Love this place! The only place I’ll take the Jeep for any upgrades. They installed LED headlights on my Jeep a couple months ago and then they just recently installed a 2.5 inch lift kit while adding 35 inch tires to my JL couldn’t be more thrilled! Was placed on hold for 45 minutes! Finally hung up and called back. Upon answering they try to quickly place me on hold again! I stopped him and explained that I was on hold for literally 45 minutes. I man very rudely cut me off and said we’re short staffed and click! Back on hold…They’re making it difficult to spend my money there. I ended up dealing with a different store.

Wait for 30 minutes to talk to one of the 4 guys who are on phone calls. Hand the guy a part # and vehicle info that I could order online. They don’t have it in their system so they can’t order it. I left and went to an independently owned shop 10 minutes away. They called ARB and ordered the part. I have them my $$.

The prices are very competitive but the difference is in the quality of work and the customer service. From Brett up front to the Mechanics in the back, this place is the best for Off Road Performance. Thank you guys, my Jeep rides wonderful.

Poor customer service.59 customers or more waiting for customer service when I call to return a damaged item. So its a multi-hour PIA to return something.Products was not well packed and arrived broken. Cant request exchange online, you have to call and they make that almost as pleasant as calling Comcast.

Worst experience in a long time. Schedule a lift instal. Paid ahead of time. I flew back from a trip a day early to accommodate their busy calendar, my wife took the day off to shuttle me around, when I get to the shop they say I canceled. I ask why I would have paid then canceled. Apparently a cancelation was entered on my ticket.I’m told I’ll have to reschedule. I explain I’ll be leaving town again and I had to juggle to make this day work. Is not my fault they entered a cancelation on the wrong customers sheet. Employee tells me that if I bring in my own technician they can help me otherwise I’m up a creek.I’ll take my money and time to another company.

Excellent customer service and quality overall. Jonathan went above and beyond to make sure everything I ordered from them was installed correctly and that I was satisfied with everything. Will definitely be back for all of my off roading needs!

Worst 4 Wheel parts store Ive ever experienced. I ordered a set of 5 wheels from them for local pickup. I never received a single call, email, etc. saying any updates whatsoever for over a month. I finally had to call in multiple times to check the status of when the items I ordered would be delivered, and kept getting mixed answers, unfulfilled promised delivery dates, and still never received the entire set of rims almost 2 months after ordering. I would save yourself the time, money, and grief dealing with this pathetic company. Highly disappointed in their services, processes, and the people answering the phone. I will proceed to tell every single off-road enthusiast I know, to never shop with 4 Wheel parts again.

Horrible!!! Ordered online and used PayPal ended up returning to the local store. It has bow been almost 3 weeks and still no refund. I have sent emails with no response and been on hold for 40 minutes with their customer service thier excuse is they have a new system that they have to be careful with. 3 weeks is a joke for a return and their agents are rude. I will never use again.

Wait times are horrible, both in store and on the phone. Staff is nice, but man, they have no sense of being quick.

Everybody should know what 4wheelparts is all about I went in here and got some BilStein shocks and a 2-inch leveling kit for my Duramax dually diesel which had some original sagy stock suspension that no longer would hold up the stockings of an old lady. after an hour underneath of my truck my BEAST was leveled out and cruising better without bottoming out in the rear. And they had what I needed in stock we did not have to special order any thing.

I would like to leave a review for getting the lift kit Id like installed, but I cant seem to get ahold of anyone. I emailed them 3 times, called the store twice. I was told by the gentleman that answered that I would get a call back, but never got a response from anyone. I contacted Customer Support via the website and was eventually was called from the Regional Manager, Cole in Utah. He left a message and I called him back twice and left a messages with someone that was short with me. I never heard back from anyone.

There were problems with the quality of installation work. Mechanic stripped the front stabilizer bar bolts. Result was that front stabilizer came loose after installation and damaged front rim. Problem was eventually corrected after second visit. Be sure to double check all installation work.

