We did not feel rushed or pressured into buying a car as we often do feel by other salespeople we’ve dealt with in the past.We did not end up buying a car there as we ultimately did not end up finding the car we wanted there, but this was no fault of Phil’s. The guys were nice but the prices listed online aren’t real, they add a $1000 fee just for walking in the door. I tried to negotiate my trade and they gave me the KBB value and then were adamant that the car was worth 40% less than what they quoted me. They list the cars low just for visibility online, don’t expect to get a good deal here or have them honor KBB value.

I recently had one of my vehicles serviced here and long story short there was an issue during my service appointment, I ended up speaking with Peter Boursiquot who is the General Manager and he was less than helpful. To say I was treated poorly would be an understatement, he was uninterested in rectifying my service issue and talked down to me the entire time. How the Balise family can allow such a person to run one of their dealerships is mind boggling.

Do not trust. Tried to hide required maintenance on a vehicle. Had to ask repeatedly for the information - dealer said all required maintenance was completed on used vehicle. After repeated requests for documentation, it showed that the vehicle required at least $2000 in maintenance, if not more. Prior to this experience, they advertised for a new Honda Civil - a price of a monthly fee of $167 payment with $1000 down. When we requested to buy this vehicle, they said it was a mistaken listing and they werent offering what was in their advertisement. The offer they then called with was $278 per month with $2500 down. They then said they would provide an offer by email close to what they had in the advertisement and never did. Belize Subaru is WAY BETTER. Honest - trustworthy, and great cars.

Blaise Honda really helped me find the car I loved and take it home in about 3 hours. They made the car buying process so easy. Brought my 2017 Honda Accord for oil change on Friday, June 25th. The car has been serviced here since I bought it. Never had a problem with service. On Friday evening I noticed hood was damaged. Was not like that when I brought it in. My husband took car in this morning and General Manager brushed him off and walked away. Said damage had nothing to do with garage without even talking to person who serviced it. Seems to me that when you purchase a car, you get the royal treatment but when there is a problem, it is a different story. I firmly believe the car was damaged there.Georgia Calise

Buying cars can be a stressful experience, nonetheless in a global pandemic. However, Balise made it quite painless. I went in knowing what I was looking for and pretty stern on what I was looking to spend. I met with Andrew, who listened to what I was looking for and matched me with just that. He didn’t try and persuade me or change my mind, but more match what I wanted, including the monthly price. Then, I met with Ian from finance, who was just as helpful. He, again, didn’t persuade me one way or another but more matched what I was looking for. The same day I went in, I left with a new car. Beyond thankful there are salesmen out there who can be personable, professional, and respectful, specially to a young woman who doesn’t know much about cars.

Michael P helped me trade in my 15 civic for a brand new crv! Hes very smart, knowledgeable,and helpful. However after taking my car home I found two slices in my leather steering wheel. I tried to speak with the manager about how this could have happened. They denied any blame even though its a brand new vehicle and said I waited to long to notice it. now my 2017 crv dashboard is peeling up for some strange reason. I had some hope after speaking to service and going in three times. Service attempted to clean it and used some sort of abrasive cleaning and left my dashboard looking two different Colors and still peeling. so I asked what is the next step to make my car like it was when I bought it three weeks prior. My hand was shaken and I was told I would hear from them soon but they had a customer waiting... Three and a half weeks later..... Sucks to feel this crappy buying a vehicle somewhere.. twice.

I CANT say enough WONDERFUL things about this car dealership! I found my car on cargurus.com at their dealership at at an INCREDIBLE buy! Of course, I had a million questions and to be frank, my last car dealership experience was really bad so I was hesitant to experience another like that. As soon as I posted my inquire, someone from their dealership reached out to me the same day, answered my questions and set up a test drive. The dealership was an hour away and I explained that to them. They were incredibly considerate of that and worked on my schedule. (More on this later!) As soon as I walked in, a gentleman by the name of Benjamin Didonato came and assisted me. I thought I was meeting the man I had been speaking with but Ben explained he was their internet sales guy. So from then on, Ben was my guy and Ben was AMAZING! Ben LITERALLY MADE the sale! If I had any hesitations, Ben squashed them! I came down for my test drive and he handed me the keys and said, Take as long as you like and tell me what you think! I have NEVER felt that free or comfortable on a test drive! I usually have a salesman BREATHING down my neck and it is the most UNCOMFORTABLE experience. After my test drive, I fell in love with it. It blew away the Rav4 I had been driving and several areas. I didnt want to buy that day though because I wanted my ex-boyfriend to be included in the decision. (We all make mistakes! LOL) So, I explained that to them and they completely understood! It was going to be, I think, six days before I could come back down with him. The dealership was AMAZING again! I obviously knew they couldnt hold the vehicle for me but Ben and another saleswoman called to let me know that the vehicle was still there. When I got back, and we test drove it again, it was buy time. Hold up....dealership was closed? So I figured I would have to come back and buy it. NOPE! A team of specialists stayed for hours closing my purchase! I was so surprised and so happy! This dealership went ABOVE AND BEYOND! And I needed to let EVERYONE know. The man who helped me with finance was Fabian Graham and he was informed and efficient. And their closer sales manager Hamlet Lopez visited me a few times to make sure I had the BEST experience of my car buying life. And I did. I drove away in a certified used Honda Odyssey and I am STILL loving every minute of it! I have also had a chance to use their service department. I had a roof rack and rails installed. They were efficient and on time. The job they did looks AMAZING! THANK YOU BALISE!

