They sold me on a product I didnt need and ended up being unhappy with. They originally said because their installer was busy and couldnt install it for me today they would give me 200 dollars off if I just bought it that day and then I could come back later and get it installed. I looked up the price online for the same kit and they charged me twice as much as it was worth anywhere else even with my 200 off. I tried to return or exchange it and they wouldnt do anything for me. They just wanted to rip me off and dont care anymore. Dont go here unless you want to hassle with them about prices and end up having to install it yourself

The guy was very helpful and knew his stuff. I bought a radio, install kit, and door speakers for less than anywhere online. He was sold out of a module for steering wheel controls, but gave me the part number so i could see if i could find somewhere instead of waiting. Overall experience was great.

Terrible customer service. They are fine will selling you something that wont work for you. Then if you come back they wont do anything about it. Also you can get a better deal elsewhere. I should have researched to see that I could have bought the same product for 27% cheaper right down the road.

These guys are awesome. Helped me out took a trade in on speakers. Took my box out and swapped out the new speakers within 15 min and I was outa there. Explained to me why these things were happening (speakers cutting out) and then showed me the reason. My speakers were blown and I didnt know it they showed me the magnet broken off and the other speaker was almost blown.Very happy with my experience very honest and transparent about it all. Will never go anywhere else again.

The two guys that run it are always very helpful and informative on their inventory. Also, it’s always great to be able to negotiate prices with them. Highly recommended!

Idiots need to fix their phone and learn to answer it

This place is terrible. Bad customer service. They belittle you and make you feel dumb tell you the system you have is crap and when you have a professional install done they say it is amature work. And then tell you to have there guy do it so you do and he does not hide wire does not cut to length he rolls it up and sets it on the amp! Then the converter they leave it in the open. It is seriously the cheepest and laziest work then they dont stand behind there work. They rip you off on price and tell you its an awesome deal when you can get it cheaper litterly ANYWHERE. This place is a waist of time do not go here. This is a pic of what they did. They did not even mount the amp. This is such a crap place. Do not take your stuff here. Go some where else. And the sub was just set on my seat instead of finding or building me a box for under my seat. Yeah this was a garbage place to take your vehicle.

They lie about what they sale you. Make you think you getting a good deal but really charging more then its really worth. So I got my stuff here then took it to someone to install. The place that installed it would not use half the stuff they gave me. But instead of charging me to replaced them Take gave me what I needed to finish the install and told me to go get my money back from Audio One.

Customer service is not how some of these guys mention. they have told me to return back several times to get my windows tinted but every time I go back they give me the same answer we hired someone but he hasnt started yet come next week but its been a little over a month with the same guy telling me same thing. then the other thing they lied about was the price on a engine start. first time I went they told me the unit was 20 dollars plus labor. then when I went today so they can install it they came out with a higher price 38, all of a sudden I need another module 60, and plus labor which he didnt tell me how much it was. after all I wasnt satisfied with the customer service why cant they just give me a better answer than keep lying about their prices and their services.

THE GOOD:They have GREAT prices. They are a wholesale business so you can get quality products for thrift store prices. Depending on your personality type, you could see the employees style as laid back and coolTHE BAD:You absolutely need to know your stuff BEFORE entering. They expect you know how many ohms, feet of wire, inches, amps, watts, etc. that you need. If you are new to car audio, bring a more experienced friend. No amount of internet research can prepare you for how complicated things can get.Also, no returns on merchandise. COME PREPARED.

Bad ass experience. Went into Audio One for a subwoofer and amp, got immediate help, said what I was looking for, got recommended great products, wanted something more specific, got hooked up with EXACTLY what I was looking for. At my price range the products I got recommended are some of the best youll find. I was able to talk about all the specs with them and they knew what they were talking about and knew about the industry. Went home and price checked the equipment, couldnt find a better deal ANYWHERE. They even install for cheaper than anywhere else I found.

Great guys! If you dont know much about car audio, make sure to take someone that does. They wont totally screw you over but theyll give you a better deal if you know what youre talking about. There install was cheap and they salesman is great. Ive bought multiple units from them. In fact, my Kenwood amp burned out and they replaced and installed no problem. Great guys.

I was impressed with how much stuff they had, even if most of it is empty speaker boxes. I went in needing a wiring kit and asked about their install prices and they told me theyd do the install using my box and amp...They got it done in under an hour and the install was as good as Id expect from any place like this. The wiring is high quality. The only negative was they left all the wire clippings in my car and put one of the seat panels in wrong, trapping my seat belt...which was an easy fix.I looked up their prices for the same products on Amazon and these guys have Amazon beat every time. They were helpful and kind working with me and all my questions.Id recommend these guys on price and quality, but do not go into their waiting room...it is/was completely FILTHY!

I don’t understand why people write on reviews, they’re rude and only in it for the money. Twice I’ve gone to Audio-One not knowing what it is that my system requires to work properly. Twice they have Stopped me from purchasing equipment and informed me the equipment I purchased from the store 5 years ago, still works. The first issue was a faulty wire that I installed. And the second time was a fuse. I’m not mechanically inclined, so I was truelly pleased to know they did not take advantage of my ignorance.I don’t know about prices or quality. But I do know their service with me, has been outstanding.

