This is almost infuriating that it is so far away from me. This is the perfect local hardware store. It had the hard to find parts I needed, several oddities that I wanted and good brand tool on the shelf that are reliable. The staff was knowledgeable and professional, I really couldnt ask for anything else. I do however, hope that they expand to the four corners of Columbus.

I try my best to skip the big box stores and when I do it is always a great experience going to Roush Hardware. I cant recall if we have been going here since 2005, but its been a long while. They were very helpful especially when we needed to get supplies and/or repair items for our home (such as the screen doors). They always seem to carry plenty of the rare items which the big box stores miss out on - especially for plumbing and garden adapters. Family always welcomed the free popcorn too, a highlight for the children.

After searching two other stores, we came into Roush a little dejected thinking we might not find what we needed (a plastic 2 gallon watering can).However immediately upon entering the store a nice woman greeted my nana and I and lead us to exactly what we needed. Everyone in the store was very kind and helpful; and the prices were very reasonable. I am so happy we stopped there. They will be my first choice from now on for gardening, tools, etc.

Roy was so helpful in taking the time to help me find hot and cold knobs for our tub. The one that was on there before was just as old as the house. But he took the time to make sure we purchased the right one. Came home and it was so easy to put on. Thank you

Are you one of those people stuck between a request (order) from a loved one (spouse) and not knowing how to tackle it? Not sure what you need when it comes to hardware? Local to the Westerville area or surrounding area? This is the place to go to. It is IMPOSSIBLE to walk into the store and not be greeted by a friendly face and an inquiry on what you need help on. From there it just gets better. My father-in-law told me about this place and I am eternally grateful that he did. Buy local - they are employee owned.

They stock a lot of items you cannot get at the big box stores & they always have knowledgeable staff available to help you & or answer questions. They offer in house screen repair, make keys, etc. Competitive pricing & they also offer a AAA discounting total bill. I like that I can call ahead if I know what I want & they have it ready to pick up.

They have popcorn again and it is a hardware store with a mom and pop vibe. For the most part they will help if you ask, typically you have to ask.

The guy working in the area with the Stihl equipment was awesome. He took his time explaining things to me. He helped troubleshoot my chainsaw problem. I bought more stuff than I needed because the guy was so helpful. He is an asset to this business. I highly recommend purchasing your Stihl products from them if at all possible.

Purchased 5 screens from Roush and they were not the best. The guy who built them was probably new. Spoke to Glenn who ask me to bring the screens back so they could make it right. Went to the store and spoke with Matt who made it right! Great place and they are very customer friendly.

I usually love my local store while supporting my neighborhood. Today, I made a simple call to ask if they had Lysol spray, the guy said no quickly but while I was still saying something, he just hung up on me! I don’t even think he said goodbye before hanging up! I called Ace Hardware on County Line Rd and they were very courteous from the beginning to the end. No matter the situation in our neighborhood or our nation don’t be rude to others. Hope we can learn from this time to be kind and help others. I was shocked from this so I just had to share! Thanks!

I love coming to Roush Hardware! The employees are always so helpful. As soon as I walk in the person at the register asks what Im looking for. I tell them and they tell me the exact aisle its in. I can get in and out quickly not having to wonder around looking for stuff.

We love coming here and supporting a local business. The popcorn machine in the center of the store always means my kids are excited to come with me. The staff is always helpful in finding me exaxtly what I am looking for. Its big enough to have everything you need but not overwhelmingly big like the hardware chains.

Wonderful place - shades of yrs. gone by. I took in a Radio Flyer Racer that I had totally messed up - no directions. They not only removed the piece I couldnt get off, they put it together for me! Thats the way they always are. Was a Father and Son so theres a new generation. Thank you for your wonderful thoughtful service!!

A great place. The classic old school hardware store. Its employee-owned, and the owners know their stuff. if they dont have it, they can at least tell you exactly what it is and where you might be able to find it!A little hidden gem is the big selection of regional and slightly strange sodas along the checkout. A nice place to find the odd bottle of cheerwine or swamp pop!

I went to Roush Hardware yesterday. Walked in and not a single employee was wearing a mask. There was no hand sanitizer anywhere. I turned around and walked out. For a company that claims to be and care about their neighborhood, they arent taking the most simple precautions to protect their neighbors.

When our heat was out, during the winter, they had a variety of electric heaters in stock and took me right to them. I am glad to have a neighborhood hardware store.

They sharpened my hedge trimmers both pairs. Assisted me with pipe fittings for gas dryer installation, adapters and hoses for water faucet installation, and fittings for ceramic cook top installation. One stop diy destination. Forget about Lowes and Home Sleepot where you can never find help because they are busy talking to each other.

Roush Hardware is my go to place for advice, parts and a sincere friendly service. This is place type of hardware store your wise grandfather would choose to due business with. Ive shopped this place for almost 10 years and now that Ive moved 18 miles away I pass multiple hardware stores to return for advice and a shopping list.

This is the best hardware store by far in the city. They say hello and ask you right away what you need and they take you right to where you want to go. They give you solutions to your problems. Their key making is also the best with one exception which is the minute key machine at the big box stores for a basic key. But dont get keys made at the big box stores other than the minute key machine or you will have to go back several times over to get it right.

Terrific neighborhood hardware store. Not very big, but the service from staff here is great. I get Stihl products here, any type of nut, bolt, or screw you could ever need, lawn products, quality hand tools, and cool bottled sodas.
