Brandy and David were great! They identified our dead battery, confirmed we didnt have any alternator issues and replaced the battery for us within 30 min. We were in and out and on our way!

Very poor customer service and attitude towards me...maybe because I’m a woman? The guy acted like they didn’t have a headlight in stock and that I couldn’t afford it because it was expensive. Went to the auto part store next door was greeted by a pleasant person and they had the part I needed in stock and I happily paid the $100 it cost me. Sorry but I won’t be going back to this place.

A few weeks ago I needed to purchase new headlights for my 2011 Nissan Frontier SV. I stopped at Store 5088 Westerly, RI Granite Street and received some great help at the counter and especially installing the bulbs for me. I like to thank the guys working that day for the great help I received Frankie, Rob and (Devon-> the guy able to sneak his hands) to help put the bulb on my passenger side without him I would be in a little trouble probably have to remove half the items in the left front. Frankie and Rob on the drivers easier to access. Once again a very happy long time occurring customer at AutoZone.

They were so helpful today. My daughter advised me to stop in local Westerly store to see why my engine light came on. The man waited on me right away. He was kind, helpful and he had great customer service skills. He went out to my car and tested the computer on my car and printed out the code and recommendations. I will recommend everyone buy their auto parts from their store!!!

Zero stars if possible. Having steady issues with battery purchased and they handed me 3 screws they said were unnecessary after installing it. Poor professionalism. Its NAPA or Advanced from now on.

Asked about brake lights and asked if I could use the restroom. The associate to my vehicle information, pointed me in the direction of the restroom, and had my parts ready to ring when I returned. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I wasnt aware AutoZone did FREE scans on check engine lights. I was in just for some new wiper blades when they asked me how my car was running. I mentioned my check engine light and that I was going to bring it to the shop soon. The employee told me they could read what was causing the light. Was simply a loose gas cap.Thanks!

Its a good place to do business, the people are helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. They are my goto parts store.

Im standing in line for a register with 4 customers in front of me,. 10 minutes, when I approach, some fat bastard that could use a shave, tells me I need to go to the other line with 8 people in it. All I get is Im sorry you need to use the other line. So much for customer service. What about the 4 in front of me that just checked out. And why did they let a second start if they are not servicing the customers. Store management 101 you fat looser.

In search of a hubcap, and after a long and fruitless search (many other shops, auto salvage, ebay) for something other than an 50-80 dollar investment for 1 (one!) Toyota hubcap, I ended up at AutoZone. This should have been my first stop! Paul was not only solicitous and kind, he showed me the correct hubcaps.... INSTALLED them for me (was told in no uncertain terms in a Massachusetts AutoZone that they would not help me determine which hubcaps were correct, and certainly would not help with installing them... thanks for nothing Massachusetts AutoZone!) and was helped with several other issues, including what to buy and how to use headlight cleaner for oxidation, touch up paint for a bumper issue etc. For 75$ I ended up with 4 NEW (almost identical to my Toyota) hubcaps, door bumper, touch up paint, compound, headlight cleaner, rags with which to work and deer whistles!Make AutoZone of Westerly your FIRST stop, it will be worth it! Ask for Paul!
