Ive paid upfront since November 2020 for a 3080, as of this review it is September 2021. Up until last month Ive never even checked in on the order, having full faith in your ability to deliver. Clearly I misplaced my trust.Ive given the benefit of the doubt for nearly a year. Most of the time it was poor customer service even though you all were trying your best. Now this is straight up lying to the customers.We have one in hand... well ship it today... oops there was a problem with that....Yet somehow, according to your queue data (dont even know if its real or not), in the months that Ive been #1 in the queue you have apparently fulfilled other 3080 Queue orders. How does that work?This has basically been an interest-free loan to you for a year. Absolutely, hands down the worst purchasing experience Ive ever had. Waiting for the year that I will finally receive the product I paid for from this business.

Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The completely arrogant owner sat at his computer playing video games the whole time. I was never greeted by anyone or asked if I needed anything. Save your money and buy online or goto Microcenter. These owners should be ashamed.Your door was open lol if you were closed then then you should of shut your door not some “signs” that were impossible to read. Judging by the other reviews on here, it looks like I wasn’t the first one and I’m guessing I won’t be the last to have a bad experience with you and your company. And boohoo that you were taping. There’s things called offices where you can go privacy. Your companies a joke.

Placed an order in April of this year and was content waiting as I understood the long wait times. But after 90 days I couldnt wait and so I asked for a refund. I left numerous emails and phone messages with a woman but never got any reply back. The owner ghosts you when you want your money back. I tagged William Taylor on Facebook on his company website asking about refund and he deleted my post.

Worst customer service. Do not buy from this company. Ordered a video card in May of 2021 and still have not received it. I have requested a refund over a month ago and no response. Will not return calls or emails. I am forced to take to small claims court. Stay far away from this company.

Only company I want to buy parts and PCs from now. Just ordered a custom pc, they were out of stock on my cpu and offered an upgrade on it for free and still shipped it out within a week. I initially had a small invoice discrepancy however it was fixed after a few emails. They really did a great job and I’ve never received such personalized service or a deal like this. OG specifically saved a gpu for me since I was ordering a build. I got to choose the card I wanted as well. Great company.

I dont know what i would have done Without OG i Have had Multiple Cards Delivered by him and a Custom watercooled PC Build. i cant explain Enough how great of a Person he is. The reason he gets so much Hate is Because people are not patient when there is a crazy GPU shortage happening and yes Bill may Not provide the Best customer service but i watched this man start from Building PCs and Selling GPUs out of his Garage and in a coupple months he has Grown Rapidly! countless times he has made sure i recieved my products. UPS messed up my Case during Transistion and i told OG. Within 2weeks. he shipped me a brand new Case and Radiator Replacement. i will forever Be a OG10Ktech customer no matter what!

I dont know what drama there is to be had about constrained supply and a small business guy trying their best to fulfill more orders than he can probably handle, but I bought an ASUS Dark Hero from them not too long ago and it works great and they were good in communication and it was nice to be able to do local pickup.

Terrible. I paid to get on a 3080 queue back in December 6th. I tried to be patient and understanding as possible, but whenever I email or call them: theyre either unavailable, or I get vague responses such as Did you read our newsletter email.I requested a refund via email in June (no response), tried calling back multiple times to try and talk to someone but its always a Ill take your name and number and call you back.I signed up to this queue with an estimated wait time of 1-2 months. Its been over 8 months and I still have not gotten an update.I understand the 3080s are high in demand, and super unavailable. However, I check their discord very often and ANYONE who speaks up gets argued with by the owner himself.Stay away. Ive seen 0 updates on my order but plenty of updates on how this business has grown. Laughable.

Do not do business with OG10K.com. They are disorganized and dishonest. Your emails will not be returned, your phone calls will not be returned.I back-ordered a 3080 in December and waited over 6 months for them to receive stock. I upgraded to a 3080 ti in July since they had some in stock and ready to ship. The upgrade was a flat rate, under the assumption the customer had paid X amount on their original order. The website states if you paid over X amount on your original order, will receive a refund for the difference.I received the 3080ti, but still have not received a refund for the difference over 30 days later. Og10k owes me a refund of over $200 for the amount I overpaid on my original order. I have emailed and left voice messages for over a month now with no response.Its ridiculous to treat customers this way, whether they spend $1 or thousands of dollars. I would say just dont order anything from them unless it is in stock, but I have gone both routes now and was not satisfied with either - its better to just stay away from businesses that dont respect their customers time or money.

