Javier and all the staff are super friendly and provide very professional service and go above and beyond for customers. My last visit was so good, that I will continue to come back to this AT& T store!
I decided to upgrade my phone earlier today, the staff was very helpful and kind. Unfortunately, the first phone I upgraded turned out to be defective so I had to go back to the store. Curtis was very kind and patient while helping me with a frustrating situation. I was very impressed with his multitasking skills. He had another representative with him that was in the process of training and had several people come into the store at the same time. He did not look overwhelmed or stressed even for a second, he calmly helped everyone at the same time.While I was a little frustrated with the circumstance (and not knowing whether or not my credit of $700 dollars for turning in my previous phone would transfer over to my account) I am very grateful for the help. Hopefully the credit transfers over, otherwise I may end up paying them another visit :(

I went into AT&T to upgrade my wife’s phone and my phone. If you know anything about phone companies you know that this is some thing not to be looked forward to. So many hidden fees and confusion and lack of customer service, in most cases with other phone companies. BUT NOT AT THIS LOCATION!CURTIS was the associate who helped us and he was AMAZING! He answered every question, walked us through any answers we didn’t understand, and was very patient when we were dealing with different issues that came up. It’s not that we were difficult customers, there’s just a lot of questions and security issues with the accountant. But he handled it all like a star AND assisted other associates helping other guests. When I return to that location -which I will- I’m definitely asking for CURTIS.All in all, the entire process and visit to the store took about 30 minutes. We walked out happy and with our brand new phones and no issues or questions whatsoever.
On my 3rd trip to AT&T I had the pleasure to deal with Curtis a younger gentleman at the Valley Fair mall location. He was very polite attentive and listened and answered all my concerns. He was very knowledgeable about his job, And also took time to help me understand the “Air thing” lol because I am so phone challenged! I think they should make Curtis Employee of the month!!😎Thanks Curtis!

I’ve had nothing but bad experience with every AT&T store I’ve been too. I came to this location and Jamil helped me out. Let me tell you! Best customer service! Very patient and nice! He gave me the most help I’ve ever had with any phone store. Thanks to him I did not cancel my lines with AT&T he offered me a better plan that I can afford. Took his time and broke it down so I can fully understand! We need more people like Jamil! Thank you for your help! I left really happy from this location thanks to him!

So I just bought a phone today. I forgot to ask his name. But he patientlly guided me all through out the purchase. My concern was problematic to start with. Bringing in a dead phone which I keep all of the info they needed. And being in an account with multiple users in it. He calmy provided creative solutions. He is freaking amazing. He even placed my screen protector. He works on Sunday morning. I love my experience.

Very bad service and it took 1 hour just to make a simple phone payment
Ive been waiting over 45 minutes to make a cash payment. Theres 5 employees. I asked them if I could leave the exact dollar amount and they could make my payments at their leisure. The employee said unfortunately we cant. He said I had to wait at least another 25 minutes. I walked out.

This is a great location, the staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help you out if you have questions. You can get your mobile devices here or At&t home services scheduled. They are ahead willing to help you get what you want for the best price.

The screen protector he installed on my phone is coming up in the corner because he touched it and tried to put it in too many times. I told him it had bubbles in it and he replied that it would settle in a few days. It’s still coming up in the corner. I feel like if I’m going to pay $50 for a screen protector it should be installed correctly. I’m very dissatisfied and I want it to be replaced correctly even if it means they put a different one on my phone. It was Even the manager that installed it.

The young lady who assisted me was marvelous. Her know about the product gave me insight to the right phone for me. When you go there look for the young woman covered in tattoos. She is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to make you feel you are making the best purchase you can get for your needs.

Went in to trade my phone. Waited an hour and a half to be helped. When the rep did help me he was bouncing in between me and other customers. I was misinformed about my bill as well as a promotion I was to get for trade in credit. Very misleading and disappointing. Will not be returning.
I came in the other day and worked with I believe his name was Raul. He was extremely helpful and patient with me. I am new to smart phones and he took his time to explain all the features and services. Definitely be back to work with him! Great service thank you!

The internet is slow, make sure you do a back up at home before you come in. Not their fault. Great service manager checked on me to make sure I was OK! Store is a hidden gem! Fatima was incredible helpful! Not busy at all!

Stopped at WVC CITY UT STORE TO SEE IF I COULD GET ASSISTANCE ABOUT BLUETOOTH AND FOR COCHLEAR PROCESSORS PAIRED AGAIN HAVE TRIED FOR almost 4 weeks everyone I spoke with from Apple to my audiologists did not have any luck, Sam the manager helped me and finally after 40 min we were able to get both Kansas re paired I am so geeatful

I walked in, and looked around for a kiosk to pay my bill. Leslie looked at me and said we help you with that and walked away. I was standing at the front of the store. After Leslie said that to me not one employees said anything to me. I walked over to Leslie and asked if I just take a seat and someone would help me? She looked at me rolled her eyes and said um Yeah, we are really busy right now and looked away.She was extremely rude!!! All I wanted to known was if someone would help me or if I needed to get a number or something. I have now been sitting here for 15 minutes and again not one employee, besides Leslie who was rude, has even acknowledged me. Is this how your customer service is?

Rep was friendly and helpful, but one day later, the added device would not connect to a network to call. Phone service people want me dismantle it to find the secret codes (and probably damage to sim card doing so) - so I will have to make another trip into the store.

Rude manager and unhelpful employees. I came in here because for some reason they had took money out of my debit card. I have only ever had T-Mobile service. I addressed the issue with the manager and he continued to laugh at me. Wouldnt give me the customer service phone # and wouldnt take my card off file. I had to cancel the card because they stole my information.
