If I could leave 0 stars I would. The sales people on the floor didn’t say hello or offer any help. When I was ready to check out both employees just looked at each other to see who would ring us up. When someone finally came over to us (we were the only ones on the store) she was very dry and lacked any customer service skill. She asked if I wanted a bag while she was charging me and when I said ”no” she slid my purchase across the counter. While I walked out and said “have a great day” I got no response. Wish I got their names!! Experience is 0/10, I will not be going back.
Everytime we went here there was a reason we had to get kicked out, the first time we went there and tried to take a picture of something we were getting for our friend, the lady said you cant take pictures but we were just asking our friend which one to get, the second time the lady was so sweet and greeted us she noticed that we had drinks she let us go but yet the same lady came up to us and told us we couldnt have drinks, like what are we going to do pour our Starbucks onto your products. Also we had drinks last time. If I could Id rate it a zero

I have been going here for years to get a facial done. It is the most relaxing experience, I now have a high standard for facials. Lisa is great, shes very personable, and gives your great recommendations for different skin products.
This was just so horrible. I have to share. Blue Mercury downtown Westfield is holding an event, and I signed up for am 11 am makeover appointment. I told them when I made the appointment that all I cared about was time, because I have to pick up my son at 11:45. They said no problem. Awesome right? No.First, I was ignored when I first came. After about 5 minutes, a woman finally asked my name and told me to go sit at a chair in the back. After 10 minutes of sitting in the chair, I got up to ask what was even going on. They said the person doing my makeup would be another 10-15 minutes. Mind you, this is already 15 minutes after my appointment time, so they wouldnt see me until HALF HOUR after my appointment. All the while, 2 or 3 other reps were standing around doing nothing, or raking walk ins. When I said I have a time crunch, the front desk person just shrugged and said oh well, we cant control the people the brand send. No, they cant, but you CAN offer another brand, scheduling a different time, or even just telling me about the delay instead of just ignoring me.I have never experienced such horrible customer service. I was one of just TWO customers in the place. I am never going back there again.
Walked in to see a new cleanser they advertised in the window. The guy that worked there looked at me like I had three heads, and the three girls were all behind the register, noone else was in the store. Not one asked me if I needed help! Or acknowledged I was there! So I walked out! Ill just keep giving Sephora my business!!!
Ladies ( and men) if you are looking for a fabulous eyebrow shaping or facial you HAVE to go see Lisa in Westfield Bluemercury. Years ago I shaved almost all of my eyebrows off and tthought I would never have a shape to them again. I found Lisa about 3 years or so ago and she is hands down the best at brow shaping and facials. Lisa doesnt go in and take off everything like some places do, she listens to what shape your looking for and waxes or tweezes. I HIGHLY suggest you go to her. Some people may think $25 is pricey for eyebrows but for the relaxation of it, clean atmosphere and a professional who knows what she is doing it is so worth it.As far as facials go, if you have never gotten one then you are missing out. Lisa does all kinds of amazing facials. I have had the Modern Facial which is basic and also got microdermabrasion. Both have been hands down the best. She only uses products catered to your skin type and wont push products on you that you cant afford.Thank you Lisa for giving me such great brows and facials!
I have been going to Lisa Stagnitti at Blue Mercury in Westfield for a few years now. She does all my facials and waxing. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I have had many facials and visited many estheticians, but Lisa is absolutely phenomenal. She is extremely knowledgeable about skincare and about skincare products. All the advice she gives me is extremely invaluable and because of that and her painless waxing, I go see her every month. All I can say is go see her - your skin will thank you!

I went there a couple times and the service is just really poor. They sell expensive products but the staff just talks back about you and they talked to my friend in a really snobby way. She could even hear them talking about our outfits. I wanted to ahow my friend a bronzer and it was a tester but they just yelled at me because I didnt know I wasnt allowed using the brushes (I mean theyre just like right next to the make up)They said only they can use them and its $45 which is ridiculous cause we all know trying make up you wanna buy is for free.Theyre just arrogant so we ended up going to another store called the barons because I know that place and they have the best service ever. They have some good products that you can ger to more favorable prices and theyre really nice... you even get small gifts every time you buy sth