Went in for new tires and alignment. They did the tires and said that they couldn’t get the tie rod ends to break loose, so they’d have to cut and replace them. This would cost 660.00. I left and took it to groove Toyota, where they completed the alignment for 120.00 without any issues. I’m happy with the tires, but grateful that I decided to get a second opinion on the alignment situation elsewhere.

Had a bunch of mess ups during my first experience with 4WP...one my fault, one theirs. I got some 15 inch rims for off-roading not knowing that the calipers would not for and need keep the rims at 17s after talking to a phone rep. The other issue was getting clearance on tires (270/60r17 BFG A/T) which ended up being a different tire than I actually ordered (245/60r17 BFG KTM3)....But what I ended up with was a 245/60r17 KTM 2. So we had clearance issues on a tire that I didnt order and ended up with a slightly different tire than I actually wanted. The reason why Im giving them four stars still, is that even though I was getting my tires and rims and all the work finished at the end of their day... And even though they had the wrong tires on there and were basically done...they pulled all four tires from the rims pulled all four of the new tire sensors and swapped them all out as well as rebalancing remounting etc and they did all this well past their closing time for me so I could get my Jeep home that night. Spent 2400 or so on tires rims and a 2 inch lift.

These guys always take great care of me. As the owner of Boulder Welding, anytime there’s something I need for my Jeeps that I can’t or just don’t feel like making, I get it from them. They’re professional, yet down to earth. I highly recommend them to any four wheeler.

Their cool phone system immediately identified me and my purchase history. Besides promoting quality America brand names, their inventory or ability to get inexpensive parts extends to China which gives the budget-minded consumer more choice. What you buy, they will install, or what you break, they will fix.Their website or any store is worth a visit for off-roaders or jeep owners. On a busy day, in their parking lot, you can find an interesting mix of modified vehicles.

I originally wrote a terrible review on these guys because of the person who helped me. I wasn’t satisfied with what I purchased and the help I originally received. Id give -5 stars if I could! Absolutely terrible customer service! Wait on hold for 30 min to hear rumbling then a click. You get hung up on then call back to have them tell YOU to not hang up and call back then they put you immediately on hold again before you can even tell him what happened. Absolute BS... I like buying locally but save yourself the hassle and buy online!

The bad part about having a new wrangler is that I am always obligated to go to the dealership first to get issues fixed. After experiencing some death wobble I looked under my jeep and realized my OE steering stabilizer was trashed. I went to this 4 Wheel Parts and they set me up with a new Falcon Stabalizer that was designed for the JK but showed me how to attach it to my JL so that it was above the axle( The JL steering dampeners are situated well below the axle which is why my last one got trashed)But that’s not even why am writing the review. A month later after installing this new stabilizer I started experiencing a death wobble far worse than before. I brought my wrangler to my usual dealership and after a week they told me they had ordered a new steering stabilizer. “What is wrong with the upgraded one I just put on? Did you check any of the other components?” “Yeah, we checked all the other components and everything looks fine.” After going off on everybody there I drove it up to four wheel parts. They took a look and within 10 minutes realized my track bar was loose. They tightened it up and sent me on my way ( special thanks to Ray).It takes an off-road shop to work on off-road vehicles, no offense Jeep AutoNation Arapaho!

I took a 6000$ set of wheels and tires to the Westminster location about 2 weeks ago. It was a set of 24” RBP forged wheels and 42” off-road tires both brand new. They go to a 60,000$ show truck. Before leaving the wheels I opened each box and 100% inspected them. The faces, the barrels, everything. When I picked them up it was almost dark so I missed what they had done. First off they told me over the phone they only use balance beads to balance tires of that size. When I got them they had sticky weights on the back of them. I was willing to over look that as the sticky weights are a better way to balance. When I got the wheels and tires home carefully unloaded them and stored them flat in my garage where cars do not park. Today I uncovered them so I could do a ceramic coating on them and noticed one of the wheels has a chip in the powder coat as well as some scratches and what looks to be sharpie over the Knick. Now I’ve spent 2 years and thousands upon thousands of dollars building this vehicle and these wheels and tires were to finish it off. I now have a terrible looking wheel on my show truck that can only be fixed by re powder coating. I will be calling corporate tomorrow to see if they will take care of it which I expect they won’t. The issue is they didn’t even say anything about messing up. Accidents happen and I would have worked with them. Now they will deny it and most likely I’ll be out of luck. Taught me a lesson though. This is why 4 wheel parts is a joke. I’ll keep you updated on any resolve.

