Excellent customer service. I needed to buy a new phone and i didnt have too much money. The people that works there give me options to do it on payments. I really recommend visit this location.
I have been with boost mobile for a few years now and have always had great service but not so great customer service… But I am so happy that I found Cindy at the West Valley location. She is hands-down the best at her job. She goes above and beyond to answer all of my questions and make sure that all of my needs are met. She is so friendly and so sweet. She is always ready and willing to help. I have been to other locations for example one in Midvale and the customer service was absolutely horrible I felt like I was bothering her and she just saying that I needed to call 611. There were other people customers in the store and she was not helping anybody and again just acted like we were all a nuisance to her. So I went to two locations to find Cindy and was so happy when I found her and again I can’t say enough about her and her customer service!!! We love her and will only deal with her in the future. I don’t care where we move to we will always travel to her!!! 😁😁😁

Very dishonest, disrespectful, and unprofessional people. All that work here should be fired immediately. I thought speaking with the owner of the store would be different, but he seems to play along with their lies. My car was hit by their tent and it left a huge dent on the back side of my car. When I came in to ask who was going to fix my car, they gave me attitude and said it never hit my car. So we looked at video footage of it and finally they called the owner of the store when they saw it indeed hit my car and left a dent. Now I am still waiting for someone to do something about it. The owner keeps saying he isn’t receiving my photos of the car when I sent it to other people and they got it just fine. If I could give negative stars I would.
I had a problem on the metro, because they want to charge me too much for activating my phone, and the girls from boost helped me solve it. Great Customer Service here :)

If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. This store/company sucks! Not only did we get a brand new defective phone that was warrantied for 7 days, but after 2 days the screen would not turn on. They refused to replace it! Spent countless hours on the phone with customer care, store employees refused to help. They didnt care! The manager didnt care! Please beware when buying from them. No one cares after you make your purchase! Youre dead to them.Going back to previous provider. 🤨 Oh and when I got home and checked my account there was a number added that wasnt even mine! Beware!!

We will never return to this store. Before purchasing something, I asked about the return policy on the item we were purchasing. They told me 3 days. Thats ALL they told me. After buying it, we realized that it was a bad decision to have bought it and tried to return it on the third day. They wouldnt take it and started telling us all this other stuff that was part of the return policy, which had we known, we wouldnt have purchased it in the first place. The manager was nice when trying to explain it to us after we got upset, but the attitude we got from the sales associate, a young Latina girl with red and black hair, was what upset us the most. She kept insisting that she had explained all of this before hand when my husband purchased it and she was getting a sick enjoyment out of turning us away. She kept smirking and giving me this look like she was waiting for me to try to fight her or something. If we hadnt dealt with her specifically the entire way and she hadnt given us such blatant attitude, we might have decided to return to the store at a later time. Unfortunately, having that one associate there is what has turned us away from boost mobile completely. She should have explained the policy in detail when we asked, instead she just wanted to make a sale so she told us what we wanted to hear. I work in customer service myself and I would be fired in a second if I talked to my guests at work the way she spoke to us. And as a manager at my work, I expect the same from my employees.
I normally come to this location if Alan is on duty. I like the way he helps me and its very throttle about new deals or updates. I been trying to find his new location but had no luck until today. Best customer service from a boost representative ever! Your honestly the best Alan!.
Had awful experience. They charged me Extra $100 on my debit card. Now it has override it. Bank charging me on extra $50 for double transaccion.

This is the most dishonest store I’ve ever dealt with. They overcharged me for my phone, and when I confronted them about it, they denied adjusting the price. They also lied about why they overcharged me. Learn from my mistake and take your business elsewhere.
Boost Mobile is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service lies, and does nothing to resolve your problems. The store employees steal money from your account, charge you for deals and never activate them. The phones they sell explode in your face. Their insurance company Brightstar refuses to pay legitimate claims. And they will blackmail you to purchase service before they will even look at an issue, that they do nothing to fix. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Do not use this location. FRAUD! I went in to purchase 2 phones. I was told that the total cost of the phones was going to be $1400.00. The employee took $160.00 cash and $300 debit to apply towords the phones and the remaining would be charged through progressive leasing. we were told we would be charged $54.00 a month until it was paid off. 2 days later I get an email from progressive leasing saying that they are charging us $54 a week. $216 a month! I never agreed to that! not to mention I never even seen or signed the contract and was never given any paperwork or reciepts. The employee quit the next day and the owner was not willing to resolve the issue. Oh and I spoke to progressive leasing and they said they never received our $160 and $300 towards the phones so where did our money go?

This is the worst place to go to. They lie just so you will purchase their phones so they can get commission. They sucker you into financing a phone with one payment a month to just find out its 4 payments a month. 200 monthly. Not to mention the employee will sign the contract for you and not give you any receipts so you dont find out about the payments untill its to late and they automatically start taking it out of your account. The owner of the store is worthless and is not willing to help even tho he was informed that his employee is committing fraud by signing these contracts. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! THEY SCREW YOU
