John was excellent. He got me the upgraded filter (mobil1) and also gave me the Mobil1 Synthetic that I wanted for my car. He also finish the car in less than the 30 minutes he said it will take. Thank you! Sometimes I forget that Walmart offers these services and then some and also has the best prices around. So for most of us is a good thing!

Just tried to buy tires. Shop opens at 7, tire guy doesnt show up till 10. Stood around and waited for 20 minutes to get yelled at by an employee because there were zero to be found! Definitely not worth the hassle

Regular Walmart auto parts centers! Nothing special to write to home about. Although they were very busy I was able to check out quickly! Mostly because they dont accept, apple, Android, or Samsung digital pay.... Wow 45 mins of shopping and I was told cant help you so I dropped two full af cats and went to king soopers.... Like be real even liquor stores gas stations and grocery all accept digital wallets..... Wake up Walmart. Wasted my time

They are experts at what they do, while offering the best customer service Ive had with auto services. I never wait too long and they always go above and beyond to make sure my car is tuned up. The warranties off the purchases have come in handy. Any issues Ive ever had were always taken care of with no stress. Javier, Jayse, and Chris(CJ) are a few of the guys that helped me out here and they are just awesome! I HIGHLY recommend these guys.

Lorine was SUPER helpful getting my winter tires installed despite my high maintenance requests of keeping my tire bags in the hatch, and placing the least worn of the winter tires on the front of my vehicle. Pricing was a tad high @ 10/tire plus $12/tire to balance for total of $22/tire. Overall very pleased with the service I received.

Came in to get a tire replaced. After I left I was told it would take 1 hour to get my car back. I never received a call. Came in right before closing because what the heck? They said oh! sorry! When i wake up the next morning, the tire I went in to be replaced was FLAT!!! THEY REPLACED THE WRONG TIRE!!! and it has been nearly impossible to get into contact with them. Low prices don’t matter if you don’t do the damn job.

Bad tires area not have good experience

I just tried to call the Auto Care Center at the 200 W 136th Ave, Westminster, CO 80234 and no one ever picked up. The phone just rang and rang as I waited on the line for 5 minutes. No one ever answered so I hung up.***Incapable of answering a phone, how can you be trusted to work on someones vehicle. - Im taking my business somewhere with better customer service.

I got my tires on line through Walmart.com. I couldnt set an appointment, so I just did a walk in. I expected a wait. But you could tell the tech got paid by the hour. I got there at 10, by 11 my truck was in the bay, by 2:30 my tires were changed. 4 tires in almost an hour per tire on an old range rover is bit ridiculous. Its not that he was working on other vehicles either, he was just working at the pace of a child cleaning his room.

Ron in automotive helped me out with an issue that was not of his making. Awesome customer service!

I had a problem with a battery I purchased about 2 years ago. They replaced the battery without any questions, in very short order. I was impressed with their service.

On the receipt they said the car was vacuumed And it was not. They marked the tire pressure at 35 it was at 32 and 33. What else did they not do????

I ordered my tires online. Was able to buy 4 all seasons for under $270.00. It took about 5 days to receive them at my nearest Wal-Mart. The charge for putting new tires was $40.00. The wait was about 4 hrs. So I left them with my car, and went to dinner. They text me when they were done. Finished in about 3 hrs. The tires are great! Will do the same thing with my next vehicle. The clerk was so great. She also rang me up. This was a great automotive store. No problems. A+++

The rules established by corporate have ruined this service center. Auto technicians are unable to stay past 8 pm which causes them to stop taking new orders at 6 pm. This is ridiculous. If a restaurant did something like this the guests would be in an uproar. The employees are nice, but they are inaccurate when it comes to quoting the amount of time something will take. I went in last night at 7 pm because I had a leaking tire and needed it patched. I was told they were unable to help me due to the time even though it was an hour before they closed. So I returned this morning. I arrived at 7:30 am and was originally told it would take an hour. Five minutes later when the employee returned with the paperwork she said it would take an hour and 15 minutes. Flash forward to 9:00 I go to check in and they said it would take another 30 minutes. I finally got my car back at 9:40 am. 2 hrs and 10 min after I dropped it off. The employees were nice but that does not help with the sub par service.

