The bouquet I bought was the designer special. I let the florist know my mom loves purples and greens and the bouquet that arrived was stunning! Dark purple roses, and many shades of lavender and pinks. There was green cabbage that looked as if it was shaped into a rose itself! So happy with the results! A+

I had ordered an arrangement for my aunts birthday worth $180. I can honestly say that I am beyond embarrassed of what was delivered to her. She wasnt even happy with what she received. Im posting this so everyone knows what this florist thinks an $180 arrangement looks like. I was threatened if I left a bad review the owner Chantal would post our entire conversation in which I replied that I didnt care because I said nothing offensive to her. In her own words she stated that she is willing to do whatever it takes to make the client happy and when I asked her to redo my arrangement and include 24 white roses, 24 purple roses, with purple hydrangeas and add some green leafs or ivy to make it look fuller and bigger and that I wanted it to look as close to the picture on her website she refused. I demanded a refund and she refunded my money and said to keep the trashy arrangement. I will NEVER order anything from this company ever again. I posted the pictures so everyone can see what trash they deliver. Being in Westlake Village I never imagined that they do petty work like this. I would consider you ordering from another florist unless you want tacky arrangements like this. I was even charged $15 for delivery when I live in Newbury Park. I have included my confirmation email that I received. This company doesnt even deserve a 1 star. The worst company Ive ever dealt with. And yes I did yell at Chantal because she doesnt take the clients satisfaction under consideration.

Yesterday I ordered a flower arrangement from Westlake Florist for a dear friend who had just lost her mother. I wrote a note asking the florist in charge of making the arrangement to please put their heart and love into it for my dear friend who is a a beautiful, kind and lovely woman who deserved beautiful flowers. My friend, who works in interior decorating and design, received the flowers yesterday and was overwhelmed and deeply touched. She sent me a photo of the flowers and a message saying that it was the most beautiful flower arrangement she had ever seen. I could see from the photo that the flowers were perfect and beautiful, and the florist had indeed put a lot of love into the arrangement.Im so grateful. I highly recommend this business, and wouldnt hesitate to order flowers from them again. Thank you so much Westlake Florist.

Buyer beware. Do not order from Terrys. I ordered birthday flowers for a friend to be delivered on Saturday. They were never delivered, so I followed up. They said there was a supply problem and asked if they could deliver on Tuesday. Not ideal, but I thought better late than never. Still no word, so I called twice yesterday. They hung up on me once and the second time they said they would call back with an update. No word, so I emailed this morning and they said the flowers were never delivered and they would refund my money. Terrible communication and terrible customer service. Do not order from them! !
