They work with you, they keep you informed and are upfront with what they will do. They are super professional and hands down the best shop in my opinion.Ive had two times theyve repaired my vehicle, both times it was done extremely fast with no cut corners. When I picked up my vehicle I was pleased but after digging into it the did a really bad job they did the bare minimum my daughter had crashed her front end and instead of replacing the head light they used some kind of glue to reattach a broken piece also had a huge hole in it as well they buffed out the paint and called it good after we drove it home the horn did not work and was over heating when I ask them about it I was told that there was a fault on it and they didnt know what it was. In my opinion I think they do they do the bare minimum so the insurance company will continue to refer business to them

Higgins Body & Paint did an excellent job repairing the minor fender bender accident on my 2017 Subaru Crosstrek. The appointment & estimate process was a breeze. The front office was very helpful with communicating with my insurance company & the rental car company. And most importantly, the repair work was done at a high quality and a short amount of time.Overall, I would definitely recommend this shop to family and friends. Its great to see a company run with a high level of expertise and integrity.

We needed to get our bumper painted and installed. We got quotes from a couple of places and we decided to go here and Im glad I did. They were very professional and great to work with! The customer service was great but the repairs not so much. They claimed they fixed my car after the car accident but it has more problems then it did when I bought it... Its a new car!!

Honestly, I brought my car in because my back bumper was hit while I was on the freeway. They not only had to fix the bumper but the bar beneath as well. They estimated time to be a little longer than they thought, but assured me that it would more than likely be done sooner. Every employee was super nice. Brian and Danielle were amazing and I was kept up to date adequately. I love them and recommend everyone goes here to get repairs done.

I brought my new car in after getting hit by large debris on the highway. I picked it up today and I’m thrilled! It looks perfect, like nothing ever happened. They are very professional, on time and guarantee their work.

Not sure when Higgins stopped caring about quality of customer service. My first indicator should have been the fact that the face of the company (receptionist) doesnt have concern about the health and well being of the customers she has contact with while wearing her mask as a chin strap.Customer service took a major nose dive once Higgins found out that our truck was deemed totalled by insurance and they wouldnt be able to make money off of it. Im a business person too, but I still strive to assist clientele and my community. My husband asked if they could assist him in a task that would literally take them minutes to perform, unfortunately they declined to offer ANY assistance whatsoever. Now mind you, our truck was totalled in a rear-ended accident and my husband has been needing to get chiropractor adjustments to remedy his neck & back pain. So instead of offering assistance, the non-busy workers watched as my husband changed the custom tires/wheels on his wrecked truck to basic/stock wheels before the truck is taken to the salvage yard.Before any of the above, my husband contacted the service department to find out if his wheels were a 5-lug or 6-lug so he would get the correct replacement tires. Well apparently Higgins mechanics are subpar and have no idea what theyre doing or just lazy..... Because they told him the incorrect information and he purchased the WRONG type of tires. So he had to load and unload the wrong tires, then purchase different tires and load/unload those along with change the tires which was a 2 hour process that would have taken them minutes to do. He would have even paid a service charge if needed but they failed to even offer. Definitely will not be utilizing Higgins in the future and will spread the word to family and friends about the horrible service we received.

In a moment of pure absent-mindedness I completely destroyed the driver side door and mirror of my brand new HR-V. My insurance carrier gave me some options for repair shops, but I had heard Higgins had done a good job on some friends cars, so I asked if I could go there. They got me in the next day and repaired my car 2 business days earlier than projected. Everything looks great and I cant tell anything happened.

This place has exceeded my expectations of a collision repair / auto body shop. I was directed to Higgins through GEICOs Auto Repair Express service after my Honda Ridgeline was rear-ended. The shop is clean and professional. Ellen Bristow was an excellent rep with superior communication skills. This review would be five stars, except I had to call them to find out completion would be delayed by defective parts supplied by Honda. Overall, great shop, and Id use them again.

The staff was friendly, and knowledgeable. The work was done fast and professional. I will definitely be referring this shop to anyone that needs their vehicle repaired.

My wife was hit in an accident and we chose to bring in her car to be repaired. They were awful at answering any questions and made us feel like we were not worth their time. Wouldn’t even tell us the cost of repair. Extremely rude. Talked down to us. What a waste of time. Would recommend anywhere else.

This place is incredible. Extremely detail oriented, very kind, and their work was done so efficiently that my truck was finished ahead of schedule. The staff could not have been more kind and easy to work with, and the text updates were awesome as my schedule doesn’t always allow for a lengthy phone conversation.

Higgins body and paint was an excellent choice to have my truck fixed. Their offices are clean and organized, I did not need an appointment for my estimate and my vehicle was repaired and returned to me sooner than expected. Their workmanship is top notch. Poor attention to detail.Geico recommend this shop to replace and paint the bumper on my Crosstrek. Rental process was smooth and the paint itself looked good on the first try. Thats where the positives stop. The bumper has plastic parts that are not painted from the factory but left black. The tape lines on these areas were very poor and there was over spray on the black. When I showed this area to the girl from the counter she informed me that these details were how they normally work and that most people dont care. She did offer to have it fixed. So we kept the rental car another few days and came back to slightly better detail but still not as good as factory. Also the girls behind the counter wear masks under their chin like diapers. Im sure this place would be great for fleet vehicle repairs but I would not recommend them if you care about details.

