again if i need to.
