Reliable Collision Repair is an outstanding repair center. Customer service is excellent! To us customer service is #1 then obviously quality of services.A coyote ran infront of our brand new 2021 Kia Sorento on I-95 the night we picked it up from the dealership. Our Front bumber and radiator were destroyed. It was a devastating. The next day my husband called around and every repair center said because the car was so new it would be months before they could get parts especially with covid going on.So he called Bald Hill Kia and asked them what to do. They told him when they need body work Reliable Collision was where they bring their cars. Our experience with Reliable gave us peace of mind. We explained we wanted all genuine Kia parts and that we were waiting to hear from insurance. Despite only having a claim number they got to work right away.Covid did make things take a little longer than necessary but a month later and you can not tell the difference between our car and one at a Kia dealership. (Other than dirt and bugs from daily driving)The secretary was friendly, professional and responsive. Any questions she could not answer she got back to us very quickly. The service guys were great. At one point I just wanted to see it. Even though they were waiting for parts and it was missing whole bumper they brought it to the lot so I could see it. No one made me feel crazy or was annoyed with my request. Instead they said Absolutely no problem.When we picked up our once again new car the owner came out and apologized for longer wait time, although it was completely out of his control. Not once did we even have to talk to insurance company they did all the work. Will not go anywhere else should we ever need to have body work again.

Was very reliable and fixed my car exceptionally well. Paint was done perfect. And they cleaned the car spotless. Need to get better customer service with a nice attitude when you call not someone who says we will call you when done very rude.

Reliable was the best place I have ever been. They walked me through the whole process of getting my car fixed after my car was hit. They let you know every day by text what is going on. I recently had my Toyota Tundra at the shop for an assessment and repair after an accident where I was rear-ended. Dave was very up front and honest about the massive repairs required, including an entire new frame, and worked with my insurance to total the vehicle which was the correct course of action. Very honest business, excellent communication and a very clean and organized operation. Would take any of my vehicles there for repair without question.

Everything about my experience with Reliable Collision was positive. The staff are accommodating, friendly, and professional. Randy was one of the most understanding and kindest people weve ever worked with. He was extraordinarily accommodating to our situation when we had our accident. Reliable took our car in on a last minute basis, and stayed after their hours to make sure that we were situated while our car was in their shop. They sent us text updates throughout the process letting us know what progress was being made to our car so that we werent left wondering what was happening in the meantime! Our car was also fully and thoroughly repaired a week before their estimated completion date which has both my husband and I pleasantly shocked! Randy also assured us that our repairs had lifetime warranties, so if we did have any further issues, we were welcome to come back and get them fixed! Were so thankful for their hospitality and highly recommend that you bring your car there when/if (hopefully never) you find yourself in need of a repair! 10 out of 5 star service because they went above and beyond!!

Finding a decent, honest repair shop can be taxing. Many people have horror stories about visiting the wrong shop. Fortunately for me, I was referred to Reliable Collision. I worked directly with Randy and he immediately put my concerns and worries at ease. The work was flawless, my vehicle looks better than before the accident. Not only did Randy return my Volvo to me in sparkling condition, but I had my vehicle back in less than 2 weeks, that is unheard of. I am impressed with the service we received from beginning till the end. My daughter was involved in an accident and im sure everyone agrees this is very stressful. We didnt have rental on our insurance but reliable put her in a car the day ww went in. We had the car for four weeks but were only charged for two of them. When her car was completed randy the owner met with us and went over everything that was done to the vehicle. We were upsated through out the process of the repairs. Every employee that we came in contact with waz so polite. If i ever have to deal with an accident again this is where we will go.

My wonderful car was in an accident on our first real snow storm of the season 2/9. My husband went to Hyundai to ask who they use for collisions, the service man said Reliable Collision. My husband called Reliable, they quickly came and towed the car on 2/10, my husband followed them there where he was quickly and efficiently taken care of. I followed up with them on 2/14 was told my insurance hadnt been in contact with them, so I called my insurance right away and was told by them Reliable could only fit them in on Thursday the 16th. Once that was all set my insurance told me, his words, boy they really have their act together!! Your car was all apart, reusable parts on one rack, all damaged parts on another rack. Everytime I go there its like that. So I thought well thats good. I really have nothing to compare it to as this is not a natural accurance in my life. I also explained that I needed my car by 3/8 as we are driving to go on vacation. They explained this would be a tight time frame the parts are on back order. So now Im worried and resigned myself to the fact that we are renting a car, which is an added expense. Well I got the call on 3/1 that my car will be ready for pickup on 3/3!!!! I was sooo excited!!! I go there today to pick her up, and shes beautiful!!! So clean shiny inside and out. The owner himself explained everything to me. Excellent experience!! So glad Tarbox Hyundai told us to go there. Thank you Reliable Collision for everything 😄

I took my car herevto be repaired after a rear end collision. I had a small dent less than an inch on my rear bumper. Was told 3 days for the repair, it took over a week and the rental I was given was infested with mold. The rugs smelled like wet dog and were wet the whole time I had the rental.
