Horrible work experience! Seriously waste of time and effort. Travis thinks he’s a manger and enjoys telling employees what to do like he’s better than them. Really wish I could’ve had an actual manager help me and guide me. Travis made this a horrible work experience!

In my opinion, this is the best Fastenal branch. Dan and Brett are awesome and really go the extra mile for you. Ive been dealing with this Fastenal for years, and theyre a 10/10.

Fastenal is a good vendor for hard to find hardware, or if you need to order a lot of hardware, have it well-sorted and delivered, and have sufficient lead time. For the average consumer theyre price is higher than a big hardware store, because theyre selling their services.
