Quality service, and always upfront and honest.

Called Gary to make an appointment to have some routine maintenance (oil change, transmission flush, etc.) done on my Mercedes. After asking me some very odd questions (ex.: Why do want this work done?), he told me he would have figure out how much time it would take to do the work and then call me back. I never heard back from Gary even after leaving a couple of voice mails. There can be only two reasons for not calling me: 1) he only wants big ticket repairs and/or 2) he really doesnt know how to service Mercedes. As a business owner, it is his prerogative to choose the jobs he will take. But it is inexcusable not to extend the common courtesy of returning a call and wasting someones time waiting for a call and an appointment that are never going to happen. Unprofessional to say the least so Im thinking I dodged a bullet.

They messed up the AWD differential fluid change on my wifes VW Tiguan and it made the differential failed while my wife was driving on I128. Poor service. I would give a rating zero to this place.

Definitely one of the best auto services in town, and highly recommend!! Honest, capable, nice and quick. Not only their service is professional, but also they are very trustable. Instead of recommending various services like some other shops do, they focus on fixing the problem with high quality and even finding ways to help customer save money. They also explain the issue and solutions very well. I had great experience here and will be back for future services.

Gary is a very honest and fair businessman. I have been bringing my Volvo to him for service since 2012 and have never been disappointed. The work is always done professionally, in a timely manner and at a fair price. Gary is very good about communicating any issues that are found and any options that are available in proceeding with the repair. I give International Auto my highest recommendation without hesitation or reservation. A great place to do business with a personal touch.

Gary and his team are the best in the industry... they have the best business model!I had heard about Garys business thru a close friend, that told me that he had stopped going to the auto dealers because of the high prices and how impersonal they treated you. You never get to talk to the person that had worked on your car. I also felt that all the money that these car dealerships charge me go into building these mansion car dealers..This is why I like Garys business model, Reliable and speedy automotive services, that personal touch that he provides on your automotive.. making suggestions on what needs to be worked on and what would better to be handled on the next visit. Very reasonable pricing. I have been going to Gary for over ten years now and always enjoy the money that I save.. I also enjoy having an ice-cream across the street at Kimballs... the best way to end a car visit.

I have been bringing my Volvo Wagon here for years. I started feeling that the dealer was ripping me off on maintenance and service so I decided to give International Auto a try. I have been so happy with the service. My car is always in and out in the same day, and the price is what you would expect to pay, never any surprises. Gary is honest, and that is hard to come by. Love the convenience of not having to drive 1/2 an hour every time I need something done. I highly recommend these guys!

If you happen to have a foreign car and happen to find yourself in need of service on it in Westford, Mass, please visit International Auto Services on Littleton Rd. The owner, Gary Stanley, is an honest, straight shooting businessman who backs his work to the hilt. After a catastrophic failure of my car on I-495, we wound up in his shop on a Sunday night. Monday morning, when he opened, I spoke to him on the phone and in 1.5 days he had us on the way again. And when the OEM part that he installed failed a couple of days later resulting in another visit to another shop in another state, he made good on the additional repair. Truly and honest and above the norm kind of guy. Here it is again: INTERNATIONAL AUTO SERVICES, LITTLETON RD, WESTFORD, MA -owner Gary Stanley.