We have now had two repairs done by Higgins. We were very pleased with both. No wonder our insurance company recommended them. Their staff and the quality of their repairs is superb.

We were rear ended and needed a new bumper and had some hidden damage as well. They worked directly with the insurance so I didn’t have to hassle with any of it and to top it off they had enterprise rental onsite making it easy to get my replacement ride during repairs. I am beyond impressed with these guys! My mother crashed my brand new truck and I was devastated to say the least... brought my truck to Jake at Higgins and he told me he could fix it no problem. I was really skeptical and nervous the whole week waiting for it to be finished. They not only had it done early for me but when I picked up the truck it looked brand new again! Higgins Body &Paint did an accredable repair job on my Yukon XL 2500 replacing and repairing the entire right side that had been damaged when another car drove into me. They managed to find replacement parts at a reasonable price and completed the repairs in a timely manner.GOOD JOB - THANK YOU

I was extremely impressed with Higgins and how quickly their turnover time is, especially during covid and probably having limited staff. I had been waiting months to fix my exterior body damage on my car because I couldn’t find the right quote. When I called, they asked to bring it in for a quote, and when I was there they gave me my estimate and I was shocked. It was like half the price I was expecting. The quality was great and they were so fast and I have a warrantee. I would 100% recommend them over and over.

I’m updating the review below to be more current since I’ve visited Higgins a few more times. Jake Higgins and Ellen with Geico have been exceptional. Jake is so humble and willing to do what he can to help me. I’ve had some recent bad experiences with the underside of my Kia Forte. I’ve just dropped by and Jake and Ellen did what they could to help me.I had a good previous experience here. The second visit here, I did have to bring my car back to have it repaired correctly. Jake Higgins did keep his word and fixed the car correctly.Ive just picked up my car a few days ago after another visit here. Im very impressed with this place. Maybe a bit more each time. This will be my 3rd time here at Higgins.

My 2019 Toyota Tacoma truck was backed into denting in the passenger door and damaging the rear view mirror. Brian was very professional in his estimate and texted me every day of the progress of the repairs. The body shop also did a great job on the repairs and they detailed the inside of my truck as well. Hasn’t been that clean since I drove it off the lot.

Its always such a hassle to get your car fixed when your car is involved in an accident.. at least I thought it would be. These guys really took care of me and my car needs. I was hit on a Sunday and I had my car back by Thursday that same week. Their customer service was impeccable and they walked me through every step. It was easy to get into a rental of which they helped get me to and from the rental place. Id definitely recommend them to anyone!

As far as the work that was completed in my vehicle this shop definitely gets 5 stars. The work was beautifully done and I just want to make that known up front.The reason for 3 stars is due to the fact that the staff at Higgens was quite honestly rude to me. The women who answer the phone just seem down right annoyed you are calling (when they left a voicemail asking me to call them back). The woman who did the intake on my vehicle argued with me about what damage had been done to my car by the hit and run I was a victim of. She treated me like I had no clue what happened to my car! I had 2 other estimates done on my vehicle and this shop also came in $600 More than the other estimates. (Didn’t matter to me since my deductible was the same no matter what)Now, I am used to negotiating with an insurance company to get my car fixed but I have never had to deal with someone being so rude when I am getting an estimate. She would try to tell me that this scratch right next to another scratch she was going to fix would not be included due to the fact it didn’t come from the accident, when they very clearly did. I chose this shop because my insurance company recommended them but I will not be back regardless of the good work they did.Customer service goes a long way! Also, they sent me 5 text message requests on my way home from picking up my vehicle requesting me to do this review... (so while I was going to just let poor customer service slide, but since they asked)

Brian at Higgins kept me up to date on pretty much a daily basis throughout a fairly complex, month-long repair on my electric car. He also went out of his way working with outside mechanics and even the rental car company to make sure I got taken care of. Kudos! I hope I’ll never need it, but I would not hesitate to use Higgins again and highly recommend them if you happen to need auto body work done.

I called Higgins after the accident and got my vehicle over to them the same day as I called. They fit me right in. The car was drivable.I worked with Brian Buchanan. He is a consummate professional who is great at his job. Since I live in Nevada and the accident happened in SLC, there were a lot of phone calls and emails sent about status.The rebuild was timely and efficient. When Higgins tried starting the car, it would not turn over. So, the discussions turned to diagnostic and the mechanic discovered that a or some wires got pinched during the accident and shorted out systems. First the computer module, then the coils, then the dash module and ultimately the a/c blower motor.Problem after problem arose with that short. Higgins was timely and efficient and really easy to work with in getting the problems fixed. In all, it took just 3 weeks to complete the repair. Two thumbs up and a 5 star rating for this satisfied customer.

Great experience at Higgins. Easy to schedule an estimate appointment that worked with our schedules. Lots of communication before-hand and the repair was quick. Just picked it up this morning but it looks great. Super convenient to have Enterprise right on site to grab the rental car from. They were awesome they were super friendly they made sure that I liked the outcome of my car and you know everything they did, right down too the paint, was perfect. The auto body work was as smooth as glass and they went over the guarantee assuring me that as long as I own the car everything is guaranteed. They just really went the extra mile and so I was very pleased, they also had to make the paint because my car is a 97 and its Forest green and it has metal flake in the paint and they had to make the paint and they did a perfect match for the fade of 21 years it looks so beautiful so they are amazing and they did it in such a nice timely fashion you know I have to give them five stars
