Family Dollar always has great stuff and usually everything you are looking for that a typical dollar store should have. The clothes selection is disappointing compared to other Family Dollar Stores Ive visited. The staff arent friendly and on more than one occasion just plain rude. But its a good store to go in and get what you need and go, definitely not to take your time and browse because you will feel or even be rushed.

I purchased some bug spray that was packaged as 2 cans for a single price. When I got to my car in the parking lot my brother and I opened the package because we were planning to split it between the two of us. One of the cans was empty and it had discoloration on the bottom of the can as if it had been leaking. My brother took it back into the store for a replacement (We had not left the parking lot). The cashier asked for the receipt and began asking what happened to the spray. She called her manager and she began questioning my brother about the spray and did he spray it out. I dont understand why this was a question when it had only been no more than three minutes literally that we left out of the store. I found this to be rude and poor customer service. Why would we spray an entire can of bug spray in the parking lot and then come back in and request a replacement? This makes no sense. It was offensive, belittling and embarrassing as there were other customers in the store. They finally replaced the cans which is all we wanted. No apologies, as if we did something wrong. I didnt expect this reaction when we went in to tell them about the empty can. Customer service and sensitivity is very important and we received neither.

They always have what Im looking for, an its not over crowded.

Its 7:08pm, and the store is closed, after walking a mile to get there, I was not pleased, they need to take the hours off the door if they are not going to stay open till 10

Every time I need something in a hurry I go to this place. The prices might be a little higher but when you work out the gas money it all comes out the same

Wide variety of extremely fair priced merchandised. Unlike other dollar stores, not everything is $1 here but youre sure to save a couple of dollars when shopping here versus the competitors

Went to this store on Sunday. It was a filthy mess. Items on the floor, stock all over, nothing put out, out of lots of products and the cashier was less than helpful. The coolers were bare as well. I went down to the family dollar at cherry hill and Wayne and it’s night and day. Go there instead!

Excellent I got everything I needed

This store is a bit messy. Some of the prices are higher than the other family dollars in Wayne. They sell wine the Wayne store doesnt. The worker was nice.

This Family Dollar usually has everything that Family Dollar would carry there a little unorganized in there but a very busy place. It would get it a five-star but the place is always Messi the floors are dirty they finally got some good help in there keep the Lines Moving. Therefore they get a four star

Decent clothes & shoes. So messy & crowded. Fast check out & nice staff wanted it a 4.

Went their looking for the laundry soap and fabric softner that was on sale. They still have a huge selection of Tide pods and Gain. For $13.04 out the door we got a 32 pack of Tide Pods, a 12 pack of Tide Pods, a 16 pack of Gain Pods and a 48 load of Gain Fabric Softner, and my boyfriend got the same. Were seriously stocked up now

That store is the most disgusting family dollar I have been in and unfortunately for me that is the one i have to go as I have to walk and have no other choice. The shelves are either empty or have boxes ready to unload, the cooler is the same way. Not much in there. The floors have paper, shoes, clothes, and many other things covering it. I use to like going to family dollar but not I dread it because of its unsafe walking area and not being able to get what I WALK up there for. So disappointed in this new store. I gave it a one for rating because I couldnt post my opinion without putting something in for rating.

This store is a hot mess. Pretty sure its because its always under staffed. Barely got down isles filled with boxes. Corporate needs to send help A.S.A.P. Now I know why they never have the same people working here. SMH

Went in and first thing was smell...nasty. Floors were filthy and items strewn all over floors. Aisles cluttered and hard to get through. Would give no stars if I could it was that bad. Must say though this was a 180 from the last time I was in there

I live in walking distance of this particular Family Dollar I was very excited to see they brought something new to the community but I was very upset when I went in the store looking for African American hair products and they had absolutely none I was appalled just because its Westland does not mean that African-American or mixed individuals dont live and work in the neighborhood I cant believe Family Dollar is so bias I was disgusted👸🙅 #black girls rock

Employees are nice.Doesnt have a large variety of products. Very Unorganized and unclean. Never anyone at the front desk, must ring bell at checkout. Employees have personal conversations on cellphones at front desk. Overall not the best location in the area.

Its 930 dont close til 10 yet doors are locked this is the 3rd time so if u wanna shop here make sure u know they dont close at 10 they lock their doors at 915 UNBELIEVABLE! Put 5 stars so yall will see this

This place is dirty and disorganized, all the time. The cashiers are never near the register and they are extremely slow. There are plenty of similar businesses in the area, they need to pull it together.

The cashier working at the time i went was very rude. Given it was the last 10 minutes of the store closing we tried to get what we needed and hurry out so she could stop yelling how much time we had and rolling her eyes at us. We hurried out and she locked the door behind us with 5 minutes left and other customers trying to get in.