Preorder a 3070 in the beginning of December and received near the end of February. I really like the idea of preordering since it SOOO DIFFICULT to get hand on any Nvidia 3000 series. At the beginning, I thought it was too good to be true and say “f**k, why not! I am so desperate.” I was very concerned I would never get my 3070. After waiting patiently and tracking my order # move up the tracking list, I FINALLY got the call and received my “requested” gpu a week later.

Terrible, Absolutely Terrible. They purposely sold me a faulty motherboard revision. When prompted for a replacement, the company refused to send out the newer replacement, saying they Do not have any in stock when they did in fact have them in stock, they just didnt want to check in the box. After being called out on this, they issued a refund, but I am still in the middle of a battle between myself, Amazon, and the seller who has terrible communication

Avoid this store at all costs. They will steal your money for an interest free loan to run their business and not give your money back after request. This is one of the most shady businesses around. I placed orders with friends totaling $20,000. We were told 4-6 weeks for GPUs but after 10 months we still never received anything. I understand the supply constraint but that is not the issue. The issue is the constant lies, miscommunication, and oversights done by this awful business. I was told in my order that everything would be in a queue based system. But people who ordered months after me received GPUs in the same SKU I was in. Now everyone who’s placed an order gets a long winded email from Bill ( the owner) that just boils down to (we have no money to process refunds. We spent all your money and please don’t sue).It would take multiple pages to detail the entire horrible experience. But my experience with OG was nothing but lie after lie.It’s been over a month after having orders canceled and requesting a refund with no correspondence

I think first and foremost I would like to let people know that the store is definitely not a scam but the way the owner operates his business needs a lot of improving. During the pandemic, this store was one of the few places that actually offered a queue for people wanting the RTX cards at MSRP prices. I think this was definitely something a lot gamers needed and was a blessing. But I guess due to the enormous demand of the cards and the amount of people trying to order from OG10K, I definitely think that the business got overwhelmed very quickly.One huge issue that resulted from this high demand, is the inability for the company to properly communicate to its high number of customers. Any questions regarding the queue would be immediately rejected and responded with just wait patiently or with an angry short tempered response from an old guy with 10 kids. So a lot of customers got very frustrated as their money is being held up with OG10K and left with very little updates to their orders.I personally ordered some items from them and unfortunately had to request a refund for all of them. One of the items included a graphics card which I did wait 10 months for but never got. OG10K does have many happy customers but unfortunately I was just unlucky to not be one of them. Also note that OG10K does have commercial scale orders that they are fulfilling behind the scenes so many individual customers mightve have had to wait longer for their orders as these big customers take priority (makes sense since money talks).If you plan to order a graphics card from the OG10K, be prepared to wait with your money held up with them. I think at this point in time, they will not issue refunds as openly as they did with older orders. No matter how angry you get with your order, note that you are only one customer and this business is making plenty of money for them to really give much care. They are definitely improving on their communication and hiring more people. They took advantage of the high demands of GPU during the pandemic but due to the lack of oversight of the owner, many aspects of the business just could not keep up. Im not a business owner so I may not be qualified to critique his business management skills and many things I have said is just speculation but Ill just voice my opinions for anybody that might find it helpful.

I purchased a custom gaming pc from him a year ago. Still runs perfectly til this day, and it gets a lot of use! I know nothing about building pcs, so he asked me so many questions on how I would use it and what games Im going to play, and built me one perfect for me, with plenty of upgradable area. Im actually getting ready to get another one from him for my son. Id recommend him hands down. 10 outta 10!

Bill and his team do try hard and mean well, but the experience was frustrating. Extremely poor communication, Items not being shipped when they say they would and the refund/return process has not been automated, ie. needed to dispute the charges at OG10Ks guidance for all orders to get my refunds.I really hope things improve over there because, because they have the potential to be fantastic, but right now it just feels like things are moving growing too fast and they cant keep up and the experience isnt there.

While it took awhile to get my processor, the process was all straight forward and theyre very up front about what youre getting into. Probably would not have been able to get a 5950x anywhere else for awhile. They also have some very hard to get items like kingpin 3090s and other higher end limited edition stock that isnt possible to get elsewhere.

