From the moment that I called to set my appointment to the minute that I picked up my vehicle my entire experience was seamless. Very easy check in, a very thorough appraisal of damage and excellent job of keeping me informed regularly about what stage of repair my car was in. They even made the car rental delivery and drop off at their location. Highly recommend and if I need their services again this is the place I will go!

Great job by Caliber Collision! Our Honda Odyssey had rock chips & rust spots on the hood. I told my wife she needed a new car, but she loves this vehicle. I didnt want to invest too much in a cosmetic repair on a 2007 Honda Odyssey, but when Paul came back with our estimate, I gave the green light. The hood looks like new again! And they even polished the faded headlamp covers! All for about the cost of 1 months payment on a new car. I was so impressed I had Paul give me an estimate on my other vehicle, on the spot. I highly recommend Caliber Collision at 100th in Westminster!

Took my car to get some scratches buffed out. Sarah at the desk was very up front saying some of the scratches may not buff out. As it turns out the scratches came out perfectly. Not only that, but they waxed the whole car. I paid $108 for two hours of labor and my exterior looks showroom clean, and the scratches are gone. And they did it in half the time they promised. Great service, keep it up!

I cant say enough about the service I received at this location. I have had a few times in my life where I needed someone to work on my vehicle and always had a horrible experience. This is the first time that it wasnt a complete nightmare. I was informed of what was happening to my truck every step of the way. And I also received it five days earlier than expected!

I had my taken my car to Taylor at Caliber Collision about a month ago. They had to completely disassemble my car to remove all the glass and reassemble, replace parts and paint the body. Taylor was very responsive and kept me up to date on the progress calling every Tuesday and Thursday. Not only was my car in good hands but it came back to me better than new. I had a minor collision and my insurance rep said that Caliber Collision was a preferred place to get an appraisal for repairs. Once I arrived, I was treated really well with each interaction and by each team member. I dropped off my keys and said Id like them to do the repairs after the estimate.At this point, Taylor was point of contact and he did an outstanding job. He regularly called me with updates and took the time to explain each bit of the process. I was always able to get through to someone that could help with each call, which is hard to find anywhere in any industry. I called on time and Taylor was in a meeting, but the representative popped her head in and was able to get him on the phone for me. It wasnt even an emergency, but thats the kind of customer service I received here, customer focused.Once my car was finished, I was so surprised that they went so far above and beyond that they fixed a separate bumper issue Ive had for YEARS at NO COST! Part of my bumper was held on by gorilla tape, and they were able to reattach it with just a few cheap parts. Not only that, but they buffed off the adhesive! Thats no small chore, and this was all complimentary. This was icing on the cake for what was already superior service. Im beyond pleased with my experience with Caliber Collision, Taylor and his team.

I was rear ended by another driver and went to Caliber Collision to get my bumper repaired. Taylor and his team were incredible professional and easy to work with and made the experience a breeze. When the supplier of my bumper parts didnt get them the piece in time for my vacation, Taylor was able to source the individual parts form local dealerships and stayed late with his team to get everything installed better than new before a trip I had planned. I cant thank the team here enough and would recommend them to anyone in need of auto body repairs.

Just got an estimate, so thats all I can rate. Everyone was very friendly and informative. I felt like it was a fair estimate for the work involved.

I went in to this Caliber Collision to get a quote for repairing the undercarriage of my car. They said they needed to call the dealer and get back to me. After a couple of days I called them back and they told me they hadnt been able to get in touch with the dealer, yet. After a week I reached out again and they had forgotten about me, but promised to call me back.Its been almost a month now. I havent heard from them.

Spoke to Taylor over the phone about my cars situation that was referred from the dealership. He was able to get my car seen within the hour to see what they can do. I had no intentions of having caliber do the body work, but the minute i contacted them, Courtney was friendly, helpful, and got me scheduled immediately. Taylor helped me once i got there and he was great! Professional, friendly and explained everything to my satisfaction. I have to say they did a great job, and they kindly buffed out another area on my car at no charge! The staff there is on point with customer satisfaction! They all deserve huge props! Informed and quick process.

