Great body shop. 2020 was not the year for my jaguar xe. I had one at-fault accident and two not-at-faults, and in all 3 occasions Pacheco automotive took incredible care of my vehicle. They worked with me and promptly got me a rental car each time. They treat your car like it was their own, which is more than you can ask for. Big thank you to the whole team, especially Cassandra for always coordinating with me and going above and beyond, and Bob for transporting my car!

I’ve now used Pacheco Auto Body for 2 accident repairs and they have been absolutely amazing. With repairs from my first accident, my car looked better than before and they detailed it and even fixed a dent free of charge. They also help you with the process of getting a loaner vehicle which is another great thing about this shop. For my second accident, it ended up being a total, and Pacheco’s Auto Body was more helpful and more on top of things than my own insurance agents. When I went to pick up everything from my car, it was all already boxed up and ready to go, the guys even moved everything into my new car for me. Cassandra, Kim, Artie and everyone there are fantastic and I would absolutely trust and endorse them for fixing any car. The quality and professionalism of this shop is very apparent. Pachecos is the best automotive shop in Rhode Island hands down. They are such a pleasure to work with and are honest and extremely helpful. My Range Rover needed a lot of work done and during its time in the shop, they never cut any corners and make sure to do their job thoroughly and with integrity. Cassandra and the team are always a phone call away when we need them. Highly recommended & amazing company. Dont take your vehicle anywhere else.

After my car got rear ended, I called Pacheco on the strong recommendation of someone I knew. They couldnt have been more courteous and professional. They drove out from Rhode Island to Boston - twice - to get my car and bring it back. When I did get it back it was in better shape than when I bought it. They kept me updated and informed throughout the entire process. All in all, 5 stars, would absolutely recommend Jerry and the entire Pacheco crew for any work. These guys rule.

The customer service was amazing from everyone I encountered, especially Cassandra, who updated me EVERY step of the way. They handled EVERYTHING, never had to speak to an insurance company once they had my car (which was picked up and a beautiful loaner car dropped off) to being so proactive- I never had to call for an update as they constantly check in, to the final delivery of my car. Honestly with the amazing detail and incredible precision of the work my car looks better and cleaner then when I bought it. Excellent body shop. Pacheco Automotive fixed a deep scratch on my Range Rover. They went above and beyond for me and fixed the vehicle perfectly. The staff was incredibly nice to deal with. The work they did was amazing and I can’t thank them enough!

I feel compelled to write this review after receiving absolutely outstanding customer service and repair results from Pacheco Autobody. From the very first phone call after my accident when they delivered a nearly new, completely detailed Range Rover Velar as my loaner car, to the friendly and complete updates on the work, to dealing with the insurance companies, to the end repair results (which is most important) Pacheco exceeded all expectations. Mr. Pacheco is a perfectionist and it shows throughout his organization. I rarely leave reviews but I could not help myself. If your car needs repair this is the body shop you should contact.

Worst place to work in ! Arthur Pacheco does not know how to treat his employees. I speak from experience, recently I left this job due to the fact that he down talks his people and I had only been workin there 2weeks ! ! ! He also cant keep a full staff which say alot about him . All his employees talk behind his back aswell ! The work is good because of the employees there not because of him .

Ive unfortunately had to visit Pachecos twice due to 2 car accidents. He and his staff are FABULOUS! My car looked better than it did originally. They really do a professional job. They also detail your car too. They take care of the insurance company and can hook you up with a rental vehicle ( through a different company) on premesis. Both times were great experiences! An absolutely fantastic auto body shop. It is very difficult to do high-quality work on an aluminum bodied car Archie and his crew did a fantastic job on my 2015 Range Rover when it was sideswiped on the right side. He coordinates with the Land Rover dealership to make sure that everything that needs to be replaced will be replaced with OEM parts. Go there first and then call your insurance company.
