Lady was very nice my first time

I get all of my earrings/cartilage rings here. Only place I can get them where the material doesnt give me a bad reaction. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Also, the rewards program is really nice.

The lady here with the pink in her hair was such a sweet heart and helped me get new jewelry for my conch piercing! She helped me set up a royalties account too! I will definitely be returning because they have a much larger selection of plugs and body jewelry than other locations (Looking at you, Fairlane..).

So i went in there and i wanted a new bar for my industrial i told the lady i didnt want to buy the same size bar and what dose she do she didnt mesure it so now i have two of the same bar and i cant return it and the lady laugh at me and so oh my bad im never coming back there again
