My experience there Was very good I shall return

This is an awesome location and glasses here are very affordable. So glad I got the warranty or I would have been without glasses for awhile. I was stressing about breaking my frames walked in there, the lady took a look at my glasses, looked me up and said the frames were in stock. She grabbed some new ones and it didnt take more than 5 minutes to have my lenses in a new frame. I am so happy!

Twice I have gone to this Walmart Optical and twice I was talked down to. There was one helpful and nice older woman there, but the other two I felt with were snotty and not willing to help in any way. Made me feel like I was a bother. NEVER going to the poop-smelling Walmart again. Seriously, the front smells like waste.

My fiance and I went in last night to make an appointment. Well we go in today five minutes early. No one came to help us for 15 minutes! No one even acknowledged that we were there. When the Asian Lady (didnt get her name) came to finally help us she asked if we had an appointment. I told her yes weve been waiting for 15 minutes. No apology, nothing. Just the other customers were here first. Whats the point of making an appointment then? Rude, overpriced. Ill go to Americas Best. ✌

The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, they have affordable prices. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Asian lady and Optician both greeted as soon as I walked in, but my vision seems off. Maybe the doc got something wrong, but overall very pleasant workers! Love this vision center in Walmart the BESTEST!

I had excellent customer service every time I went, so far, but my glasses just broke today, so wellw see how their repairs go. Simple earpiece repair, but I want it done right, not just bubble gum and bailing wire.

Everyone here is so freaking rude. My husband and I went to the front desk thing to the right there was the doctor standing there did whatever he was doing didn’t care to say hi or anything or even a head nod. Then walked away and Mariah came to ask for my husbands birthday 2 TIMES cause she couldn’t remember it, we didn’t mind but she just was not polite at all. They didn’t care to say hi or anything. Also made him come back a week later to the follow up. This time was the follow up. And I think we’ll just take our business else where because this people are plain out rude and unprofessional. It’s unbelievable.

A serious lack of good customer service skills as well as decent communication. The lady I spoke to was very condescending and rude when I asked how much I had to pay on my appointment. Ill take my money to Americas best and deal with nice people.

One of the aides at this location is very unprofessional. I had a problem with my contacts, when talking to her she rolled her eyes and sighed heavily. She offered zero solutions, while I was there I overheard the aide talking bad about me to her coworkers while they all stared at me. I left with the understanding that the manager would contact me today before 3pm. I ended up calling at 3:15pm since I hadnt heard from anyone. The person who answered the phone said the manager was busy and MIGHT be able to call me back later. I am trying to return contacts that the aide messed up and they are refusing to give me a refund. This location needs some serious training they have poor costumer service skills and lack communication skills.

Dr is extremely rude! Ive always gone to walmart optometrist and never had any issues at any other locations. I like the convenience and how quick they are able to see get us in. But this dr is very old and just all together rude. During exam he was askin me questions clear? or blurry? when i would answer blurry. he would stop the exam pull the viewer away and say that not helping any. I said im answering exactly how you are askin. If he wanted a different answer he should have asked or specified he wanted more specific answers. Then i finally finish after dealin with his rudeness about 30 min and i pay for my exam order some contacts and then they dont even give my copy of my presription! Then i finally get my copy and when i go to order my glasses i find the preacription not even labeled correctly it just has random #s and i dont evwn know which eye is which. Dont bother going here i will not be coming back ever!

I walked in for a contact exam and had a very pleasant experience here. Everyone was fast, efficient, and polite.
