Place has everything you need. It’s great

Made the trip from East Greenwich to Westerly to pick out and purchase a block fire pit. A stone place (WM) in EG had exactly what I needed and it was in stock but they were rude on the phone and in person. I decided to end my relationship (10 years) with WM and take the long ride to Riverhead in Westerly where I was greeted and provided excellent customer service by Alex. Riverhead has great customer service in all their locations. If you are in need of any building supplies, call first and then take the ride it was so worth it as their customer service is top notch!!!

First visit can be intimidating...but the folks are all helpful. Lots of great supplies for your projects even if you only need one piece of wood!

Very poorly organized. No signs on where to go or where stuff is. Its kinda like driving to a junkyard. Nobody is around to help. What a dump.

High quality building materials and their prices arent bad. Free delivery great people, they have the best wood, much better than anything you could ever get it Home Depot. And if they dont have it see Brian he will order it for you. Tell him Glenn sent you.

I was not happy with the delaminated 3/4 pt plywood you sent and I had to use it. Makes me look bad.

Unbelievably slow service. Do not use them for any construction estimates (i.e. header designs). They send the work out of house anyways. And not only did they get it wrong, but the design took WEEKS to get back. Still waiting for the correct design.

UBS had the correct masonry tools for the job -- saved trip to Warwick. Well stocked whether it is large or small project. Friendly too. They took the time to explain the different installation possibilities. Home Depot and Lowes did not have the selection of higher end materials.

Great service and materials. We could not have built our house without them. A Westerly institution.