I had two separate employees from both locations tell me they didnt have a part in stock and it would have to be ordered. Brett found me exactly what I needed and found it IN STOCK at their warehouse location 20 minutes away. Parts fit perfect, as promised. Im back on the road today instead of waiting. I really appreciate the expert knowledge.

I ordered an exhaust from their website a month ago and it never arrived, the only time i heard from them was when i called to see what was going on after a couple weeks, which they provided me with no answer. i understand we are going through unique times right now, but the lack of communication and professionalism from this place is unacceptable. they have no problem taking your money, but keeping you updated with whats going on with the products that you paid thousands of dollars for is apparently too much to ask

I dont dont know much about off-roading, all I wanted was to set up my Jeep for hunting and fishing. These guys didnt oversell me on things I dont need and are pretty chill. Their service was excellent. Note: You may have to wait a minute or two to talk to someone when you come in, but thats because they really do give you their full attention when working with you. Top notch!

Ive been coming here for years. Great shop. I was able to purchase suspension components for my truck that I thought for sure would need an order but, they had them in stock. Prices were more than fair. Staff are happy to answer questions and focus on you regardless of how busy they are. In my case it was a pretty busy day but, they moved efficiently and Ill continue to shop here.

I purchased a set of Pro Comp 35x12.5x20 because of there 60k Mile warranty. I only got 40K miles on the tires, so I went in to purchase a new set they only offered me $100 OFF a new set and said that was the best they could do. I would definitly recommend shopping else wear for better tires and better warranties.

These guys have built 3 trucks for me. Each with their own nuances. I still have all three and drive them regularly for different needs - all have performed well. Any time there has been an issue with any product or install the guys at 4 wheel parts have been quick to correct them. I highly reccomend this shop. Great people, solid work.

Came in to get a leveling kit on my ram 1500 and shocks and the staff was helpful and friendly. The work was very good and seems to be installed perfectly so far. And they even told me that after 4k miles i can come in and have the parts re-torqued to make sure everything is good.

It was the worst experience I have encountered in a long time.I was inside the shop for about 15/20 minutes not one person asked me if I needed help or anything..the sadest thing about this is they werent even busy...no one was in the store and they had @ least 4 available people that could have helped me ...Ill take my business to high country never here again ! and Ill see what happens there.

Great staff. Very helpful. Quick service. They were running a sale (no taxes) and the prices were very competitive with online vendors w/o the wait for shipping. Bought new wheels and tires for my Jeep. Nice to have someone local to take things back to.

So far my experience has been great I have been working with Zach and he has answered all of my questions with confidence and expertise. I need a new locker installed in my front axle. I have had zero issues bringing any questions to his attention and he even knew of the competitors website I was referring to when he helped me price match the locker. I was able to set an appointment for the next day to bring in my axle and as long as I have no issues from here I will certainly recommend anyone that asks to go there and work with Zach.

I Abraham and partner where recommended to go to off-road tire & truck for a DODGE RAM on Federal in Westminster. They got use in in between customers witch was very nice of them . We got the truck home and my partner thought he would check the tork on the lugs ... He found I lug was that was torked and 1 lug missing . He went in to talk to Robert and was told that maybe some one stole it and the nozzle where not replaced . When he was there he ordered a lug. It came back wrong . They told him to buy one and bring in a receipt. What an inconvenience. What customer service !!!

Took my vehicle in for a suspension shakedown. Before my appointment i loosened my lower control arm to a point where you could move it with your finger. Got the vehicle back after it was declared good, bolt was still loose.Staff is friendly and good people. Wouldnt suggest getting work done there.Think of it as a last resort if you need a part fast. Otherwise just buy it offline from somewhere else. Since they are based here you have to pay tax your purchase offline.

Ask for Zach! Whether you want something to drop into stock location or youre doing a one-off build he can get you what you need! All the sales guys are super friendly, overall great experience every time I stop in.

