When I dropped off my prescription the woman was rude to me because it was a “transfer”. As a customer I have no idea what that means or entails. She couldn’t be bothered to answer my questions just waved me off. I waited a few days and called to ask status. That person also was rude Today I went to pick it up. Had to wait at counter while 4 employees were talking loudly about another customer. Finally waited on and again couldn’t get my questions answered. Asked for original prescription back but no it is “filed somewhere and we’d have to hunt for it”. Never again.
I understand and have even experienced some rude behavior from staff, however, I have received wonderful service as well. This is an overworked staff and Pharmacy in a dilapidated building.
The pharmacy staff was very rude. Waited on the phone to speak to someone for 15 minutes because they never get refills correct. When someone finally answered she was rude and couldnt be bothered. Worst cvs I have ever used.

I call everytime I have to pick up my meds.. I called in the morning and come in 5 hours later... my script is still not ready, I have to wait another half an hour... This is like the 5th time Ive called in the morning only to come at 6pm and get told I have to wait....
Called CVS to ask when my scripts were ready to refill. Pharmacy member told me they were both ready to refill. I said great I will be there in about an HR. Get to the pharmacy and was told they have one for me. I said I was told by one of your ppl over the phone that I could fill both and she said in a rude manner... oh...well you didnt speak to me! Pulled into the parking lot to call my doctor only to find out I have to wait 2 more days...wasted an HR and a half of my time and gas money only to have to come back in 2 days!? WTF CVS do I have to call up my doctor every time I want a valid answer? Pharmacy tech could of been a little nicer instead of giving me an attitude. Could of say sorry the person you spoke to earlier gave you wrong info and its not ready. Horrible customer service.
Ordered photos online. Picked up photos. Charged for 5 photos, 2 missing. Call store. Explain this. Photo employee goes to check under my name, clearly didnt comprehendSaid, do another order. Because I dont know what to say. Im shocked at the horrible customer service.
Only get my prescriptions here now. I refuse to stand in line at the front counter while issues with customer purchases take place. CVS has made it very difficult to make simple purchases.
I appreciate that theyre open 24 hours and they are my preferred pharmacy, but I only shop there during sales or with Extra Bucks. Theyre a bit pricey.

Member of executive staff indicted for shaking down provider of white bags the pharmacy uses for RXS. Mission statement: screw the snot out of everyone who is 98.6° and vertical . I rather purchase my Rxs from Nigerian mail order pharmacy . At least I know Im going to be screwed over up front ! Grim business, grim pharmaceutical staff, nasty, nasty counter staff ! Cur dogs have better people person skills .
