I got to know Norm when a company I worked for took a couple of our vans to his place. Hes one of the most trustworthy and thorough mechanics Ive met. Hell always talk through the repairs with you without ever trying to upsell or pressure you into un-needed repairs. I took two personal vehicles (86 Toyota 4Runner and 96 GMC Yukon) to him for the 3 years and never had a concern or complaint.
