The customer service is amazing, but the fragrance selection from this particular location is the worst Ive seen out of all of the Sephora locations Ive been to. Their website has such a large variety, and of course, they cant accommodate their entire selection in store due to limited space, but they had a decent selection until the pandemic happened. Ever since then, theyve downsized their fragrance section. Unless youre going there for make-up or skin care, its no point of going. You might as well go to 12 Oaks. Hopefully the new Sephora at Kohls is better.

Pros: clean and well staffed. They greet each person at the door. The have a fairly large selection of items to be an outlet inside of JCPenny.Cons: many of the popular brands had almost no product on the display (Savage Fenty). The prices was ridiculous ($22 for a lip liner). The majority of brands they carry are not for ethnic skin types.

I went in and usually just do my own thing but today the lady just kept asking me questions and eventually I just let her help me and it was amazing lol. I cant even remember her name tho 🤦🤦🤦 but she was super helpful and nice. And her makeup was on point.

I was help by a very nice young lady she showed me some makeup that made me look Flawless !!! Thank you so much👍🏼

Prefer SEPHORA ! not ultra beuty any day. Better customer service and product quality.