I don’t think I have ever called and not been put on hold forever. I end up hanging up. I’ve tried and tried to buy stuff from them but that’s what you get when you don’t have adequate customer service.

Poor assistance at this shop. I showed up and started asking questions about accessories I had planned purchasing that day. I had just bought the jeep so I was just getting started with some smaller items for the vehicle. The new trainee was actually very helpful and began to discuss the items I was looking for. The person who was training him, presumably some one who had been there for a while interrupted our conversation and basically told the trainee that he should not help me. He further explained that I need to read the free magazine to figure out what I want! Considering I was prepared to purchase about $700 worth of items that day the guy was a real fool. I decided to leave and order items off the internet from other sources. Why would I go to a store if they wont even help me find what I need??? I drove all the way out there thinking there would be reasonable service beyond what I get get online. They did a great job of losing a long term customer and gained a bad review all at the same time!!! Congrats to the management who thought this was a reasonable policy.

By far the best place Ive been to in Colorado for 4 wheel parts and 4 wheel service. Great quality, great people, and great prices! Ask for Adam. His knowledge of all 4 wheel drive trucks, jeeps, and crawlers, is amazing, and his customer service is top notch!

I have used this shop several times and have always been happy with the work they do. Recently I worked with Dustin to get my front differential rebuilt and he was excellent. Id highly recommend this shop for any work you need done on your truck. Their labor rates are real reasonable and they do good work with a quick turn around.

Fantastic experience with the 4WP team in Westminster. Found a great price on some Bilstein 5100s through their website, called the shop and scheduled an appointment to get my old Xterra some new shocks and struts. They knocked out the work, found some other minor issues (i.e. smoked ball joints) quickly sourced the parts and made it all happen the same day so that my wife and I could get back to Breckenridge before the storm. My X has never been tighter...makes you realize how bad they can get. Thanks Ray & team!

Took my 09 silverado to this 4wheelparts for a 6 lift I purchased. Worked with the salesmen Terry and Ray, they were awesome and completely took care me!!! I take very good care of my truck so I wanted it to be perfect and it turned out to be everything I wanted! Would hands down recommend this place for your 4x4 needs.

Talk about a kid in a candy store!!! I looked at all the local autoparts stores with no luck finding the part I needed for my aftermarket lift. Within 5 minutes of walking in to this place I had what I needed with a friendly smile, I would highly recommend this place for all your 4x4 needs or wants.

Good products lifted my jeep. Kinda sucks there werent replacement bolts for my leaf springs as i had to cut and torch mine out from rust! Always a good experience going inside

Had them install a 3 lift almost 2 years ago and I have no major problems to report. Small things like a short breather tube but thats it. Nice work, on time, in budget and good service/follow-up.

I bought all the components to lift my tacoma. I was sold the wrong control arms. They exchanged a part that I had installed and credited back the difference. All the staff I felt with were very nice and helpful. I had 0 issues. Thanks 4wp!

I bought wheels and tires and had them mounted and balanced there. Within a week almost every single tire weight had fallen off and had to be redone. They made it seem like an inconvenience that I contacted them to fix their poor quality workmanship

Great shop, quality work, friendly people. I just wish they had more TJ parts on hand and on display. It would also be great if 4wheel parts would open a full service repair and maintenance shop instead of just their specialty shop offerings.

Horrible shop, every time I go in its because its the closest 4wd specialty shop to me and I always regret it. This most recent time I even called in first to make certain they could help me before I drove in. I needed to buy bushings for my wrangler and the person on the phone told me to bring it in, theyd look at it and see what bushings I needed to buy. I drive in, which is about a 30 minute drive and I am told no they wont look at my jeep without an appointment. You gotta be kidding me. Not to mention literally EVERYTHING in this store is overpriced, including the service. Regardless of if its good, its ridiculously expensive. Look literally anywhere online and youll find parts cheaper. Go to literally any other garage and youll get kinder and more respectful service. I will personally NEVER make the mistake of coming in to this shop for anything ever again. Except maybe to sit out front with a sign warning potential customers of the mistake theyre about to make.
