If someone told me 2 years ago I would purchase 3 machines in my first year, all Cat none the less, I would have laughed. My salesman, Ryan Stevenson, I met that first day kicking tires is the reason I continue to use Wheeler and Cat. From day one I could tell he had my back. Time and time again Ryan has greatly exceeded what anyone can reasonably expect from a salesman as he has extensively answered my questions and helped me navigate job site solutions, well past normal business hours in many instances.Ryan never had to sell me on equipment, never had to put down another brand. He simply was genuine and honest, and to this day makes my small business a priority every time I need something. If youre lucky enough to have Ryan as your sales rep youll be in the best hands out there.

They are always friendly and get my parts in a timely manner

Every time I go here to pick up a piece of equipment they leave me hanging out in the lot for like 2 hours. All the workers act like theyve got better things to do than help their customers. Komatsu and Honnen are alot better to deal with.

They are a Trail king dealer. Tried to order parts six days ago and still nothing. Pointless call. When I looked up online I spoke to Vernal location for some reason. I had much better communication with that location than the others I was near.

I recently purchased a CAT 259d from wheeler. I worked with Ryan Stevenson, who was absolutely incredible throughout the whole ordeal. I needed to get a machine by the end of the year, so we were in a huge time crunch to get it taken care of. Ryan was very thorough, fast, and got me a machine that exceeded my expectations, and under budget! I will definitely be using Wheeler again for my machine needs in the future! Couldn’t be happier!

I have purchased both a CAT Mini Excavator a few years ago, and now a CAT Skid Steer from Ryan with Wheeler in Salt Lake. Ryan has been very professional and accommodating to my company. I have been a long time customer of caterpillar at this time I am very surprised and disappointed at the way caterpillar has handled a very expensive engine warranty didnt see this coming. One of the reasons you pay more for cat used to be quality and service that has changed in both aspects

We called Wheeler about getting a Dyno test on a 3116 Cat engine. We thought it would be better than buying the tools to set the fuel rail adjustments. We were quoted 1250.00 and that price included all adjustments on the upper end and to set engine to maximum horsepower. We had already completely rebuilt the engine. We took the engine to Wheeler Machinery in SLC. They called back a few days later and said the engine would not start. We asked if they had set the rack yet. The repy was, No, and for a 1550.00 Dyno that was not part of it. The price quoted was 1250.00 of which we reminded them. They checked and said yes it was quoted 1250.00. Then they proceeded to charge us 2400.00 because they had to switch injectors and clean the fuel line. (Both minor processes) This was a total gotcha!!!

Phill Powell and Dave in the shop have been very helpful and Patient with me, getting my machine fixed quickly and back into service. They have my business for life. I especially love their live updates for repairs on my machine.

Wheeler cat at first are ok to work with until billing comes around. They are slow to pick up equipment and will over charge you. There customer service sucks, they will not work with you. They pretend to listen and than will charge you the full amount. Do not use them
