Quick oil & tire service! Thanks for the oil change.

I was really soured and upset by my first appointment set visit to this place for service on my Uplander. I left a previous review stating what had happened to my car while it was there (or at least what I was told had happened).It turns out, I was about to be called by service manager Brandon, to hopefully correct the situation. It just turns out that due to unforeseen conditions in the shop and my shop contact person, that it was a bad case of miscommunication between all of them.Brandon had me bring my vehicle back in, gave me a vehicle we could borrow for the time, and they fixed my van like it should have been fixed the first time it was there. They even threw in a part that needed to be replaced because it broke in between shop visits.I am so greatful that this situation was rectified and we were taken care of much better the second time around. Thank you Salt Lake Valley Chevrolet for making it right!!!!
