This business is filthy. I went to the restroom. I checked both the public and the one marked employees only. Trash on the floor. Scum in the sink. Black mold/bacteria toilet crud growing in both toilets. So disgusting. Further examination show debris on the carpet floor put in the store. Cobwebs and dust in corners on walks and floors. Its a pharmacy. Ill be switching.

I went to get Tetanus vaccine 💉 this evening, The staff 👩🏼‍⚕️ ( Michaela ) she’s so friendly and pretty, she tried to help me a lot I really appreciate for her help thank you !!

My favorite uptown pharmacy and convenience store! It’s always clean, organized but most importantly they have the most wonderful employee, Kathy. She remembers her customers and goes above & beyond every time. My daughter and I appreciate her kindness so, so much. Thank you, Kathy!

I brought my mom who is disabled into the store so she could pick out some stocking stuffers and Christmas gifts. It takes her a long time, so we split up her order and I checked out some of her items while she was still shopping. Kaitlin was very patient with my separate orders and coupons. After putting those purchases in the car I returned to help my mom check out. Kaitlin again was extremely patient with my mom as we had a very large order and we were very appreciative.

Rude customer service at the pharmacy and incompetent

There is a store manager by the name of Kayla. She is very rude and should not be in a leadership position. Unfortunately, I encountered her very poor behavior after I had surgery and went in to clear up an issue with my medication. At first she refused to look up the information and then after I asked her again to review the account she had an attitude and spoke to me in a very hateful manner. I was advised that she was a store manager after speaking with another associate. I was provided with the number to corporate. I will definitely be calling to report her poor customer service. Also, there was another person that witnessed the way she treated me and was very appalled. Hopefully the store manager and corporate will do something about Kayla and put someone else in her position with a more polite and professional disposition. Kayla is very rude and unprofessional. She does not deserve to be in a position of leadership .

My first time using this pharmacy, and I was very happy with the quality and timeliness of the service. A staff member at the pharmacy named Justin was very helpful.

Very unprofessional. They don’t care about having your prescription. They tell your prescription will be ready and when you arrive it’s not ready. They make excuses and don’t want to be accountable for their poor customer service

Website shows their hours opening at 8 am. Sign on the door at he store shows they do not open until 9 am since December 6 2015. Maybe they should get their stuff straight with in their own company. What a waste of my time. And to think I was about to switch pharmacys.

This is a trash pharmacy that doesnt care one bit about the customer. They will Never get my business again. Customer service is of the lowest priority. A simple call could have solved the problem but they are not the ones in pain so they dont care. I highly recommend driving past them and going to the next pharmacy. 0 stars!P.s. the hours are terrible also who closes at 9!

The store is always clean

The people are very kind at each Westerville CVS that I have been to, and I appreciate that. I had a situation with my childs prescription and the Manager at this CVS went above, and beyond to help. He even went out of his way after I left to continue to help me. I received a call at home, and he had fixed the whole situation.

I was in and out of CVS very quickly with all the items I needed. Staff was nice and helpful.