I took my spark to get an alarm keyless entry remote start and the tint they did a GREAT job will all of it they even did it on a sunday and the price for all of the was way less then what I priced at other shops even best buy and California audio If you want great work you need to come to AUDIO ONE I know I will never go anywhere else. Been buying stuff from these guys, since they sold Wrestling shirts at the Swapmeet! (1998). Never had any issues with their amazing prices, or the quality of product they sell. I took a friend in yesterday. He got a nice pioneer CD player, that was manufactured less than 2 months ago, with aux in, and a remote for $50!!! And they gave me a t-shirt for bringing in a friend!

I purchased an amp and sub from them last week end. The amp I got is awesome but the sub they sold me was busted. I rewired my entire set up twice before I finally took apart the box and found the ground wire on the actual speaker had broken. So they sold me a busted sub. They are not doing anything to fix it. I am very happy with my amp but mad that they will not make good on their deal. would advise the internet or something else for future purchases.

Their prices are ridiculously awesome. Best deals, they even beat internet retail. If you walk in and youre cool they are badass. Yeah they sometimes send you somewhere else for an install but they do a top notch job at a great price. Car Concepts, Sound Warehouse all of them have nothing on these guys. This is my number one Car Audio place.

Would never go here again. Bought a remote start alarm 10 months ago, just popped in because it quit working and wanted to to see if they could check it out. Im giving them a 3 star because Ive boughten some decent audio stuff from them for a good price. However DO NOT get an install from them! They didnt install my stuff right the first second or third time! Because of their install it started my car on fire MULTIPLE times. Also you NEVER know when they will be here! It says they are closed on Tues and open til 7 every day other than Sunday and here I am at 440 pm and they are closed!😤 poor business there closing SEVERAL hours early for NO reason! They have some decent things and decent prices but that is about it! I had to pay someone else to re install my car because they dont know what they are doing and gave me the wrong wires 2xs! Only buy here nothing else!

Terrible customer service. Do have cheap products but that doesnt make up for their terrible customer service. Very unprofessional. Asked for a refund and they said Hell No even though i bought all my products from them. Will no longer be using them. Stay away unless you know what your buying. They will tell you any sub and box will sound good then you come to find out it sounds like crap and all sales are final

I have been buying from these guys for years and never had a problem. Usually there is only one guy there but their cheap prices and selection make up for the lack of staff.

So I bought a used 1000 watt amp that supposedly worked, gave me a good deal, so I wired up my girl friends car and it turned on but looks like its still in protective mode, I bring it back with receit, they couldnt switch me a working amp and tried trading me a 200-300 watt amp or charging me $48 more for a 1100 watt amp, I wasted my money on a amp that didnt work, I never had any issues with California audio

They were great, and willing to help find boxes for my old truck.

This is the only company I rust to be up front and honest about the products they sell!

If I could give them a 0 I would terrible customer service tried to sell me something I didnt want and still ended up scerwing me they act as tho its a hassle when a customer that spends good money on there products wants a refund for a product thats still unopened that wont fit or work in there truck will never return again

As a supposed jl audio dealer and specialist not knowing the cutout diameter for a 12 is 10.5 tells me you know nothing about the product...Also bashing other brands is very weak....just fyi...last concern to assume i dont know my products and tell me my high quality amp is low quality and sound exteme is top notch had me walking out once again empty handed....i try to love this place i really do...but these last couple visits makes it real hard...This is just my experience... I hope in the future we can successfully complete a transaction where what i buy isnt garbage, info inaccurate, things said kept honest.. until then your only getting a 1 star from a potential loyal customer..maybe thats not what ur after....Dont TRUST WITH W7 LINE THER ARE TOO EXPENSIVE TO HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE SERVICES APPLIED

Had them install four speakers and 2 tweeters and one of the tweeters wasnt glued properly and has fallen off a couple of times over the past year that Ive had it. Everytime time I go in to have to reglue it the owner blows me off and tells me hes booked for 2 weeks .2WEEKS!! Makes absolutely no effort at all to help me and tells me Its an easy thing to do. So the first time I fixed it myself and the 2nd time it came off the wires also disconnected from.the soder so and I dont have an iron . I go in again and he gives me the same BS answer that hes booked for 2 weeks when I hear another customer getting booked to have his system installed in a few days . didnt even offer me an appointment for 2 weeks either 👎 never having them do any future installs

I was talked into getting some additional stuff for someone for Christmas because I was told if it did not fit in the Harley that it was going to go in I could bring it back for a refund took it back January 3rd and dude threw a fit and refused to return my product I was a loyal customer for many years until I was given someones word and they broke it do not trust these guys they have good deals but will not honor any type of warranty or exchange or anything like that shame on you Audio One if you make a promise to someone you keep it or you lose customers
