They close far before the listed closing time. Showed up 6:20 and the doors were locked; so much for that 7pm close time. I wish they were at least transparent with that so I don’t spend my time and effort coming to the store just for them to close abnormally early.
This building is ABSOLUTELY worth the visit if only to marvel in the architectural splendor of the rebuild. The former home of a bank, the building was purchased by Urban Outfitters and remade into one of the most delightfully enjoyable architectural spaces in the town of Westfield. If you can get past the 2 ton doors that are the significant barrier to entry, I lift weights and found it extremely difficult to open the doors due to their cumbersome weight. How on earth do the young waify clientele even manage to pry them open?! Once you’ve strained your trapezoids pulling the doors open, all is forgotten and you are greeted by an immensely spacious and grandly situated retail space. Lots of nooks and crannies and even a walk-in vault characterize the remarkable space. It’s enormous and airy and marked by exposed walls, bare piping and jousts that reach to the ceiling. It’s a master strategy in stripped down shabby chic which definitely saved them on the construction costs due to the very minimal design. The clothes? They cater to a style conscious younger hipster bent on retro looks and mismatched colors. I’m guessing they are all the rage as anytime I’m in the store it’s usually well occupied. I enjoy their book selection downstairs and always find something to keep me occupied while the lady persuses the clothes upstairs. Staff are always personable and willing to help and overall the music and mood are enjoyable. The music mix this visit consisted of 90’s shoegaze bands that served as the perfect frosting on top of a delectable cake. Stop by, you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
Beautiful store. Decent clothing options.
I expected more from this urban, they don’t have a great home section. I come from up north where I used to frequent the one in Montclair, NJ which was so much better. Definitely a let down as I only go there for home stuff and not the clothes.
Employees need some training on polite interactions with customers. This is the second time I’ve seen a salesperson be outwardly rude to a young person...and this time is was my daughter and her friends. The aloof attitude that seems to be encouraged by management is not going to serve them well. Won’t be going back there again, cool building or not.
Great go to but was disappointed with the selection of apparel. this location basically has the same style of a few key pieces in various colors. i was also very surprised that there was a clear void in gifting options for the holidays, such a shock for a long time Urban customer.
It’s really nice and has a variety of products
Nice and large. big selection
The Chinese delivery guy who works there always follows you around assuming that everyone that walks in is going to steal merchandise. Super annoying & he often comes off a passive aggressive. That Chinese guy take his retail job too serious. Just make him employee of the month already Urban outfitters so he can feel good about himself!
Perfect shopping location for the trendiest clothes. Good selection that is constantly rotated out and the visual displays are swapped out regularly. The fitting rooms are tidy and neat and there isnt a bunch of junk on the floor all the time like in some other locations.Staff are friendly and more than willing to help you find anything you need or help you order it online.I like the line of beauty products they carry, particularly Mario Badescu products.
Ive had an unpleasant experience at this store. One of the workers there, the Chinese one, kept following my friends and I around as if we would do something. He seemed very hostile, so we just left the store. As a customer I want to feel welcome and this was not it. I will not be shopping at that location again.
Employees weren’t very accommodating. I wasn’t greeted or spoken to until I completed my purchase. nobody asked if I needed help. not to mention the clothes aren’t very size inclusive. you’ll be lucky to find a large in anything
I really love the way the old bank in Westfield was redone to fit Urban Outfitters aesthetic! Same great clothes and choices Ive come to expect from UO.
First off I am not the target age shopper for this store, but I have been yo a few of them with my daughter and wated to see what funky books and gifts they have...which are kinda ageless. Shame to see how they Destryed the interior of an old community bank for this stores urban distressed look. Not much of a selection either. Ill stick to the malls store
Really nice staff! Super cool location! Found exactly what I was looking for 👍🏼
Great place to shop with my daughter - they were very helpful in getting sizes she needed
Everything here is overpriced, and most things here are poorly made! Put together and what have you got? A fairly crappy experience! They get 2 starts for those very thoughtful phone charging stations.
The bank concept is used so well here, this place is the reason I go to Westfield to be honest! Actually a sizable sale area, which brings me to this shop over other Urban Outfitters.
Love walking around this store reminiscing about the time I weight 95 pounds and could wear these clothes..hmmm
A great go to in Westfield for fun outfits! Never a queue for the changing rooms either.
Awesome great service and attention from the staff definitely will recommend and visit again.
Westfield urban outfitters is very easy to find, love this plac
Great store with helpful staff
Beautiful place but uo has become overpriced..
Cool
Always a great experience!
I love the clothes
No one would help me put on outfits, and I really expected that courtesy.
They close too early on Sunday.😡
Warm clothing
Pitiful mens selection.