OG10KTech is a SCAM. I made an order and I was charged in early June, but I havent received the item I purchased. Despite NUMEROUS attempts to contact anyone, all emails, phone calls and even their chat support feature on their webpage, I have been met with silence. They will take your money and then there isnt even a way to communicate with anyone to request a refund. I finally filed a dispute with my bank and reported them to the FTC and the FBI.

I had a monster sized order. I ordered a pre-built for a friend, then added a 3060 and 3080ti for upgrades, and to finish my other build. The case came beat up from UPS, but this was quickly fixed by Bill, Ashley, Matt, and the rest of the OG10Ktech team. Great service, and no scalped prices. 11/10 recommended.

Only place which was doing backorders on RTX cards back in Dec 2020, waited seven months to get my card shipped, which was fine, theres a shortage, I understand completely.However, his customer service skills are terrible, he spent a good portion of his shipping streams arguing with his chat and not actually shipping any of the cards people paid for.Hes rude to people who ask questions claiming they should magically have their answers if they read his emails which contain a lot of spelling and grammar mistakes which at times made them unintelligible and a lot of the time contained zero helpful information for your questions.While he doesnt do it now, when he backordered cars he claimed he would never let people jump ahead of others in the queue, yet, on stream, would often ask people to give him their order numbers and jump them ahead of people in the queue, which wouldnt have been a big deal had people not been waiting up to seven months for this guy to ship them a card they paid up front for.He also doesnt seem to actually read any of the emails you send him past the first two words, Ive emailed him about my order three times; the first time it was in regards to getting clarification on a price change and whether or not my order was affected, he gave me the previously mentioned response to read my emails which said absolutely nothing about my specific question. The second time was in regards to my order showing up as nothing on his site, I email to clarify that my order hadnt been cancelled, his response was rude and gave me the same response read my emails which again said nothing even remotely close to hey everyone, your orders are still active my site just says they arent!. And the third and last time was earlier last week when he actually went to ship my card, I began moving into a new home earlier than expected, so i emailed him and told him that I needed him to change the shipping address, he completely ignored that email and has shipped it to my OLD address and it cannot be rerouted so I get to make a 30 minute drive to pick up my $550 GPU which is going to be sitting at an abandoned house or Ill miss the delivery driver and have to jump through hoops to get my GPU sent to a location where I can actually pick it up. All because he refused to read past the first two words of my email.I respect that he was the only guy offering backorders, but hes simply a nightmare to work with on anything, youve gotta learn some better customer service.

First off I’m a local buyer, from the physical store. I would put this rating between 4 and 5 stars. The worst part for me was juggling multiple communications methods, but we eventually figured it out and landed on something that worked. After this, OG went out of his way to help me and some of my good friends. I appreciate that very much, and it is nice to see a small hobbyist store that cares about the little guy and is involved in the gaming community.

UPDATE:We received no email in response to our question about the cancellation. An email notification of the cancellation arrived on April 11, with no explanation. I sent emails asking for explanations on April 11 and April 15 to the address from which the cancellation notice arrived. I also sent an email on April 15 asking about the cancellation reason to the general support email address. I can screenshot all correspondence from the company if needed. Had there been a response, I wouldnt have written this review.We received one email about the new website system, not a dozen. The initial email arrived on March 11, informing us that the new order number was 3338, and that we could track the processing with that. When that number stopped working, I sent an email on April 6. The response on April 6 indicated we needed to create a new password on the website, with a claim that a half-dozen emails had been sent, and that I should check my spam folder. I checked my spam folder and found ZERO correspondence there from your domain or from flockmail, the email service you use.The person responding to my email indicates that my order was shipped yesterday. That will be wonderful if it indeed happened, but we also received the refund yesterday. If indeed our order was shipped (without notification), then I will gladly re-send the amount we paid for the original order.The person responding indicated that the email he shares at the end of his response is from last week. It is not. It is from an exchange between myself and Mr. Taylor dating back to January 20.It would have been wonderful had my questions about the cancellation been responded to as quickly as whoever it is that responded to my review here.As of right now, all I understand is that we received a refund after a cancellation that occurred for reasons we are not aware of. There has been no notice of shipment because I suspect that there has been no shipment to us. Until I receive an email to the contrary, my original review stands.ORIGINAL REVIEW:We ordered a Zen 3 5900x on December 22, 2020.Prior to a short-lived queue reporting system, questions about order status sent in email were responded to, but curtly. I can understand that, given how small of a scale they seem to operate on.Once they upgraded their website, the queue system vanished and because our order number changed, without explanation, twice, we struggled to figure out any order status.Just this past week, the order was canceled without explanation. After we waited on it for nearly four months. It took almost a week for the refund to appear. Update: I got my card from og and Im very happy.Ive ordered two things so far a psu that did take a little bit of time to be shipped which was fair as the store was still getting setup and a 3080 (in November) this man is the only person I know that offers a queue for cards/cpus/mobo/etc. and that is honestly how other retailers should do it as well if you cant wait dont place an order.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with any company (Wells Fargo and Robinhood included). I cannot recommend this retailer to a single person. The absolute lack of communication, the horrible customer service (argumentative emails when only asked for an update about a product), and complete opaqueness about their products, builds, and inventory. I ordered my product in mid November and still have not received my gpu. Allowing the supply chain issues in general to explain this, the company has been incredibly unhelpful in regards to any information or update at all. Not a single email I have received directly has been pleasant —much less helpful. Nor do I feel comfortable even canceling my order because of the plethora of people still without their refund money. This company has mentioned their short comings with regards to their customer service. However, their service remained in the absolute gutter even after promising their customers better service on several occasions. My experience with this company is undeniably horrid and I would absolutely stay as far away from it as possible.EDIT: My order was canceled without my knowledge or consent. Most likely in response to this review, which they proved. Also order was placed before their current terms and conditions were put into place and as such should not be subject to their terms.

