Pharmacy was super busy when i went for my first time. There was a mixup with my prescription and Angela took care of it super fast all while multitasking like a pro. Very happy with my experience. Oh and Andrea is a gem too.

Laziest and most inept pharmacy staff of any CVS in the area. I literally go to the one on Haggerty and Palmer even though I live right next to this one. Store staff is cool though.

Its one of very few that actually, have a pharmacy thats on top of their game... over all very clean and well stocked store. The parking lot isnt trashed either.

I went to urgent care and they sent my prescription here because my pharmacy was closed at the time.BIG MISTAKE. Since doing this they now blow up my phone on a regular basis and wont stop calling me. Why cant more pharmacies be like med sync??

Just go to Walmart....this store never seems to have what I need, so I grab the next best thing. Of course everything is double the real price....and to top it off the customer service (even the manager and the pharmacy) is often poor.

Store Manager was terrible with customer service issue. Sent new to another store for basic return Bc she didnt wanted to be a loss for her store. Will be calling Corporate about this upsurge upsetting issue. Went to the store down the street and their store manager Martin was amazing and commodity completely took care of me. Even let me know that what she said was untrue. Will be reporting this to the BBB. Do boy go here and spend your money.

This pharmacy is the worse pharmacy I have ever used. They fill the prescriptions way too early, when the insurance pays for them. Not when you need them. They want that dollar asap. I told them several times fill all my monthly prescription on the same day so I can pick them up at once. Thats too hard! Also pre-authorisations is to complicated as well. Ive been waiting on one for two weeks and if I didnt go up there is would of never been filled. They dont care about the customer there all they care about is the money. Theu tried filling a rescue inhaler once a month, when its barley used. Thats them taking advantage of the insurance company. People wonder why our rates are so damn high.

I removed my account from CVS pharmacy to Walgreens. After being a customer for about 10 years. I have a medication I have to take life or death situation. I phone in prescription. When I realized that my prescription hadnt been filled I had no meds left. I was told I could have enough pills for one day until I contacted Dr. Which if I get sick I need to take a double dose. When I contacted Dr. I was told they were never contacted by CVS.My husband still has his meds there because he doesnt take as many serious meds and now I dropped off his prescription from surgery an hour and a half ago. Told them i needed it before 5:30. I was then told it would be ready in an hour and its not ready!!!

Dropped off script told them when we wanted to pick it up, came 5 mins after said time and prescription isnt ready, said I didnt drop off my script. They cant find it anywhere, i prove that I dropped it off becAuse I picked up another script when I dropped that off. Tech said yes he did drop it off. Pharmacist finally found it in the garbage

( I Only go to because their less then half a mile away) Nice employees, but their pharmacy wait time (including when their isnt even anyone at the pharmacy or are slow of customers) is a bit ridiculous, I always get told at least an hour wait time for 1 medication, Walgreens wait time is 15 minutes, I had once where they said longer. Cvs pharmacy, even tho Im a parent and have been for years, wont order 1 of my medications, dont have other medications available Most of the time, I have and will continue to go to wall greens as they have much better support, and friendlness. Will only use cvs if I feel like a quick walk, (=

I find this to be a good CVS Pharmacy goes out of the way to help you the store always seems clean not many people on staff but I guess its what they need parking lot is nice and big and lit at night

What a mess! While I waited, and waited. They didnt fill my script over night went then next afternoon and they couldnt read the script told me to wait 15 lol more like 30 minutes which was long enough for me to watch just how often they make mistakes and ask questions they should know the answer to. Frantically looking for scripts and the employees looked stressed. Was there almost an hour before I finally get my script and realize there is only one instead of two.. oh you need to come back here in two days from today....I started my visit in drive thru...if they would have said that (dropped script day before and was told one hour ) script had doctors # if they had questions on anything btw. I would have gone home after a long day and saved myself the aggervation observing such horrible service...save yourself time if it matters to you I was so frustrated leaving I really had to count to 10.! DONT GO THERE! !!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED LOL!

Avoid this one at all cost.1: weve had pills come up missing2: put me off for 2 days for blood pressure pills . First day we are out of stock, but, were getting some in tomorrow . Second day: I drive up to pick up when I get there Im told we are out of stock, no cvs has any, sorry we didnt callI go 2 days with no medication and have to scramble to find somewhere that has the meds.Go on Yelp and check out the reviews. Im not the only one. This location should be closed.And yes, we logged a complaint with their corporate HQ and with the government over pills coming up short 3 timesUpdate- They did it AGAIN!!!Script was for 60 and they only filled 30!DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY

It you have Medicaid dont even attempt to go here for prescriptions. They dont care about you because you cant pay their outrageous fees

The CVS is horrible my mother-in-law was over there today and she was having an asthma attack fell down on the ground no customers and no employees helped her at all

I asked them to try running my sons insurance card a second time because they said it wasnt active and she was very rude and refused to run it again. So I went home and called his insurance provider... If she would have ran it again it would have gone through. I WILL NOT BE GOING THROUGH THIS PHARMACY AGAIN.

Was on hold for over 20 minutes! Without being asked what I needed.
