Ordered the E92 hide away strobe kit. I had one that failed. These are much brighter and they shipped the same day. I got them the following day as Im only 2 states away. Customer service is awesome. Products are equally awesome. Ill only purchase from this company from here on out. I plow in the winter and these are a must.

I needed a replacement strobe for my hidden strobe system in my plow truck, and since I had sold the truck I needed it fast. One strobe light isnt a big sale, but I was treated like I was their only customer. Not only did they find the exact part I needed, but they shipped it the same day at a very reasonable price. Since Im not too far away the part arrived the next day. It was a perfect fit and worked properly. I found quality products sold by courteous professionals and look forward to outfitting my new truck with more products from Strobes n more.

I’ve used strobes n more a lot usually on time may take a week at most to have a product ship I placed an order with it not being a special order or anything and no we’re saying out of stock or back order I have talked to customer service and found out could be three more weeks before it’ll ship. It’s frustrating with that I need it as soon as possible not in a month. I think they could update there site to let there customer know!

The employees were very nice. Although I had some technical issues with the install. I brought it back to have it fixed and when I picked my car up the device did not work at all and I had to bring it elsewhere and they told me I was given a faulty device along with the device having faulty wiring. So it wasn’t tested after install.

The owner is arrogant, rude and very unprofessional. I ordered a light in a specific color combination, and also specifically added in the comments at checkout what exactly I need as a combo.After receiving the wrong combo, the owner Louis called me, after i explained the problem, he refused to work with me, forcing me to dispute it through paypal. The owner of the business actually hung up the phone on me because he didnt like my tone of voice. Shop elsewhere.

Always an excellent choice. I have usually made the drive out (about an hour) when I purchase from them, because the service is always that good (and I like a good long drive). On January 27th 2020 I attempted an order online and I must have been doing it wrong so to make my life easier I called in and spoke with Will who was more than happy to assist with helping me place the order. He took all of my billing information and away we went.After 4 days of not receiving an invoice I called to 1 check to make sure the order went through and 2 to see if I could get the invoice emailed to me as the money had already been pulled. The nice lady on the phone took care of me withing minutes. 6 days later all the lights showed up, packing was good and we headed to the install portion of this wonderful story. Everything is in, wire loomed and looking fairly professional given my experience. I turned on the E68 traffic advisor and WOW great light! Just one minor problem, the left of center head burns steady and bright regardless of the setting, direction, high/low ect. The next day I called in, spoke with a nice lady again and she said she would have some reach out within a few days... never got a call so again I all in and have a great conversation with Will again, he remembers the order and said this was so unusual, he had never heard of this bar having any issues, its a best sell yadda yadda. He to is going to get with the warranty dept and take good care of me.9 days go by with no luck and bring tired of dealing with middle people that dont follow through I reach out to Louis, he must be a great guy, he lists his contact information right on the bottom of the site! He responded within 20 min which by the way was 930 pm. I thanked him for reaching out and he said it would be taken care of in the morning.MORNING TIME... Will calls to see how we can resolve this issue, the company wants me to box the light and return it so it can be inspected and they will send out a new one...wait a minute this things 3 weeks old. A day old in fact when I called about the initial issue. I suggested they send me a new one with a return label and I would return the other one, while explaining that if I have to remove all of the other components all over again then I would want the replacement there at the same time for re installation so my truck dosent have to keep getting torn apart over a 300.00 light. Will checks with Louis, Will comes back with a negative ghost rider, he can send me a label and I can drop it off at ups but thats the best they can do. I jokingly suggested just charging me for another, sending it out and giving me a refund when they get the other one back. WILL loves that idea so much that he went to Louis with the idea, everyone loves it...except me, why the HE** should I have to keep being inconvenienced over this, I have spent enough time on the phone and email that I could have swapped everything again. Needless to say I didnt like the idea that again I came up with being a smart A**. I recieved a return label in my email the next day (today).The customers are treated like royalty when they make a purchase but how dare anyone question the quality of the the products they sell.Im to the point now where Im just going to leave the junk bar on my truck and when people ask about it (its used every day) Im going to explain the wonderful story of the strobes n more customer care program.

Company does not make sense with purchasing. They require dealers and resellers to get letters from the municipality that you are doing work for before they will sell product to you to resell to them.Edit: They replied, with that reply, doesnt make sense to have to get a letter from a local police department that you will be selling product cross country to a police department they dont even know or have communicated with.

PLACED AN ORDER IN JUNE 2016, RECEIVED ORDER, INSTALLED KIT, WORKS BEAUTIFUL!!!! LOVED THEM SO MUCH SO I CALLED TO PLACE THE EXACT SAME ORDER, INSTALLED THEM....WRONG COLOR!!!! NOT GOOD AT ALL!!!! CALLED TO SEE WHAT WE CAN DO ABOUT IT, CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY VERY VERY POOR.... I AM DISAPPOINTED DEEPLY. I OWN MY OWN SHOP AND FIGURED I WOULD USE STROBES N MORE FREQUENTLY BUT NOW THAT I DEALT WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I AM OUT FOR GOOD.... STAY AWAY FROM STROBES N MORE, THEY WILL SEND YOU THE WRONG KIT AND BLAME YOU FOR IT....

Customer service is not so great. Received a product that turned out to be defective after about a month of use, really let me down in several situations where the product was needed but didnt work. Then they made me pay return shipping to send THEIR defective product back so that it can get fixed/replaced. Spoke to a manager that didnt really provide any good customer service or even cared about the customers satisfaction at all and said that everyone else in the industry does the same. Way to stand out against the competition. I would not purchase through them again. Product was a Strobes N More brand product.

I have bout many different light from here and all of them are incredibly bright and work very well but some of the new bars they have such as the triple threat light does not come in a red / amber combination it would be nice to have a better color selection and customizing but over all they have great products highly recommend them !!

I have ordered several things from this company for a little bit now. Not once have i ever has an issue. The only reason why i gave it for stars instead of five was because this most recent time the sales team failed to notify me about an item that was never in stock and did not show that it was out of stock on there website. I had to reach out to them for one of the sales reps to tell me oh that item is out of stock and are five days out. Are you kidding me, Please going forward update your website if something is not in stock or stand behind your auto recording which in fact says they would contact you if it wasnt in current circulation.

Good products, but deceptive with shipping lead times on their website. So if you on a time schedule be careful, special orders are none returnable even if they are 6 weeks out (nowhere on their website do they state consoles have a 4-6 week lead time)

Ordered several items several times.. never an issue. Been a customer for several years and even experienced their warranty process. Light output is equal to or brighter than big price name brands. Keep up the good work.. customer for life! You will not be disappointed. Seems like they go through a great deal to shoot videos and give as much info as possible on their products. I have ordered from Strobes N More in the past with great experiences. This time around I called for Whelen Edge LFL lightbar lenses. I received Whelen Edge 9M lenses with the invoice simply state Lens 9M. Apparently whelen makes 5 different versions of the Edge and I received the wrong lenses. I called twice to work things out and then refused. I even offered to pay shipping back.

I bought two of their E44 series strobes that I had issues with two years later. Mailed them in for repairs on Saturday and got two brand new ones sent back on Wednesday. Two words missing in so many businesses these days are “CUSTOMER SERVICE “! Thank you for yours. I will be buying more strobes n more products in the future for sure.
