Place is trashy. The letters are falling off the sign. The pump card reader was broke and the employee finished their cigarette before coming inside to help and then told me “the pump doesn’t like people”. Doesn’t fit too well with the area.

Every time I stop by the employee has the doors locked. Never stopping here again. This is the 3rd time and last time.

Kroger points havent worked for over a year

I dont know who the cashiers is working at Turkey Hill this evening but the attitude is not needed at all. Very rude, I was trying to put my Kroger plus card in and he just rushed on through the screen before I could put my number in. Had attitude the entire transaction. Maybe working with the public isnt the best job position for someone that seemed bothered to just do his job.

I will never be going back to this location and couldn’t recommend against it more. I had been getting credit for my gas points inside because the pump scanner has not worked in over 1 year. Despite this inconvenience I continued to go to this location because of its proximity to Kroger. I was told today that I can not get any credit for my points and get a refund on the gas I had bought- something I had done every single time for over 1 year. Most disturbing was how incredibly rude and aggressive the cashier was when I tried to explain the situation. They clearly do not care about keeping your business because having an aggressive large bald man at the counter not being able to handle basic questions will not keep many people coming back.

For months now, the Kroger rewards do not work at the pump, even after the rewards number being accepted. You can only have it applied by going inside. Staff is aware, and the problem still is not fixed. Its not the clerks fault. But clearly, management and/or corporate do not care about this issue.Update: The rewards issue has still not been remedied. Its been almost a year. Terrible management on the part of whomever is responsible.

It is still not possible to use Kroger rewards at the pump. I guess they do not want the business of Koger customers based on how long the problem has persisted. I guess I will shop elsewhere.

Still cant get Kroger rewards to work without going in the store. its been many many months where this has not been fixed. this is in the middle of a pandemic and youre expected to go in the store? The car wash is old and broken, and just today went through and said theres no more discount for getting a full tank of gas on the most expensive car wash, which is what I bought, and the car wash clerk said I dont know I dont know how the discounts work I just work here at the car wash and dont get involved. Horrible. I cant wait for the moo moo car wash to open up across the road because I wont come back to Turkey Hill, and I can go get gas at Meijer.

The Kroger points associated with shopping at the Kroger next door are not able to be used there. And something of a convoluted system, the old system of putting in your cell phone number does not work at the pump. Having called customer service, they stated that the cell phone number is associated with the Kroger accounts are no longer able to be accepted. I think anyone that has previously relied on getting gas there after shopping at Kroger will be incredibly disappointed. This was not something that was explained, and took a cashier that knew nothing, and a call to the customer service number to try to figure out. In the end I spent 30 minutes trying to redeem points that I could no longer redeem. There are just too many grocery stores with associated gas stations to really worry about going through this for a few cents off per gallon

Terribly managed facility. Not sure who owns this place, but jus not ran well at all. Three weeks in a row I went to diesel pump, and it took over 10 minutes to fill up my tank! Ran about 1/10 the speed at the pump. I told them and it took a couple of months to finally fix it. Lots of times cannot get receipt at the pump and have to wait in line to get a receipt. Fuel on the ground while pumping my fuel as it is not power washed enough. Went there today to get a fill up and wash, but lo and behold it would not allow me to pick the car wash and said I had to go inside, AGAIN!!! Not sure who the owner is, but you have serious problems. I have been going here since you first opened, and I am done. Your place continues to go downhill. So sad.

Dont you guys know that Kroger sold Turkey Hill to an British company called EG Group few years ago. Eventually, you wont be able to use your Kroger card anymore.

I have nothing against the people that work at the Westerville Maxtown Rd Turkey Hill Minit Market. They have always been helpful. But this companys gas pump software has many problems often. The workers know it. Last year it would not recognize Kroger reward users. Now it no longer offers you the ability to purchase a car wash and get the $30 off a gallon (with a specific type of wash). Every time I use these gas pumps, there is something wrong. Wish they would get their act together.

Do not go to this station.. They allow outside companys in to harass their customers at the pumps. Stood out in the cold for 10 minutes while some salesman tried to sell me car wax. It was like being in a Billy Mays Comercial.

Loyalty card reader never works at this location. Nine months later, loyalty card scanner still does not work.

Dont bother to call them they wont answer the phone. I tried to call them serval times with no avail

I get .03 off per gallon of gas with my Kroger card. I find Turkey Hill stations to be well maintained as a rule so I stop at them often.

Kroger bard never scans and pumps are extremely slow. Outdated gas station.

Loyalty card readers do not work, or at least very, very difficult to get to scan my card.

Overnight cashier very friendly. Soda fountain never works properly and will cost them this daily customer if they do not fix it.

Kroger plus cards haven’t been working for the last 2 weeks.

Lottery ends at 10pm.....pre pay after 10pm....alcohol sales end at 1 am