Do not come here to do oil change!! Ive come here to do oil change two times. And my 2012 civic leaks oil every time after the oil change in Walmart auto center. The manager Jeff is a nice guy, but his man isnt that good.

They are fine except this guy Ron who works there. He is always rude and talks down to you and acts as though you are wasting his time. I will put off getting tires or an oil change just so I will not have to deal with him.

We picked up grocery ( me and 2 small kids) from the store and was about to leave like suddenly I wasnt able to start my car. I realized that my battery was dead. I came to automotive department for help and Timothy Lacey was very unhappy to see me. He told that they about to close and dont want to take any more cars. I purchased new battery and asked nice customers from the store to give my car jump. Thanks for nice people and so disappointed with Timothy customer service.

I went just before 6:30 pm, they close at 8pm. I wanted 2 tires installed. They said it was too late i would need to come back in the morning. I asked to get a flat repair then, i had a small nail in center of tire tread, they said they didnt have time to do that either. I looked in back, 1 car in the 4 bays. I guess they kick off early.

I was told one hour fifteen minutes to one hour thirty minutes for an oil change. Two hours and thirty minutes later they finally tell me its done. They left my car fob in the car unlocked. I look at the receipt and my car was done an hour after they took it. So i was sitting there for an hour and a half for no reason! Ive never had such poor service in the past at this location. I asked at around one hour forty minutes and was told my car had not been worked on yet it was finished.

Literally have been here for 2 hours waiting on an oil change. Definitely never coming back. I recommend never coming here. Shouldve done it myself or went to a 0lace where they knew what they were doing and pay the extra 10$.

My cars tire blew up, I needed to buy just one tire to go back to my car and put the new one on. They refused to sell it to me because I didnt have an appointment, they told me to wait until Monday. Instead I just purchased it somewhere else.

Says open to 8pm. I called ahead at 630pm and got a very rude worker. He said bring it in but we might not do anything. Then fought with them for 25 minutes to warranty a tire out. I purchase them there but wasnt in their computer. Brought out my paperwork and finally got the tire done. Very little care or compassion for the customer. Will not return there again ever.

Had a flat in November after I bought tires from here in May. Figured since I had been there before and got the lifetime balance etc I would go back and replace it. When I went after my flat they said they had to order me a tire and it would be in the store in 4 days. They said they had all my information of what tire to order and didnt need anything else from me. Called 5 days later and was told there was no tire on order, so I went in and they said they never got my information. Okay, Ill have then order another one. I personally had to stand behind the counter and help them figure out what tire to order. Was told it could be up to two weeks until the tire was in, was given a confirmation order number and went home. Two weeks goes by and was told that that order actually got cancelled or was never placed or whatever. Ordered it again and then had to call 5 days later and was told that my tire was finally ready. Go in there within the hour of being told tire was ready and once again only one person working the counter and was told it would be almost a 3 hour wait even though its been a month now and I have been driving on a spare tire. Customer service is almost non existent.

This place is convenient for oil changes! However, when people are waiting in line to get their car serviced you dont allow a grocery shopper to pay for their groceries at the automobile center. Especially when they bought the whole store!

The people there are always so polite and have my car 🚗 ready in a timely manner.

Would put negative if possible I called before going to th his location for tires was told they had what I wanted in stock an would hold them as long as I got there before 4:30 got there at 4 to told they didnt have the tires and if they did they couldnt put them on went location on grant they were way more helpful

Great selection and prices. Understaffed at counter. Poor older gentleman at counter was working his butt off to help everyone in line. They could do three times the business if staffed properly to help people in a timely manner.

This was the first walmart auto center Ive been to where the staff was all very friendly and very efficient. I was told it would only be 10 to 15 minutes and it was exactly 10 minutes. I didnt even have time to do my quick shopping! I will be returning to this location for all my future oil changes and will definitely recommend them to any of my friends and family.