3/18/21 UpdateThis coming Sunday will be two weeks without any responses. The lady that picks up the phone has taken my information 3 times and said someone will call me back because she cannot help me change or cancel my orders. I mentioned to her that I tried to do it myself online but couldn’t find a way and if she could just point me in the right direction I would be happy to do it myself. I was told there isn’t a way to do it online and that someone will call me back. No one has called or replied to any of my emails. Very shady service. The only quick and smooth part of the entire experience was my card getting charged. Calling my credit card company tomorrow to dispute the charges.3/11/20I have been trying to get ahold of someone since Sunday 3/7/21 to change my orders (no option to do it myself in my account online). I’ve called, I’ve emailed, I’ve texted but no one is able to help me or answer any questions. My card was charged. At this point, I don’t know what to do other than contact my credit card company for help. Please respond to my emails or call me back. You go to the website and it states there is a 90-day wait on their products and here I am going on 5-months with still no update as to when my part will be delivered. I am happy to report that the company not only refunded my money in full, they did so within hours of the request! Alright, so here is the updated review. After getting a phone call from Bill, I can say beyond a doubt that I will be working with him moving forward for any computer components I need. His customer service when you can get a hold of him is second to none. He apologized about the delay and explained that his new employees were working hard to catch up with the many emails. This I can understand. He worked with me on my order, ensuring that I had the best parts to run the games I was looking to play. If you do not have a PC, I would recommend buying a built one at this time due to limited stock for individual items. If you have a PC and are willing to wait for the item of your dreams to be available this is the best place to get them at a fair price.

As a culture you can really tell we have lost the virtue of patience. I see people complaining about a team of maybe 5-6 people not running their business as if it was a Fortune 500 in both speed of delivery and communication. Yet ironically, this small team is delivering better than ANY other tech company at this time.I ordered a 3070 on Nov 22. My order has shipped today December 30, and I could not be more thrilled. Yes I had to wait longer than a usual order, but at this point in time, you’re not buying a card like you do on Amazon, you’re more buying peace of mind that you are now guaranteed EXACTLY what you want as long as you are patient.Bill, you and your team are amazing and I’m very thankful for your business! If youre ordering a hot new card expect a wait. He explains this before you order etc it is expected. What is off putting is lack of communication AFTER you order (you will receive fast replies before you order though). He gets a lot of the same questions too in shipping streams etc and often lashes out at customers in chat for asking. Implementing a Q&A team would be more professional.

Edit: Im changing my review to one star. When I ordered my GPU I was originally told three weeks to fulfill (I have screenshots). It has now been 10 months. I have asked multiple times for a refund and keep getting the runaround. Some orders may actually be fulfilled but I have lost hope. Ive basically had $485 stolen from me. Horrible, dishonest company to do business with. Terrible customer service.I placed an order for a 3060Ti on 1/11. When I initially inquired about this card via Facebook messenger I was told it would take around 3 weeks. It is now 3/11 and Im still waiting with no estimate on a ship date. I realize that the supply is crazy at the moment and Im pretty confident that my card will eventually ship, but I kind of feel like I got the old bait and switch on the shipping dates. My review would be higher if they were more transparent on the actual ship dates. Hopefully it ships soon, its the last component I need...

