Heidi and her team offer great customer service!!! They always give me options to ship and even recommend the less expensive way to ship and the shipment still arrives within a day of sending it a more expensive alternative. But Ive also have them send express overnight/next morning delivery in rural areas too and never had a problem using Big Brown carrier ;)

I have been using Heidi and her team for all of my packing, mailing and passport needs. From shipping 75lb marble heads across the county, to my normal weekly shipments they always exceed my expectations. The owners have been in this business for many years and are very professional and competent. Each time I ship important documents with them I have peace of mind that they will reach their destinations. Recently I have been here for my Italian passport pictures. They needed to be cut in a special format of four centimeters. They did a perfect job and I received my passport without any problems. Thank you very much!

They really look out for you - They know the bureaucratic stuff associated with passport renewal( e.g. dont fold... ) and tell you, unprompted and fix it. Of course they offer you the options of all the various carriers and their prices so thats a win too.

DHL express point only if the shipping label is printed and not handwritten. Owner wont accept the shipment otherwise
