Terrible and very unprofessional service. Bought a baptism kit (very over priced) and was incomplete, I didn’t notice until getting home, went back and lady didn’t want to help me solve the issue neither replace the missing pieces in the kit, I even offer to buy them because I was in need of them at the moment. So I argued with her and totally wasted my time. Ended up going elsewhere to piece it together because I couldn’t get my money back nor the missing pieces.If you’re going to baptize I recommend you ordering things online with time and never stepping in this store.

Doesn’t open the time they said they do, gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking they needed extra time to open. I waited 20 mins and saw 4 people playing around in the store, terrible business practices.

It’s a scam. We bought a 15 dress and they said they’d order a new one because the one they had in store was like 5 sizes bigger than the one we needed. They didn’t tell us when we picked it up. They gave us the dress at the price of a new one when they knew they made alterations to it without our knowledge. If you purchase from them check the size tags and if there’s any alterations. Honestly upset that someone would do this knowing that dresses aren’t cheap! The person who help us out was the skinny younger looking gal and the owner.

Ive been here twice. First for a quince tux rental, which was a so so experience. I have them another chance and went back a second time. The girl who helped me was really nice, and they are also reasonably priced. I went in to rent a single tux. They took the order along with the measurements. The said they would call me a few days in advance so we could go back in for a fitting. They didnt call. So we went in the day before to pick up the tux but they didnt seem to have a shirt that fit correctly despite taking measurements. They also gave us the wrong suspenders, which fortunately one of the employees noticed before we left and corrected the mistake. The first time we went in that had given us the wrong color of bowtie, when we brought it up they said they didnt sell the color we were asking for but failed to tell us that during the ordering process. Luckily we were able to substitute for another like color. Theyre nice but need better communication, and to be able to deliver on what theyre offering.

If you’re planning to get tuxedos from here JUST DONT. They give you ripped and baggy pants. What’s placed on the mannequin vs what they give you are COMPLETE opposites 🤣 I rented some out and they were just not even close to what I had picked out. So I instead went to JC Penney and got much more affordable and better looking tuxes. Do not waste your money or time on these guys. And besides it all their customer service is HORRIBLE. Those two girls working there are way too stuck up.

What a disappointing store to come to. Bringing my young sister into try on some beautiful dresses for her 15th birthday. Being a 25 year old adult they told me to bring her parents in to try on dresses. After giving push back they would allow her to try on a dress. They took her measurements came back and told her she couldn’t try on a dress because it wasn’t her size. I have never been to a dress store who won’t allow you to try on an over $600 dress before buying. If it’s too big, put in clamps, easy as that. Such a horrible store terrible service would not recommend since they don’t even let you try on a dress.

Best place to look for quinceanera dresses, wedding gowns, baptism or a dress for a party definitely my to go place

Terrible service. I ordered suits for the chamberlains and they did not give them what I had ordered. The wrinkled clothes and the worst that one of the children got his dirty shirt. Last time I step foot there. Nothing professional. Pure suckling pig 🤮

The customer service was lousy ... Ive always said Its not what you say, but how you say it today I went to try to buy a dress for my sister. They took her measurements after 5 minutes they come back and they tell me okay look right now we dont have big dresses I looked at her seriously and thank God my sister I dont listen because that makes one lose ones self-confession .... I feel He could have said it differently ... hopefully and it was not the owner who attended us ... because what bad taste not knowing how to use their vocabulary well ... these people do not want to sell being people they want to lower the self-esteem of the people who Bad vibes that they are like that ... and to finish looking at the dresses we looked at that if she had a dress that if it fit but we made the decision to buy in that store ... and we went to another that is almost in front much better by the way!! Terrible service. Professionals “zero” I had a quinceañera this Saturday, November 16 and they delivered the costumes poorly. They gave me ties and ribbons. Broken shirts! I had to go that day of the party for the ties. I do not recommend that you use this store to rent suits.

Buy a dress in this store and we rent 2 suits for a special occasion and I highly recommend it 😉👍👌👌

If they had a -0, I would give it to them, they dont balk to that place and apart from that the dress lasted 4 months to arrive 🤪🤪 I dont recommend it at all.
