We ordered a carpet and the installation for our restaurant through this Home Depot. The pro desk knew nothing about the products or the installation process. The employees working at the desk continuously gave us conflicting and misleading information. Regarding the scheduling of the installation, there was nothing done to accommodate our needs and there was no confirmation prior. The installation itself was very unsatisfactory. The carpet is already curling up at the edges and overall, the whole experience horrible.
