The facility is large and new but perhaps there is more effort needed in maintaining this establishment. Today I had the pleasure of talking to a few older gentlemen who work for Valenti Toyota. They mentioned how the owners did not seem interested in fixing many portions of building. Broken garage doors, oil leaks in the service garage, dirty bathrooms and missing ceiling tiles in the mens bathroom were just a few of their concerns. From what I speculated these concerns have existed for a while. Though selling cars and turning a profit is important, it is also important to uphold a certain level of standard for the customers and the employees. Outside the facility there were many old car parts lying around on the ground and fuel tanks filled with gas within several feet of the building. That must be a fired hazard right? The selection of cars were not much to brag about which ended my interest and resulted in me traveling down the street to the local Jeep dealership.

Purchased a vehicle there and was told that they offered loaner vehicles for warranty work. It also specifies loaner vehicles on their website. Called to book warranty service but was told that you have to pay a rental fee for a vehicle when warranty service is needed. Please correct the misleading information.

After getting in touch and making an appointment they were friendly not pushy and then I decided to make my purchase. I recently bought a truck which I am very happy with. My salesman Jeff was excellent. My only disappointment was that they got rid of free oil changes when you buy a car through Valenti. That was my incentive for buying from them in addition to staying close to home. Im not sure that the next car I buy will be from them without that incentive.

As newcomers to the Westerly/Stonington area, we didnt know what to expect from servicing, customer care, etc from the Valenti Toyota dealership. It was easy to schedule an appointment on their online platform and our introduction to the service department by our Associate, Mike, was outstanding. He exemplifies professionalism and competence in his work ethic. He indicated what the maintenance warning light was for and laid out the future required servicing for our five and one-half year old Toyota Rav4. The waiting area was clean, had socially distanced seating, and all employees wore masks and stayed behind plexiglass, all of which is so important in these Covid-19 precaution times. The oil change was less than 45 minutes. The Technicians courteous, quick and helpful. No slackers here. Kudos to the Pit Team that checked our mechanics. The Toyota really felt better steering wise afterwards and Im sure that was just not an oil change only. Thanks Staff at Toyota Valenti for a quality experience. Well be back! The Taylors

Dropped off car the night before and check in was was fast. Asked to have the car back by a certain time, and the car was ready 2 hours early. The price is competitive, and off course the parts are genuine Toyota. Ive used rotors from parts stores, which did not hold up....cheaper, but warped quickly. At check out the paperwork was ready to go. I love the free oil changes, which is a real value, and keeps me coming back for Valenti Toyotas.

Totally different service department compared to Valenti in Mystic, Connecticut. A car recently nothing but a big headache has ended with absolutely no worries here. This service department should be training service department in Mystic. Answers immediately to questions and explains so you understand what the problem is. This department put me in a rental car a half hour after this car was put in the shop.

I highly recommend going to Valenti Toyota and asking for Clint Riley for a vehicle purchase. I had originally intended to visit Valenti to only test drive a 2017 Tacoma and get information about the 2018s. Clint was attentive and listened to what I was looking for in a Tacoma. He provided me the pros and cons between the different models, and he was able to answer all of my questions. He was patient with me reviewing a 2017 truck by letting me take as long as I needed. During the test drive, he simply let me drive the truck and didnt use any gimmicks in trying to get me to buy the truck. After the test drive, we headed towards the office area to talk more about 2018s, but I immediately knew the 2017 truck was what I wanted and he sold me truck. He walked me through the purchase process and it was a breeze. Overall, amazing customer service!
