Unlike other big repair shops, Craig did not charge a fee to come out and diagnose the problem with the dryer at my work. He was very flexible and responded very promptly to my messages. When he came, he had the parts on his truck and did the repair under an hour for a VERY reasonable hourly rate plus the cost of parts. His base fee was less than the cost for the other guys just to come out (labor NOT included). Please consider Craig for your local repairs!

Outstanding service. Highly recommended. We called at 8:30, he called us back at 9:00, and was there by 1:00. He had the part in his truck and had our refrigerator fixed one hour later.