This Caliber location is fantastic! They really took care of me and went above and beyond in every way. Taylor was great, very communicative through the process (and if you go in on Friday you get to see the fro!) I will be recommending these guys to anyone who has any autobody needs.

This is the first time we have had to take a car to a collision shop. Caliber Collision was incredible. They worked directly with the insurance company and everything was extremely easy. Very quick and professional service

I would highly recommend this Caliber Collision. I stopped by hoping I could get some advice with the damage I caused to my own vehicle. Not only did Taylor squeeze me in his schedule, he brought one of the technicians out (Andrew I believe was his name) and they took care of me on the spot. The staff at Caliber Collision could not have been anymore helpful. While my son and I waited for a rental, Courtney put a show on for him to watch. Taylor was beyond helpful and knowledgeable, keeping me updated with the progress of my vehicle along the way. Even better my cars repairs were finished ahead of schedule.

Taylor Huffman was my service adviser, he was amazing. He was able to get my truck in and out of the shop five days faster than originally estimated. He also detailed and washed my car when he was done with all the repairs which was nice. Courtney helped me with everything on the phone as well as updates about my truck the entire time. They both made my experience a great one.

I had my ford truck stolen during the pandemic. It was recovered but needed repair. My insurance recommended these guys and I couldn’t have been happier! I had inherited my truck from my grandfather so it meant a lot to me. Taylor was polite and so professional. He made sure to get new locks, cleaned out the interior, replaced the tool box and did the best job on repairing the bed sides that were scratched up from the theft. They worked hard to not total out the truck knowing I wanted it back desperately. Taylor called me every couple days to give me an update on the progress throughout. I know others worked on it and truly appreciate every tech who put work into my truck. I would highly recommend them! Great guys are professional, friendly, and provide great work product. I wrote a review last week for the Westminster store and when I sent it it went to a Denver store. I’ll try it again because This store deserves a shout out. I brought my car in after being smashed in the back and had a few kisses in my right front. Courtney welcomed me right away and got Taylor for me. He came out and was so friendly. He took pictures told me what needed to be done. We went in got me an estimate break down and told me how long it would take. He ran me home so I didn’t have to pay for an Uber. My car was done two days early and was 300.00 dollars less than the estimate. The car was awesome. You would never know it was ever hit. My car was spotless inside and out. It felt like it felt when I drove it off the lot after buying it. Taylor and Courtney and a spotless store should be acknowledged for personal and professional excellence.

Brought my car into Caliber to fix a passenger door bent out of alignment from an accident. They just brought the car back in to the shop and Andrew did a great job realigning the door in less than 30 minutes! Thank you Andrew and Caliber Collision. I highly recommend them.

I stopped by the Caliber Collision on 100th Ave. in Westminster because the rear door of my truck was tweaked. One of my employees had put all 225 pounds of his weight against the rear door (while it was open) to push material out of the bed. By pushing against the door like that, he knocked it out of alignment with the front door so it wasnt closing properly. I had no idea how much something like this would cost so I stopped by. The first gentleman who diagnosed the situation couldnt figure it out so he brought in the manager, (I forget his name). At first, the manager was stumped until I told him how the damage had occurred. Once he understood how it happened he said let me take it back to the shop real quick and try something. Within 5 minutes my truck was back up front and the door was fixed. Perfectly... I was blown away. He obviously knew what he was doing. I asked him how much and the manager just said tell your friends about us. Thats exactly what Ive done and I will continue to do. I Highly recommend Caliber Collision on 100th Ave. in Westminster. The fact that he took the time right then to try and fix the door is really impressive. He could have told me to make an appointment and come back later but he didnt. Thats what I call Service. Good job...You definitely deserve 5 Stars!

I swung by to get a quote to fix a fender flare that had a broken clip. Andrew evaluated to issue, offered to take it to the shop and 20 mins later the car was brought out repaired! Thanks Andrew. I took it to a local dealer and they quoted me $450.00 saying they had to pull the bumper, and perform some other things. Turns out that was a scam. These guys took care of me quickly. This is my second time using them in the last couple years and will continue as needed. Thanks Andrew and Tony.

Great customer service and expertise! Taylor, the service advisor, did a great job of giving my bumper a through assessment and details as to all which needed repaired. The work came out looking great. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming too.

