I really like value plus being there when I need them. Fair prices and the employs are very nice. Ive been buying from value plus for at least 15 years I was very surprised today when I went in to buy some struts and they wouldnt take my check. But owe well I still get good prices from them. And there always there when I need them.

This place has the most deplorable customer service and insane drivers I have ever witnessed. the manager Shelley isn’t even remotely helpful. Very low class. Save yourself the headache and buy fromAdvanced Auto or another supplier.

Great customer service! They warrantied an alternator I bought from them. No trouble at all.

I was extremely qualified for a position that was open there, yet the owner was never in town to interview me. When he finally did, he was arrogant, and I could tell his warehouse and call center were both in shambles. A week later I accepted a similar poition right down the street from them, and Im very happy there. The owner from value plus calls me a month later asking me to come to work. When I told him I found work and where, his rubuttal was what a shame, waste of talent. Customer service there is sub pat at best, and in the pick up area in the warehouse where you actually have to go to get a part you need around the back of the building,the workers back there are not polite or helpful. Nobody k re anything. It was pathetic. Dont buy their parts either all basically imported aftermarket garbage.
