Terrible customer service! I purchased a coffee maker online, came to the store to pick it up, noticed they gave me a previously returned to the store item. box looked like it fell down on the sides and corners, opened the box, yeah! it was a returned item. Asked the cashier if they have more and she said that look on the shelves. there were 3 more, all brand new! SO WHY DID YOU GIVE ME THE ONE THAT WAS PURCHASED, RETUEND, AND LOOKS LIKE IT FELL ON ITS FACE????? I used to work in Retail in Target, and multiple other stores, Store ALWAYS eats the cost in these cases. YOU DO NOT PUT YOUR LOSS ON A CUSTOMER. NEVER. Plus, their Attitude changed when I came back with another coffee maker and said I want that one, She said what is the difference, I said first one looks like a used item, I am paying for a new coffee maker. Terrible transaction!!! Go to another BB&B or even go to another company to spend your money!

I love the store layout because its the same at each location. Browsing is so relaxing and you will always find something other than what you were shopping for. Staff is always pleasant and helpful.

Very clean and well organized store. The products that I was interested in were available. All the shelves were neat and organized. The limit of shoppers during COVID was posted on the door. Very helpful, friendly staff.

This store had my full support and I shopped there often until today. I was pretty much refused service because due to my medical condition I cannot wear a mask. The young lady that stopped me made me feel like an intruder and someone that is spreading germs left and right even though I am a healthy person without any symptoms of illness. Just so you know a healthy person cannot make anyone else sick. Its scientifically impossible to do that. She claimed it was the stores corporate policy that people without a mask will not be able to enter. That policy is against the law and even the illegal and unconstitutional Governor/Health Departments order has a special exemption for people with medical conditions. I was clearly discriminated against and denied service. I will never shop there again and advise anyone that values one’s personal freedom and freedom to choose to mask-up or not to do the same.

I have to be honest. This was my first time buying anything from BBB. I was given a gift card from a friend. I visited the store for the first time some weeks before now, but I couldnt seem to find anything. Later I went online. It was much easier to find something online in the price range of the card. While BBB is a nice store, its not in my immediate area and I think I can find comparable items at Target, Walmart, Big Lots and Dollar Tree which are closer to me. But if you live nearby and are looking for household items and gifts, I would say you should drop in to support it particularly during this pandemic.

Was in a hurry to buy a present, found it quickly. The cashier was so kind and I was able to wrap it for free!

Some things were not priced. I dont buy things that are not clearly priced.

Employees were very nice, went out of their way to make you smile. But then had to call manager to register because I was returning a gift my mom purchased for me, had reciept and packing slip. And Manager started getting loud with the person taking care of me, belittling the employee right in front of me and a few others in line, upset the employee so much they walked away about to cry! There is no excuses for the bad treatment EVER, most of all in front of customers.

Staff did not greet us even though they stood by the doors. Could not find what i needed.

DO NOT DO CURBSIDE FROM THIS STORE!!! We waited for 30 minutes in the parking lot before just heading in. We were given a bag with 8 items and I ordered 11. She dropped the bulbs I ordered and tried to put them in the bag but my husband said Are they broke she looked and then said yes and replaced them. Not happy with their service at all. Do not offer a service if you dont have the staff to back it up.

I love my comforter that I got from Bed Bath & Beyond

I was overcharged $65, i came back in with my bank transaction and the manager came up to fix the transaction and said “can’t help you without a receipt”, and i didn’t have a receipt bc it was a double charge/overcharge. she had the nerve to look at me like i was in the wrong and get sassy. I JUST WANTED MY $65 BACK. Honestly this store was a disaster. I did end up getting my return, because they looked my card up and saw i was mischarged. I woke up in a good mood for the first time after having a lot going on lately. thank you to the girls at BB&B for ruining it

Absolutely love this store, however I do find some of their Items priced a little high. Just remember to take your store coupon with you or you will have to pay the price. I get their coupons every month and I ask family members to save me their coupons.

I love shopping here because they have everything for the home. However, the employees are not very friendly especially if you ask for assistance. In addition, Ive never seen more than one cashier at a time so theres usually a wait at the checkout.

Your Love Bath & Beyond but they discontinued a lot of products that I loved and were very popular I have no idea why theres a really bad choice for them to discontinue all the shampoos and conditioners that they have did havent shopped here hardly at all since they took certain items away years ago like I mentioned the shampoo and conditioner I go maybe twice a year compared to once a month like I did before they got rid of all the products I liked Bad Business choice in my opinion

This store has all your needs. I needed a bed cover and had no trouble finding it. If you need assistance the staff is always quick to help. I also love the section with beauty supplies and as seen on t.v. Even if you think the prices are high it is quality you pay for and its worth your hard earned monies!

While the selection is large, just like every other location, this location seems to be a bit of a downgrade from its old location on the other side of the mall. It is smaller for sure and not as busy but the staff dont seem to eager to sell anything. I was only greeted once and the small number of people working just seemed too preoccupied with other things to help you. Overall a decent store, but the staff needs to work on their customer service a bit

I experience the best service ever. Customer service was excellent the cashier was smiling and enjoyable. The salesperson on the floor bent down on the floor and got my product and gave it to me with a smile. I recommend everyone to shop at Bed Bath & Beyond in Westland.

I used to love visiting Bed Bath and Beyond for my home goods and for that of friends however it appears there are not as many options for dish sets as I remember. They are all very plain Jane.

Too pricey not to get excellent customer service. There are too many other home goods solutions with better pricing. MOD refused to issue a 20% coupon for an item I returned. Manager not savvy enough to know it makes sense to issue a coupon for a future purchase... won’t shop this location again!!!

I just got a fantastic deal,They have the Roomba 960 on sale for 548 then add the 20 percent off coupon and it drops another 109 dollarsBest deal around.

We arrived near closing and got more sales help than ever before. Unfortunately they didnt have the bedding we needed.

Prices are reasonable, went back to purchase a set of pans that were advertised on sale and havent got them in yet. Disappointing! Called 3xs and still not in. No rainchecks. Disappointing also. Called other bb&beyonds they didnt ever carry them. Still love the store.

I was thrilled to find the soda stream stuff I came for on sale but the check out was awful. Only 2 registers open and both taking over 15 minutes to deal with one customer. And neither bothers to call someone from the back to manage the ever growing line!! Took 20 minutes to check out