This is my first time writing a review. I purchased a gaming PC for my son in Jul 2020. Bill was very informative and we were the FIRST person to use his website for the purchase order. In April the system would not turn on and my wife attempted to connect with the service department at OG10KTech Specifically BILL on 3 different occasions over the past 10 days. We left messages for a return call with several different members of his staff.Finally had to bring the computer to a local service department in Lexington Kentucky. I was shocked to hear the following issues: the is Lexington Computer Clinic (LCC) messaging you about your custom desktop. Unfortunately, this thing is in pretty rough shape. It is missing an IO panel on the back thats meant to shield the inside components, the fans are installed backward, the cooler looks to be hodgepodged together from two different coolers and the motherboard was being held in by only 3 screws. This last issue has made the motherboard bow slightly under the weight of the graphics card. Your biggest issue at current however is that the motherboards M.2 slot and one of its sata ports have ceased to function. In addition, it seems that the hard drive you have installed is about to fail.What I would like to see is better customer service. Bill, I would trust that you stand by your products, but when you dont call people back that is not customer service. I am not a computer guy but this should never happen to a young boys computer. Now I am out CASH to get an item fixed that should have lasted longer than a year and be put together properly. Forget all the negative comments here regarding the time it takes to arrive. This service does NOT have an expected time frame. Just have to be patient or just not order if you cant handle appreciating Bill and his team for getting out of the way and providing us with such low prices for these items!I have ordered a 3070, 6800 sapphire, and 6900xt. I have received the first two happily and my customer was happy with their build. The 6900xt was ordered on December and hasn’t arrived, but I have no complaints. I trust in OG10k and I know it’ll come soon. Unfortunately my 4 digit tracking number doesn’t work for this, but this is a work in progress and barely sent an email so I know I’ll get an email later on. If you send an email DONT expect one back ASAP, they are a small team making our dreams happen, so the best we can do is stay humanly natural.Truly love this site, the honesty in pricing, the laughs in stream, the family team, and the hard work behind all this. Ah man, the journey of this purchase was rough but a success in the end. We may have had rough patches because of his newly opened store and lack of employees at that time along with the many back ordered items that needed to be filled. After many months, even though my build has been messed up a bit, I understand the pressure and wish him the best. I’m lucky to even have the brand new 3080 and the 5900x. My custom build looks beautiful with great cable management. Some things came loose during shipping but nothing was OGs fault and I wish him the best. Will definitely order a gpu soon for a friend of mine.

I ordered a new graphics card back in December of 2020, 4 months later and I am still waiting. The wait would be absolutely fine given the scarcity of the products at the moment, but the fact I have received no updates regarding my order is concerning. To make matters worse every time, save for once, I have called their store it has gone straight to voicemail with no rings. The one time the phone was answered, I was promised to be called back within 48 hours, yet no call came. I tried calling again but it went straight to voicemail with no rings, and when I left a message I received no response again. I also tried emailing their support email and once again got no response. After all of this I had decided I wanted a refund, but was unable to send the request through the order page despite meeting all the requirements. Now I have to dispute the charge with the credit card company in order to get my $1,000 back. The experience has been a truly awful one.

Ordered a GPU during his original queue on November 21st 2020. Was aware the wait would be pretty long considering the market. As others have stated communication is not the best. There are several ways to reach out to Bill and I utilized all of them until I was able to speak to him about upgrading to a 3090 in February of 2021. Took a few days to hear back from him but he did in fact call me and sent me a 3090 FE. Cost was a little higher than msrp but he did take a loss selling it to me compared to what he paid and I’ll take his word for it. All in all the experience was honestly awful when it came to communication. But the fact he does call the individual customers to verify who they are and what they’re being sent is a huge positive to me personally. And to all the reviews of him lashing out at people during his life stream? Imagine being hounded and asked the same questions when it is written in BOLD letters to not ask about specific orders or when he’s going to get something in stock lol. That would be incredibly frustrating and he took it a lot better than I personally would have. I think this will be an even greater business when the market picks back up and everything is back to normal. Bill seems to want to keep his customers happy. So I’d recommend on the fact of you will eventually get the product you ordered. Just have to stalk him on discord 😂.

