Ace in general is top tier with regards to product selection, quality, value, and customer service. This store in particular is great. Its just large enough to have a wide selection of tools and parts for keeping your home and yard in shape. The employees are helpful and readily available.

High priced. Cheaper elsewhere. I called to ask if they could shake a can of paint for me while I was there buying other paint supplies. The were not willing to shake another companies can of paint even though they are the same size. Well....ok, guess Ill go buy everything at Sherwin! Lost a big sale over a silly competitor policy.

Wonderful staff! Great customer service. Its pretty far from my house, so I wouldnt be able to go often, but I envy the people who live in Westerville who can. The store is VERY consumer-focused and service-oriented. Every single worker was friendly and helpful and the store was in compliance with current governors orders. Couldnt ask for better!

Great hardware store with pretty much anything you could need. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Also had paint mixed there and the person who mixed it put their initials on the can do that, in their words, if anything is wrong with it, theyll know who mixed it and theyll make it right. Thats great service and ownership.

The store was very clean and the employees were welcoming and friendly. If you need a hardware store, this Ace Hardware is great. Its in a small strip mall on the corner of County Line and Sunbury Rd. Dont miss it.

I went here with a friend to get a piece glass cut for his aquarium. They asked him what the size was and had it ready within just a few minutes. They had a cold soda machine and snacks as well. The other nice thing was that they had plenty of help. I saw at least 3 workers looking to help customers out and to me that was great service.

Unfriendly staff. At the register I said hello to the cashier with no reply and then said thank you after my items were paid for and again NO REPLY. I could understand if the store was busy BUT IT WASNT. Im taking my business elsewhere!

They usually have what I need for my repair projects. Of course single parts are more pricey than a box of them. Very helpful staff.

The staff is helpful and store is nice & clean but No Military Discount! Ace states theyre supportive of the military but seems only when it doesnt affect their bottom line.

Not honest. Bought an item. Used a discount card. When I returned the item, did not get my discount card back. In addition, the clerk did the transaction wrong the first time and did not know how to fix it. Will not shop there again.
