Everything exceeded my expectations and was so stunning!! My bridal bouquet was also the most gorgeous bouquet I’ve ever seen. I had such an Incredible experience with the Florist XO Bloom in Westlake Village. Sarah and Laila truly brought my vision of a rustic and timeless wedding. Not only did they provide end to end support for our floral arrangements and overall vision for the evening but they also hosted a beautiful bridal shower for me in their store!The women at the shower were greeted with beautiful flower crowns, appetizers, drinks, and taught how to make flower arrangements.I highly recommend XO Bloom for any and all of your floral needs big or small. I called with short notice to have a very specific arrangement mimicking this couples wedding flowers delivered for their second anniversary. The team at Bloom were able to reconstruct a beautiful interpretation of the flowers from their wedding. The anniversary couple received it that afternoon and then called me in tears and joy as it brought back such fond memories of their wedding. I worked with XO Bloom for my wedding at Calamigos Ranch and corresponded with Travis. He was so professional, insightful and creative. He instantly understood exactly what we wanted for our wedding flowers after showing him a few Pinterest photos. He was kind and friendly and responded very quickly when I had questions in the run up. On the day they turned up promptly and did such a beautiful job of the flowers and arch. I couldnt have been happier!

The loveliest warm hearted owners who make everything beautiful and care so much about their staff whom are treated like family as well as the customers. I was an employee and came back to host my sister’s baby shower at the store. It was magical,Beautiful and everyone was amazed how beautiful the store was being surrounded but lush decor and treated impeccably. I miss this family owned store now that I am in NYC! Since I couldnt see my grandma for Easter, I ordered flowers from my favorite Westlake Village florist, XO Bloom. The only instructions I gave them was to make a pretty arrangement. I placed an online order and they delivered one of the most beautiful arrangements I’ve seen. Quality comes second to none. The reason for my -1star is because they initially wrote the wrong message on my card which with all fairness could have been avoided if they paid attention to detail. Besides that I had a positive experience and thank you Sarah for making things right quickly.

Where do I even begin ?! There are no words to describe my experience working with XO Bloom. My wedding was at the Four Seasons Westlake Village on 7/14/2018. Everything was simply PHENOMENAL the day of the wedding !! Seriously from the moment Sarah and Laila (Co-Owners of XO Bloom) walked in and gave me my bouquet and I saw how gorgeous it was, I could only imagine how the rest of the day was going to turn out. When my husband and I walked into the ballroom we were both just blown away. Literally every single detail was executed to PERFECTION. I knew I was in good hands but wow did they take everything to another level. Their vision and talent for creativity is unreal ! The centerpieces were gorgeous! They even designed my desert table which was such a huge hit and turned out so elegant! My cake was literally INSANE ! They surpassed my vision and expectations and that cake was the most beautiful wedding cake I have ever seen my entire life !! Sarah had recommended we rent a waterfall, after going back and forth with the idea we decided to go with it...you do only get married once ! THE. WATERFALL. literally there are no words to describe it. So glad I listened to her and did it ! People were talking about it alllllllll night and still till today ! It was so unique and a huge wow factor. My pictures turned out so cool with it!My whole wedding honestly wouldnt have been possible if it wasnt for Sarah and Laila. When I was searching around floral shops for my wedding, I met Leila when I walked in with my mom into XO Bloom. I literally felt like I had known her forever. I kept on raving about how amazing she was! Laila has an enthusiastic personality, warm heart and talent for creativity. There is nothing you cant love about this lady! I later on met Sarah, who I had already heard so much about. Let me just tell you her dedication, easy going, fun personality, quick response, big heart and seriously the list goes on made this whole wedding process exceptionally fun and easy !! Sarah ended up taking over my wedding planing and did the florals and executed everything to perfection which makes me think she is not a real human but a super hero instead.My husband and I are so glad we chose XO Bloom for our wedding!! What a pleasant and fun experience I had with my girlfriends at Luna Gardens:). I enjoyed learning and making the succulent arrangement for my daughter who absolutely loved it and it wast long before I went back again and made one for my self:). The staff there was so nice, patient and funny:)). What a nice way to relieve stress!
