I wont bring my Honda to this dealership for service anymore. Brought my other non-Honda car for MA State inspection. After 1.5 hours of waiting, I was told that one of the fog lights was out and would not pass inspection. IIRC, my car will display a message if the light is out and I didnt see it (although I am not 100% sure for fog light). When I asked about checking the fog light myself, they told me that they already replaced it, without my authorization. Then I was charged $20 for a freaking light bulb. They even pretend to do me a favor by not charging me the labor because they didnt get my authorization. In addition, they charged me another 3% for using a credit card without telling me.

FYI ! they charge 3% on top of the bill for using a credit card,did not know this until I paid the bill,Surprise.Had fluid changes done,and a sensor.I did not mind paying bill,until the 3%.I ask them to see why doors were not locking.They told me they would have to order the door switch,I said ok.Came back changed switch,doors still do not lock.Checked again this time multiplex unit $749.00 plus 3%.At this point I am not believing it.I will never go back.
