I come in to this place all the time, love Anthony Thomas. The women working tonight was rude, I asked her to look up my account and she lied and said she couldnt do it. I was in here a week ago and the women did it for me. She told me she can add points but cant look up a coupon, okay you can look up my account for points but not a coupon.. Last time I will come in this store, I will go to any other store just not the Westerville location. She also seemed mad that I came in 45 minutes before closing. Well excuse me for coming in during business hours. Fire her before you lose all your customers.

I came here to buy some Valentines Day chocolate (as ya do). The store was very clean, had plenty of chocolate to choose from, and the people working there were very helpful. Ill definitely come back again for holiday chocolate...or maybe even some special occasion chocolate. My favorite part is they have a display of almost every chocolate box so you can see what comes inside and how it looks. Made shopping for it much easier.

Man, I love Anthony Thomas chocolate. That dipped honeycomb is like none other. Ive tried many others, and NOBODY even comes close. Kudos, AT! Dont ever change!

I always like to support my local chocolatier, so now that I live in central Ohio, I had to visit the Anthony-Thomas store in Westerville. What a great place for those of us with sweet teeth! Youll find it hard to decide what to buy and what to leave behind.They have chocolates in all shapes and sizes, but also non-chocolate items (sours, jelly beans, etc.). I grabbed two chewy pralines to eat on the way home and they were delicious! Just as good as the ones I buy every year from Lammes Candies in Texas.I also bought two boxes of assorted chocolates, one for me and one to mail to a friend. These also were delicious and definitely an assortment of light and dark chocolates, nuts, toffees, etc. My only quibble: I wish they had a chart or map in the box to tell me what was what. That way, once Id picked one or two favorites, I could get a whole box of those on my next visit. And there will be a next visit!

I just had a wonderful experience at Anthony Thomas here in Westerville. The lady behind the counter was so courteous and kind and did such a wonderful job filling my small box of toffee, half dark, half milk chocolate and wrapped it with care.... I didnt get her name, but she had kind of fluffy hair and was very sweet... Yes, the shop was busy but she went the extra mile to make my experience the best, including giving me a paper to pay with while she wrapped my purchase.... Each of the 3 people waiting on us was so nice - highly recommended!

I left my credit card there a month ago and didnt know it. The ladies didnt have a way to contact me so they called number on the card for lost cards and VISA contacted me. The ladies held onto card until I contacted them. I appreciate their honesty and effort to resolve the situation. I now have a good excuse to patronize Anthony Thomas more often for the yummy candy

Well of course who wouldnt love a chocolate shop? And its locally grown ;-)They always have something new and something seasonal/for upcoming holidays. And then of course they always have the regulars and the sugar free. I go here a lot because I live nearby. All the staff are really friendly. Its well-lit and not too crowded.

Excellent chocolates! Except for the buckeyes. 😢 My dad use to get my mom and us kids Anthony Thomas chocolates every Valentines, Easter and Christmas for over 50 years. Now its all of our families tradition. The chocolate is smooth, not too sweet and definitely not waxy. The toffee is my favorite! 😃😃😃

My daughter and I visited the store to pick up gifts for Mother’s Day. Not being a chocolate connoisseur, I was easily overwhelmed by the selections and decisions. Sally, who was manning to the store by herself, was so very patient and helpful. The best part was that she loves her job and knows all about the chocolate. Our shopping trip was a win this time; we will likely be back for occasions in the future.

Nobody should buy chocolate here! Its terrible! Stay away ! That way theres more for me! Great chocolate, nuts and other candy. Makes no sense to go any where else. The staff are super helpful too. Two combinations that cant be beat!!

I limit myself to Easter. I spend way too much at Easter. Its June, Im still eating Easter candy! They have the best milk chocolate maple walnut, m.c. caramel, m.c. coconut, m.c. peanutbutter, m.c. fudge. I think that about efficacious up my favorite eggs.The plain maple walnut fudge is to die for, too. And the milk chocolate covered toffee sticks. And the Buckeyes. I must stop!

The chocolate here is fantastic! Even if it is expensive. I could eat every single piece of chocolate in that store and still be craving more, thats how good it is.

Stopped by the Westerville store to get some Valentine candies for my wife, and daughters.I’ve been purchasing candy from this facility for over 20 years.Very disappointed to hear you no longer honor the Holden Buckeye Card.Have to find a new supplier that honors the card.Bad decision by management!

I wish I could give this store a zero rating. Your chocolate may as well be mud since it wont be sold by my favorite candy girl Rachel. What a crappy company to let go such a sweet girl. I hope whoever made that decision chokes on a buckeye.