Been trying to get a refund from them for a month! Response times to emails are terrible. Late January I asked for a refund now march 11 still no refund.Just and update. Still no response from the company. Contacted my bank to get involved to dispute that charge.I was finally emailed back by the company. Great businessman doing everything he can to help the gaming community while establishing his brand and dare I say, trying to do the impossible in these trying times? I was able to secure a 3080 through OG and Im still the only person I know who was able to do so. All the complaints here are from inpatient people who either didnt read the fine print about delivery times, or havent had to stand outside a microcenter for 12 hours waiting for a CHANCE at even seeing one of these cards.Its a trying time for gamers everywhere, and OG and his crew have done a phenomenal job considering the circumstances and scale of everything.

I found out about this company around October when 3080’s were released and I could not get any due to such high demand. I took a chance as I had never heard of OG10k before.William (CEO) has made it a point to be fair and develop a queue system for all orders including the highest in demand. He personally calls each one of his clients (myself included) to ask and make sure of the card or product they are receiving. Although it took me two months to get my 3080 ftw3 it’s still exponentially faster then trying to camp out or beat the bots on any other mainstream site like new egg or Best Buy.His service is always getting better and I recently placed an order for a 3400$+ custom (Spartan) build because I believe in his company and skills.I whole heartedly give him my endorsement for anyone thinking of ordering from him.****3080 queue is the longest so don’t be surprised if you have to wait a couple months but still will be faster then trying to get it any other way*****

I don’t understand the people giving OG a one star review because they haven’t received a card they ordered back in November, his website gave a time frame, and with covid and scalpers you can’t expect a miracle. I’m satisfied knowing that once he gets the card I ordered he will ship it in a timely manner. But at the end of the day at least I’m going to get one. Be patient and you will get what you ordered. The PC he built for me had multiple issues from the beginning (MB was broken upon arrival, installed the wrong HD and not the amount of Ram as promised). That being said he made it right - Until I starting having video card issues. Now I cant get anyone to return calls or emails. I was told to go to their discord but had a mod there make fun of my issue and gave no real advice. Customer support needs beefing up. OG is a great person but hes running a 1 man show with too many people shielding him from dealing with existing customers.***EDIT - right after posting this, OG contacted me and has been working with me to resolve this video card issue. It IS a wonderful business that is growing LOTS! I would still support his business. His phone call proved to me that he wants to help all of his clients.

Got my goodies all from OG10K. Cant complain, he gets the job done. But if youre in a rush for your parts, this is NOT the place to order ur gpu. He offers custom builds for 0 build cost with little turnover time for 30 series gpus such as 3070,3090. 3080 and custom loop builds are a bit of a wait.

OG10KTech offers various hard to find parts that are currently being bought out in your major retailers by bots and scalpers. I purchased a 3080 and was put on a waiting list in November 2020. I was able to purchase one on NewEgg and after a few back and forths and some patience while they worked out the kinks with the credit card processor, I was able to get my order cancelled and refunded. The work they put into fulfilling these orders and finding/buying all available products on a daily basis earns them the 5 stars. They have lots of work to do on the site and handling customers but the willingness to learn and grow shows they are off to a good start.

I know that were going through some bad times right now, and I know that its difficult to get ahold of pc parts at the moment. Never have I seen a company refuse to communicate as much as this one (and I was a comcast customer.) Apart from daily email about twitch streams (of which youre not allowed to ask questions) there is basically zero real communication. Its been 4 months since I ordered a gpu from OG10kTech and to this day I really dont even know if Ive been scammed or not. With zero information on my order, and no responses to my messages apart from the somewhat rude auto response I may as well have thrown my money away as far as I can tell.

I ordered an RTX 3090 and a Ryzen 5950X from them. At the time they were one of the only places that even had some 3090s. Had mine within a week of ordering. The 5950X took much longer, ~ 3 months, however this is not their fault. Supply issues kept this backordered. They had communication on their site but it was not the best at the time I ordered. However, their communication improved significantly as they started to send out updates more frequently and even implemented a queue system that gave you an idea of how many orders were in front of you. This helped with not having to constantly ask for updates as it was a little easier to see how many are in front of you. I got into a queue for a 3090 card from another manufacturer before I ever bought from OG10k and I still have not heard anything from them nor have any idea if I ever will. OG10K definitely has been improving and doing way more than any vendor I have ever dealt with. I plan to definitely buy more parts form them in the future when needed. Keep up the good work and keep improving!

