Sold me a pair of guages, didnt ask questions, and ended up buying the wrong size. Anyone that sells guages or plugs should have known to ask about the customers size and asked if they knew what size was next...not just take the money and be ok with it..Lmao I was just in there today and bought guages.. all you did was sit and make a necklace.. you didnt double check you just said if we need anything let you know, we did, you grabbed them but ASKED NOTHING ABOUT MY SIZES..But thats fine I wont be coming back here anymore.. better deals online and better quality, this store reminds me of an upgraded garage sale

Ive been to Rude Trendz a few times. Most times theyre helpful. I get there at 10:15am. Theres a clock. And it reads...Will return at 10:20am. Which was odd to me. Since they opened at 10. So I stand there until 10:27am. I called inside. Thinking that maybe the clerk was in the back. No one answered. As I return to my car. A white truck pulled inSo my wife says. Ask her how much time does she need before we can go in. As I rolled my window down to ask. The clerk is getting out of her WHITE truck. With her ICED COFFEE. Never looking in oir direction. With the MEANEST look on her face! Nope! We didnt even bother going in. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO RUDE TRENDZ

Been going here for years, most of my body jewelry comes from here and even some clothes and other knick knacks. Its hard to go in there and NOT buy something. A friend of mine told me about the place when it had first opened up and Im glad theyre around, its especially hard to find the specific niche of stuff anywhere nearby that isnt a chain store. At the very least it feels nice to support local business!

Came here for the first time and i’ll definitely be back. Its so unique, i really like store. Staff is really welcoming and friendly. Plus, they always update their merchandise, so there is always something new.

Good products, somewhat friendly staff. A while ago I got a surprise bag, got some decent stuff, however, the second time I came around to get a surprise bag I got identical items in it as well as getting a necklace that was totally broken up. Disappointing purchase, not worth my $20.

Went because I heard from a relative it was a good place. The lady who worked there was very friendly and knowledgeable of all the products and I walked out with some great new jewelry and colored contacts. 10/10.

This store has knowledgeable staff and quality body jewelry at a very competitive cost. Much less expensive than the malls prices for the same jewelry and a better selection of jewelry. They had color contacts which I love as well as clothing and many other things to buy. Ill be shopping here from now on. **** I just wanted to throw an edit on my review because they have HALLOWEEN CONTACTS!!!! There were so many choices, I was like a kid in a candy store. I cant wait for Halloween now!

I love this place! This is the place i chose for my wedding registry. They have Jewlery,clothes and contacts. But they also have adorable hanging plants,figurines, cookie jars, shower curtains, and awesome misfits and ratfink couch pillows. The world needs more shops like these. Subtle reminders that punk will never die.

Carrie was fantastic and super courteous, she had a lot of suggestions for my allergies and even changed my septum ring out at a small fee, would definitely come back!

The person that happened to be in the store when I called was extremely rude and arrogant about their merchandise. I advise anyone to steer clear of this place and spend your hard earned money somewhere that will appreciate it. Very unprofessional staff when speaking to customers. My review on this place started off very rocky however this is the only store I have ever encountered that goes out of their way to make sure they call back a customer and explain why they werent available and if you ask me thats the best customer service.

This place is awesome, a hidden gem for tattoo artist/piercers for their jewlery. Tons of fun stuff to find here, but best of all is their pricing and jewelry selection.
