Always been amazing. We move a lot on military orders and use hundreds of different car care companies all over the nation. This is literally the only one that you feel welcome and also the only one thats ever called me to say hey Im sorry we overcharged $5. Would you like me to refund it to the card or l have it on account until next time? A bunch of great guys and will continue to go to them as long as these orders keep us here!

Highly recommended. I have used them many times. In one of the first times I used them I had very noisy front brakes. I thought it was probably time for new pads and maybe new rotors. When they could have easily sold me more than I needed they found the issue and fixed it at a fraction of the cost of new brakes. Just one example, there have been other examples. Honest, friendly, professional and knowledgeable service at a reasonable price. You can see why theyve been in business so long.

Totally fair pricing, kept me right on schedule and has a clean and comfortable waiting area. There is no need to hit big national chains when a locally owned pillar of the community like this exists. Go here, support the local economy and get a fair and square deal.

I had a tire that was losing air. Took it to Jennings and they removed a nail and plugged the hole quickly. I have taken my cars here for tire service, new tires and minor maintenance for 25 years and have been taken care of very well and never disappointed. Dave Jennings was awesome and his son Dean continues the same family tradition. Nothing but good to say about Jennings Car Care.

Great place to go. Very nice people work there. Ricky who works the desk is top notch. Hes very nice and helpful and you feel welcomed even if you have lots of questions (like I did). The wait area even has cell phone charger station. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is the wait area is cold. A space heater of some sort would make it much more comfortable while you wait for your vehicle to be repaired.

Car wouldnt start, wasnt a battery issue. Dealer said they couldnt look at the car for a week. Called Jennings, they looked at the car that day which was a Friday, ordered the part and my car was back up in running by Monday morning. Reasonable price as well. Would recommend.

Great service! The Jennings team understood my high mile Ford Fiesta needed a lot of work and worked hard to diagnose the most critical issues first. They communicated with me daily until we, together, established a plan that made sense for the age of the car. When I dropped off the car it was streaming oil, the AC was busted, the engine light was on and I needed an inspection. Now everything is back running smooth

Tried to charge me double of somewhere else. I told them I was taking my car elsewhere. When I went to pick it up battery was dead so dead it wouldnt even charge I had to have it towed. Could be a coincidence 🤔

I was super happy these guys took the time to help me out a half hour before closing. I would have had to tow my car home because of two tire stems that rotted off. Thanks Again for fixing my Benz. Wish I lived closer because these would be my go to guys. Very helpful and capable. They went above and beyond my expectations.

Horrible over priced told me I needed tons of work that i absolutely did not $300 to$400 more than other shops for AC work on 03 ram, i did not do my due diligence and call around before work was done .My bad lesson learned! Definitely would not recommend!!!!

What amazing people! I was unlucky enough to get a flat tire at 5pm on a Friday, but so lucky to have caught Melissa just before she left. She heard the panick in my voice and told me to bring my car in. Everyone stayed late (on a Friday!!) to help me with my car and they were all incredibly gracious. I am so grateful to Dean, Melissa and the rest of the crew. This is above and beyond fantastic customer service. I’m a customer for life.

Solid customer service. I went here because I was sick of mass selling point places like Town Fair Tire. Id rather support a smaller place like this.One thing however, is that I would like to see more detailed alignment sheets. None of the columns were labeled, didnt know which adjustment was which. Would like to see this improved.

Everything you could want in a shop. The customers all looked happy. They didnt mind when I said I had to wait for my car to be done. I had an emergency family situation and they did my tires the same day I called. Dean, as folks say, is a great guy. The staff are all cool, and they smile. The break area has coffee and water and a bathroom, everything you could need. And there is nothing wrong with my car after going home and driving a long way. It may be a 24 mile drive to Jennings, but I will always go back, and you should, too!

Great customer service! My windshield wiper broke on my way to work and without hesitating took me right in, put a new one on for me and Im back on my way to work all within 7 minutes! I will definitely be back.

The mechanics at Jennings are dishonest and discriminate against women. After Dean told me my brake pads, rotors, and calipers need to be replaced for $750 they agreed to let me pick up the car. In an hour they called again, claiming that I needed to tow it away or have the repair done there. I argued them since I drove the car there without any issues. They persisted and even said they couldnt reassemble the parts in their condition. I told my friends dad and then he called them. When HE called, they were suddenly able to reassemble the parts and they allowed HIM to drive the car away. There was no reason to deny my right to drive my car while granting it to a man who does not own it. Then, as others repaired my car, it was clear that I did not need new calipers. After only replacing the pads and rotors, my car drives like new for less than half the cost.

Jennings Car Care Goodyear in West Warwick, Rhode Island seems like a clean honest tire shop at first. You will soon find out that their technicians are poorly managed and will even damage your vehicle. The paint on my trucks tailgate was chipped by them and they over torqued the wheel lug nuts, warping the rotors. Once your car has been damaged the owners wont take responsibility for their technicians mistakes. You will only have two options, to try to sue them, or take it to the dealer to repair what they broke at your expense. Steer clear of this business at all costs.

Dean is great, this is one of the few care centers I trust. A comparable repair is about 30% cheaper than getting the work done at a dealership.