Ordered a gaming PC just before Christmas with high-end components that are impossible to find without paying scalpers 2-3x. OG did the impossible and I received a BEAUTIFUL beast of a machine just two months later (yes, a little patience is necessary given current market conditions) that included a couple of upgrades (OG consistently errs on the side of the customer). My new ASUS ROG CROSSHAIR VIIIDARK HERO, AMD Ryzen 9 5950X, MSI NVIDIA RTX 3080, etc., PC is screaming fast with excellent air-cooled thermals (the EVGA CPU cooler is an AIO) and SUPER clean cable management. Best of all, OG stuck with MSRP on all components (no scalping premiums), so my wife did not kick my butt. Thanks again, OG...great job!

Can not be happier! OG10KTECH is the reason I have a Ryzen 7 5800X and a Strix 3090 I have been trying to rebuild my old machine which had a 4790K and a 1080. Great machine but the 4790K began showing its age and it was time it was 7 years old despite the shortage and scalpers I payed what I felt was acceptable MSRP with maybe a slight markup on the 3090 Strix. But it explained why the markup with OG10KTECH paying a bit more to get those cards so I felt that’s fair and it he even said that in a stream if he pays more he will have that on the products page. I recommend this store to people who I over hear talking about getting a RTX 3000 series or RX 6000 series or 5000 series Ryzen. In terms of waiting I spent 2-3 months for each one while a bummer is better then paying insane mark ups on the pricing.

There is a back log of GPUs everywhere. OG let’s you know that when you order. Read the big banner the pops up when you enter the site. OG sent what I ordered when he got them. I didn’t have to keep asking the same question over and over like some people do in his streams. It’s called patience especially now. I had no issues and shipped quickly. I appreciate the fact he doesn’t inflate his prices. He’s doing everything he can to make customer service better. The queue might be the worse thing he did because people live and die by it. They aren’t satisfied when it’s working and not working. I will continue to support OG.

Good people, overwhelmed themselves. As the only company in the world doing back orders on new pc components they have bit a large bite...I started a special order for the gigabyte rtx3080 vision oc for my pc build. I was charged sales tax (I live in Oregon), the only shipping option was a 2 day ups delivery bringing the total to just under $860. I put the order in on Nov 24th. At the 30 and 60 day marks I inquired about stocks and shipments of the special order parts and got short, semi rude replies... To be fair they have thousands of people asking similar questions but those are on regular orders that had a queue system. The special orders werent included in the queue systems... Sometime in January/February they issued an email saying those who lived in states like Oregon were wrongly charged sales taxes and that they were refunding that portion of the purchases... I never received that refund. My gpu was not shipped with 2nd day either.. I received my gpu on March 9th after a week in shipping (technically delivered on the 8th but the post office held it an extra day)..Now I could forgive that if I had received a brand new sealed gpu... I did not... I received a gpu whos box had been torn open, the static bag was wrinkled and the factory sealing sticker was destroyed and the heatsink and fanshroud were covered in dust and fan lube... Now I have the suspicion that, because of current gpu stocks, Bill at og10k took the gpu Ive been eyeing in the background of his streams from his personal rig, repackaged it and sent it my way without a word... If thats the case then not only am I in the market for a refund on the price of shipping, sales taxes and a partial refund on the gpu itself due to it be used and sold as new... I also did not receive my cod:cold War code...I have referred dozens of people to Bill and his crew for parts and work since putting in my order and that probably wont stop simply because of my experience. I understand that stock is hard to come by. I understand that covid put a damper on a lot of things. I understand that being the only company doing what they offer they get overwhelmed... But as I refer people to og10k, I carefully explain what to really expect... Bill seems to do what he can to make things right with his customers and I have not approached him with my complaints as of right now due to the fact that Im just happy to have gotten a card at all-that said I do feel like they dropped the ball a bit on my purchase.3 stars for a valiant effort...

