Love the tea goddess & her enthusiasm for all things tasty. She blends her own custom teas & spice mixes. Beautiful garden to enjoy a cuppa or just enjoy the beautiful landscaping. If you dont know tea this is a great educational experience in a charming home shop. Blue Turtle also features excellent spices, rubs, seasonings,local honey and tea making accessories.

Such a cute little shop with a very knowledgeable and helpful owner. Ive been a tea drinker for years but I came out far more informed on how to make tea than I was when I came in. Plus: local honey!

Talk about a pleasant experience! First time in and already has become my favorite tea store. Elaine is very curious, friendly and goes out of her way to make you feel very welcome. I didnt count, but I would say she has over 100 different flavors. If you dont find what your looking for, Im sure she can find it or make it for you. If you think the samples smell good, wait till you open a new packet. WOW! She also has a Tranquillity garden and she welcomes you to take a rest if your waiting for another in the store. I was searching for some tea and Google found this amazing gem of a tea shop for me! The tea tour given by the Tea Goddess, Elaine, was informative and interesting. My husband, nephew and myself ended up with lots of teas to try! This adorable little shop (if the numerous other customers was any indication) is clearly popular and is definitely doing something right! Great customer service, welcoming atmosphere and one heck of a selection. There is something for everyone - we will definitely be back.

Love this place! There is a fabulous assortment of loose leaf teas of all kinds, at very good prices. If you like Teavana this is 100% better. They have Gourmet local candies, local honey, spices, herbs, salts and pepper varieties... plus cute teapots and gifts. If you are a foodie of any kind you have got to try this place!

Great little tea store with a huge selection of loose leaf teas. I havent had a flavor I didnt like and basically cant drink tea bags anymore. Hours can be a little tricky but online orders can be picked up after hours if needed.

Very nice tea shop. Since it was my first time the shop lady took me to a wall and showed me all the tea. She explained how the are color coded based on the tea type (black, green, white, other). She invited me to smell each one and take my time. She asked how I make my tea and told me about tea pots, mugs and strainers they have. It was a nice in depth process that allowed me to select 3 different teas. Highly recommend and its not a big company chain so its supports local

The only thing sweeter than the teas is Elaine. Ive fallen in love with rooibos thanks to her, and will keep coming back for more.

I went here one time to get a birthday present for my dad because he loves local things and trying something new. I was in search of spices but was taken aback by the teas on the walls as well. There are so many of them and they gave special ones in every now and then too. I’ve only been here once but felt so welcomed by the staff. I believe the lady I saw was the owner and she was very knowledgeable. I love tea but haven’t been back yet for some. I’ll have to do that soon. Loved the spices we got and my parents are still raving about how good they were and how they didn’t have added salt in them which is what I was trying to get away from for health reasons. Love this place and we will be back!!

Love the selection of tea and spices from this store. It’s a little off the beaten path, but so well worth the visit if you are in Westerville! The owner, Elaine, is super-knowledgeable about teas and introduced me to my new favorite — the Uptown Cinnamon blend. The cinnamon produces just the slightest hint of sweetness, so no additional sweetener is needed. This is the perfect place if you are needing that warm cup of comfort!

This is such a cozy and charming tea paradise! You are always greeted with a smile and hello! She takes the time to explain the teas, offers suggestions to try, has a sample available to taste and encourages taking time to stop and smell the teas! 💖 I love going to find my favorite cocoa tea and then adding a new flavor to try just for fun! 5 stars is all Im allowed, but would gladly give 10 if I could!

Friendly atmosphere and a great selection!

I took my twins to Astrisk supper club for a tea party. They ordered the cherry kiss tea. We all fell in love with it. I googled the tea and found it online from this shop. It’s the same tea we had there and the best tea in the world! I can’t wait to visit in person after all the covid stuff passes.

I went to a party that was hosted by this place. The beverages were more wine than tea. So I cant really comment on the quality of their teas. However, there is a lovely side yard garden patio, and decor inside was very well done. Hospitality: the manager was wonderful.

I had never been to the Blue Turtle, but it was a fantastic experience ! Elaine was so great, and fully explained how I could brew my own delicious tea, and introduced me to the many varieties that you have available in the shop. The owner is very helpful. She has tins that you can actually open and smell the sample of the tea thats in each time. If you like loose tea this is the place to go.

BEST CUP OF TEA IF MY LIFE! I have never really liked any kind of tea before, but I wanted the health benefits of drinking tea, so I stopped in the Blue Turtle. I learned so much about how to make the perfect cup of tea and there were so many types to choose from.

A friend brought us to this unique tea shop. She was right. The proprietor was wonderful...offering a great selection, good advice, and samples. It is not just a tea shop...it is an experience!

Elaine (also known as the Tea Goddess) was amazing and super helpful! She was extremely knowledgeable, passionate and friendly. I love the organization of this place and how she labels the tins by kind of tea leaf and caffeine levels. She even offers helpful little cards that have recommended steeping times. I bought several different teas and I love them all, especially the Bon Vie Vanilla (vanilla Rooibus)!! I Will be coming back!