Sending a huge thank you to Andrew and the team at Balise Honda of West Warwick. I called the dealership this morning to speak with someone regarding their Covid-19 protocols. I explained my concerns as a high risk individual and asked if they would be able to accommodate a transaction with minimal time spent inside the building. The man I spoke with, Justin, was so understanding and respectful of the situation. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted outside by two men, Andrew and Jim. Jim gathered some information and Andrew directed us to the vehicles we were interested in. We spent a total of 5hrs at Balise and Andrew spent the majority of the time outside with us, social distanced and wearing his mask. We discussed pros and cons of a new vehicle, benefits of leasing vs purchasing, and all of our financing options while standing outside the building, where we felt safe. When it came time to complete the paperwork the finance manager, Ian, came out to us so we could complete as much of it outside as possible. We then went into Ians office to sign off on the last few details. Ian was so organized and knowledgeable and had us in and out of the building in just a few minutes. These guys were all so great to work with. I truly am so thankful that they took my concerns seriously and were able to get us into our brand new 2021 Honda Odyssey without any problems at all. We will definitely be heading to Balise and visiting Andrew for all our future car needs!

AmaZing! Had my Honda Fit serviced here and Katrina handled everything from beginning to end. Really easy to drop my car off, get updates, called when ready which was barely two days later because of a part that needed to be ordered. Very friendly, very efficient, everyone had masks on. Car is running as good as new!

Me and my boyfriend went to get a quote on cars and the general manager Peter assisted us very poorly he did not explain the paperwork to us and was very rude does not know how to communicate with people. He told my boyfriend a qoute and my boyfriend told Peter he was going to talk with me about it and the manager said “no why do you need to discuss it with her she doesn’t have anything to do with this it’s between me and you not me, you and her” and then also deposited my money into their system without even asking me if I wanted the car or not so I had to leave the dealership without my money and no car. And Benjamin didonato was one of the salesman that let my boyfriend test drive a car he was busy smoking his THC cartridge while working with me. HONESTLY WOULDNT RECOMMEND!

Charging over MSRP by 3k...look elsewhere. Always consult forums and lease hacking stats before you let these folks take your money. Dealers already make a lot of money. Avoid this one at all costs. Fake positive reviews are propping up their google rating. Beware.

The second I feel like I’m being manipulated, I walk away. I did not get that with Phill at all. He wasn’t pushy and was very patient. Jim also came out to help us seal a deal that worked for us. I changed my mind so many times and each time, Phil got me a different car, and Jim got me price options. My husband said Phil must feel like a valet Parker at this point lol. Total incompetence.Balise Honda service damaged my vehicle -contacted the general manager twice and he refuses to address the issue.

Third times the charm! After visiting Grieco and Herb it was easy to see why Balise is the way to go. Our sales man Ben D. Was very helpful at explaining the process and was determined to get me what I wanted and where I wanted my payments. Three hours later I was driving away in my first ever new car. Wasn’t expecting that!

Probably the worst Honda dealer ever. Went in to purchase a 2017 Honda Accord V6 that had 29,XXX miles talked to Justin he assured me the car is in great condition they just did some service to it and this car is in beautiful condition. So I looked at the car but noticed some scratches here and there asked him if he could do anything about it said he could try and buff them out. I was ok with this as I knew it would cost money to really do a paint correction anyway he sent it to the shop and it came back literally like they washed the car. Just threw some water on it and that was that. Anyway it was not something that was a big issue or really bothered me too much. Next complaint they dont even give a formal Carfax report to you they give an auto check but the auto check does not state if the car has had damage to it this car did and Justin did not want to bring this up (I figured this out after I bought a CARFAX report for the car. Im not saying this is there fault but it would be nice to know that the car has had previous damage) next they forgot one of my floor mats to the car. They tried to cover this up with one of those paper floor mats that says Thank You for your Business I called the dealer and they told me its a mistake that they will send it to me. I talked to Justin about this and he thought it would be a good idea to hang up the phone on me saying Its been three months since the bought the car I simply asked him to speak to a manager but I got a dial tone instead and a angry employee not very professional. Its been four months since I bought the car and still no floor mats. I explained all of these things to the manger there finally (Peter Boursiquot) and he just said we will take care of it but nothing has happened. These guys are completely dishonest and will try to cover up there mistakes. If you do buy a car from here thoroughly inspect the car or get a mechanic to and make sure to ask for a CARFAX NOT AN AUTO CHECK BECAUSE THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER BY SAYING THE CAR IS IN PERFECT CONDITION WHEN IT REALLY IS NOT. Make sure that the car has everything set in place and where it should be. Also be sure to check out there BBB review you can see how good there rating really is.

The manager Marcus tried to pull every penny out of me for being a younger guy. Tried to pressure me into buying a car that day as well as having no negotiation in their used cars. Guy literally said “I’ve lost deals over $50” as if that’s a brag. They didn’t even tell me there was an accident on the car until I asked at the very end. Salesman was very nice and was the only decent part of my experience

James Smashe was fantastic. I was able to call for information and test drive the same day, he had the car ready for me when I pulled up and was very knowledgeable about it, answering every question I had. I didnt feel pressured at all, and had a great experience.

I worked with Fabian & he was great! He helped me with a civic hatchback & was super attentive & was helpful as it was my first time ever buying a car.