As of 3/11/2021, If you dont want to compete with bots, scripts or deal with Scalpers to find a a 30 Series Nvidia GPU, or other various hard to find Computer components because of demand, you found the right place. In exchange for not dealing with the above, they ask you have patience.His shop basically was forced to rapidly expand during late last year because he was one of the more reliable ways to get Ryzen CPUs or the Latest GPUs. Since you have to pay and wait on a queue, people complain about communication, which in some ways is understandable, I found myself more than once checking my spot in my queue, or purchase date of the last 5600x or 3070 that he had shipped to try to work out how long before he gets to me.If you are debating on if you should or should not buy from his store, watch his twitch/YouTube stream. He doesnt take much nonsense from anyone strives to be fair and will EVENTUALLY get to you. He is hiring more people to build the computer orders he gets and I also have referred a co worker to him for his PC build.Would recommend 5/5, unless you need your stuff right **meow**, which in that case I hope you good luck catching this stuff before it sells out at the major e-retailers.

Originally wanted to do a new build with OG, after speaking with him he recommended doing part upgrades in my pc and trading in my cpu/gpu. OG gave me what I felt was extremely fair trade in value for my 3700x and 5700xt to use as trade in credit for a 5900x and 6900xt. Unfortunately with the market supply on these items has been limited, he was able to obtain a 6900xt but the supply of 5900x has been extremely constrained because of this he offered a 5800x to use as a loaner until 5900x become more available. Something I don’t think any other tech company would do.If you’re looking for new tech Og in my opinion is the best place to look although your order is fulfilled in the order it was placed which may cause you to wait a while, you don’t have to hunt or get ripped off paying well over msrp by a scalper. You can “fire and forget” buy your item at msrp and get it when it comes in. No hunt, no constant refreshes etc. it’s ordered and 9/10 the day og gets an item it’s shipped to you same day.Additionally if you want to continue hunting he offers refunds if you find your part before he gets it to you. Just be patient and he’ll get it to you as fast as he can.Overall OG in my opinion is extremely dedicated and holds fast to honest business practices and is the most transparent business owner I can think of. Highly recommend you order from him, if you’re skeptical check out his twitch channel or join his discord and speak with the hundreds, I’d not thousands who have ordered from him. Transparent and to the point.If you order with OG10k, you know you are going to get your parts around MSRP, the only question is: when.Impatient customers constantly asking the question of when has flooded OG10ks customer service to the point where the customer service is unable to respond to most inquiries and then people feel ignored and the result is customer service essentially is worthless.I dont care about that, I care about results.I received my orders after waiting patiently and accepting substitutions when available.Protip:The best bet is to catch OG10k with a DM on Discord while he is streaming. I understand that og10ktech is still a small company currently. They have shipped thousands of items but they are still a growing company and staff is currently increasing. I have ordered a gpu and I have been very patient as there has been a gpu shortage. I knocked out a couple stars mainly from the customer service/communication side. I have emailed OG about a number change twice. And when I brought up the change on one of the streams, he finally changed it. It seems like emails are just lost into the abyss as I have emailed about other changes after. Maybe have an email confirmation that you received the email.Another thing that bothered me were the streams. The quality of the streams are great. But I would receive an update email regarding streams and saying they will take place on a specific time and day. I will schedule my day or week around so I can watch the stream. But when the time comes, the stream starts 30 mins to even 1-2 hours later than said time. Worse; sometimes doesnt even happen at all. Now your probably wondering; you dont need to go to the streams. BUT my emails dont get answered so streams seem to be the only way to change anything about my order. In addition, after watching the pre-recorded streams; sometimes he asks if someone on stream from x month is on so he can send a gpu to them. Which sucks because Ive seen about 4-7 people after me in queue claim one. I couldve actually had my gpu 1 month ago, which is kinda crazy. Ive been waiting half a year for my card and I feel like my patience is being taking advantage of. Also thats not an exaggeration, its been 6 months.ANYWAY, aside from all that OG seems like someone with good intentions. He works hard to grow his tech company and seems to love what he does. Its still the beginning and there are many things to learn from. OG is one of the few who will sell products at the price they originally are supposed to be sold at and he offers super fast shipping. OG is straight forward that there will be a wait while parts are in shortage. They are more transparent than almost any business in the sector. Could I try and snipe a card off amazon or newegg? Sure, but thats time consuming and stressful. Id much rather wait a couple weeks extra and support a small business while doing so. After watching a few streams, this place is putting the customers first as best the can and going the extra mile!
