Absolutely brilliant. Dawn in the showroom helped me out of a jam, was able to sell me a Kohler faucet immediately. I so appreciate her adaptability and helpfulness. I new customer now for sure.

Whenever i needed any plumbing part I used to go to granite group. I will not go there again. In the parts/materials department there is a very bitter, crusty, older man with glasses he wears down on his nose. I have rarely ever witnessed a supposed customer service person so very disrespectful, down right RUDE, and unhelpful to many customers. I have seen first hand, as well as a been a recipient of his unkind words and demeanor. A different career in horse manure shoveling is in order for this jerk. Good luck Granite Group

Love going to The Granite Group for all our client needs they have both high- end and reasonably priced fixtures to choose from. They are always helpful, friendly, courteous and prompt. There availability on products is great and if they dont have it they usually have it within a day or two. We highly recommend going to Granite Group for a great experience.

I have to agree with Jim C about the showroom sales people. Ive been in there a few times over the years and had the same experience trying to get their attention. Are they soooo busy that they cant at least greet you when you come in and offer help should you need it? Its just very strange that someone in sales completely ignores a potential customer.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!I called ahead to this plumbing supply company because I needed an adapter to a commercial sink I have at home. Its a 40-minute drive, so I didnt want to waster my time. They said they could provide the part (s) and I drove down. The two blond women in the showroom never got out of their seats when I brought in the sink spout. Basically said they couldnt help me without even looking at it to see if matched the 100 or so they had on display. Some Id seen on other commercial sinks.Puzzled about why they were not interested in at least trying to make a sale, I went to the parts counter next door. An older guy standing two feet in front of me ignored me for a bit, until I finally said excuse me and asked about connectors or a replacement spout. He flat out said there was nothing he could do to address my issue. Started an argument with me about the attachments that go to the sink I OWN and took out a book, turned to a page of items that wouldnt work. This, despite the fact I had all the pieces with me, right in front of him.He also argued that I never called ahead. Bizarre.I left. Called person in charge, who acknowledged our previous conversation and mumbled when I laid out my experience at the business.I went down the street about a mile to a family owned hardware store. The cashier pointed me to the person who handled plumbing. He walked over to a display, opened a packet and fitted it out right in front of me. Took him about 3 minutes.I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SUPPLY COMPANY AS LONG AS I LIVE!

The sales people are too busy too help you or respond to emails. I made an appointment to pick out all my fixtures for a new house. The sales woman barely acknowledged me when I walked in and just pointed to different areas of the showroom. I asked her for help but she was to busy eating a banana to get up. When I finally was ready to order, she wrote everything down and said I was all set and totalled it all up but when my builder went to pick it up, she had never ordered it. I had several questions about their products and she just told me to call Kohler directly since she didnt really know any answers. Several emails and phone calls were never returned. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