I took my car in on sep 26 at 9:30am and till this day my car is still at the shop damages are very minimal I really don’t think it could take 5weeks or longer to change a bumper and part of my trunk no one knows how much longer it would be before I get my car back they keep saying next week next Friday by the end of next week I’m just hoping they at lest do good quality work if is taking them that long to finish working on my car

I was told one thing and received another. Instead of repairing damage they just clear coated over it so you could still see the damaged paint. I would not recommend this particular business location to anyone. I had my first experience working with Taylor and Caliber Collision last year when my car underwent hail damage. As someone who is new to the area and to the state, I had no friends or family to share recommendations on body shops and subsequently selected Caliber in Westminster because it was convenient, but upon meeting Taylor and working with him on my first car, I will likely never go anywhere else for my car repairs. Taylor is incredibly easy to work with, professional, and detailed. I have very little knowledge about cars, and have had a number of uncomfortable and suspect interactions with other dealerships in the area, regarding the lease of my new vehicle, and as such having found Caliber and having taken, now, two separate vehicles to them for work I can say I am incredibly thankful to have a shop and a person with whom I can place my full trust. Taylor is truly phenomenal and while I hope I dont require any repairs in the future, truly look forward to giving them my business and interacting with Taylor and the team again.

I had some repairs done by a small shop in Broomfield and at first I thought they did a good job. Within a month, my paint on my hood started flaking off all over! I emailed and called shop owner and they never responded or even offered to fix the work. Overall just a scam sell cheap work to get money from my insurance. I started doing some research and I reached out to Caliber Collision and worked with Taylor and he got my a quote to fix the work on my hood. This was out of my pocket so I wanted to assure myself that I was dealing with professionals that stand by their work. Taylor was honest and professional, he established my trust, and I scheduled the work to be done. They were able to get my vehicle back in a timely manner and the work looked amazing. I was really impressed with the customer service Caliber Collision provided. In fact after I picked up the vehicle, Taylor gave me a call to check in if I was had any problems and happy with the work done. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Caliber performed services that I did not agree to resulting in $700 extra on my bill. I don’t recommend using these guys, but if you must get everything in writing and keep a copy for yourself. You may want to record any conversations had for additional proof.

Just went in to pick up my car after being told it was ready. After waiting I was told it is not ready and there were parts they hadnt even ordered yet. Had to go get another rental car. There is one lady trying to do all the customer service. Would not recommend.

Cheating customer and not the honor place to do business. Rushing us to take the car at evening time, so we cant check the vehicle to see how they repaired. And they took the car running around the town without our permission, when the car was not running, they call tow truck and crashing the car, then dont repair it. Never bring the car to this shop again forever....

Got in an accident, my first one ever, paid my deductible and thought ok, no biggie right? WRONG!!Had to take back my car after weeks of not having it, not getting any information on whther it was being repaired whether it was a loss or if the hubble had crashed into it for at least 2 weeks. They lost my license plates and aftermarket parts on my front bumper,??? they promised to reimburse me for the license plate replacement which they have not done in over 3 months. I had to take it back 4 days after getting my car back because of wrong color, and body panels not lining up, they didnt connect my passenger door handle and last but not least it tried to start fire because of a shorted sensor that was damaged in the impact. Two weeks later I got my car back again and drove my car with no big problems, for a few days. I get a check engine light again and call my dealership. Im up for some recall work that might be related so they have me come in. I found out a few hours later that i also have a leak in my radiator that should have been replaced and Caliber neglected to do a pressure test for leaks and my coolant has never BUDGED IN LEVEL since the day i bought my car but is empty and oily now. This caused overheating and my coolant hoses are compromised and head gaskets are now leaking, almost two months at subaru and they keep dodging my calls and claiming previous damage when they have no tests after replacing the radiator support brackets but not the radiator or doing tests after a front end collision. I would AVOID Caliber Collision at all costs!! And hire a lawyer if you do!!!I I LOVE MY CAR!! I do everything i can to keep my car in good condition spend most of my extra money on it and these guys... destroyed everything. 💔💔💔💔