Went in to get my oil changed, but the service center couldnt work on my car due to liability issues, which makes sense, because apparently my car had so little oil in it that it didnt even register on the oil stick.At this point im very confused on what to do next. Trevor, one of the service center employees, kinda catches on and helps me buy the best kind of oil for my high mileage car, shows me where to put it and what the oil stick should look like. and after a week i should come back and get a proper oil change.If you want one of the most above and beyond experiences, ask for Trevor.

Beyond poor service. I am a former salaried mgr for walmart, and was trained on every service they offer during my time. Stopped by for a flat repair, and they were trying evwrything in their power to tell me it couldnt be serviced I would need to buy a new tire. After proving the associate wrong using Wal-Marts own policy I was met with well I dont think our service mgr would turn away a service, so when you complain let them know you were at the border for tread wear allowable, thats why were officially refusing service. Got it repaired at another walmart down the road that uses the same corporate policies. So strange...

Its very difficult finding a place that can air up the truck-sized tires on a big motorhome. After spending hours unsuccessfully trying to do it with my coachs onboard compressor I gave up and as a last resort called Walmarts Tire Center. They said come on down and well try it. Not only did they have a compressor big enough, a hose long enough and a friendly tech willing to work 15 minutes past closing time they didnt charge me anything and the tech declined my offer to tip him. Im a big fan of Walmarts in general for many reasons, especially for their hospitality to travelling RVers and their one-stop low-priced shopping experience. Now I have one more reason.

I went here for an oil change and a tire switch (snow tires off, summer tires on). I lost a hubcap on the way home.A few weeks later, all my oil (ALL OF IT) was spilled out in the driveway. I took it to the nearest auto shop (Tires Plus) to get it looked at. Tires Plus informed me that the last technician to touch it (e.g., Walmart) had over-tightened it and stripped the plug. Estimated cost of repairs: $420.I went back to Walmart to speak to the manager. A technician looked at the car, and then informed me they wouldnt compensate me for repairs because my record noted a small oil leak prior to the oil change. I mentioned that a small oil leak does not explain a stripped plug and 2 quarts of oil on my driveway. He then blamed the stripping on the technician at Tires Plus, all the while avoiding eye contact because I believe he knew that I knew he was lying.As a side note - this EXACT same thing happened two years ago at another local Walmart. So yes - Walmart technicians do over-tighten oil plugs, causing them to be stripped and fall out. The other Walmart kindly apologized for the damage they caused, and the store reimbursed me several hundred dollars for the repairs.Clearly, some Walmart technicians are under-experienced (not surprising). However, there is no excuse for lousy customer service. I felt disrespected and insulted, and I wont be taking my car here (or any Walmart) ever again.

The customer service is excellent! I came to buy a set of tires. The auto techs were late to open and they comped one of my tires and gave me a $20 girt card!

Its like everyone who works here, even the guy who is the DEPARTMENT MANAGER tries to discourage you from using this auto center. They give you extremely long quote times for no reason and are rude and unwelcoming

I was very happy with this Wal-Mart location. They were very busy, but the lady who assisted me was very polite and efficient in getting my vehicle checked in for an oil change.

Really busy, didnt seem like there were enough employees to handle the work load. All requested services were not completed and no one came to talk to me about it they just checked me out which I was grateful for after 2 hours .

Staff was late for their shift and had a poor attitude upon arrival fast service after I waited for 40 minutes though.

I bought 4 new tires from here. The service was ok. The biggest issue is I had one tire on my car which was almost brand new, which I wanted to keep so I could sell it. Well for some ridiculous reason, they put the tire back into my trunk with the irreparable hole. So instead of having a tire I could sell for almost $200, I have one which is no use at all. Why would I want an irreparable tire? I only noticed a couple of weeks later when I went to sell it.

The slowest service ever.. I would rate it zero stars if i had the option... Be prepared for 3+ hours of service on new tires! And if the old folks are at the register grab a magazine or book... 30+ minutes of waiting in line with no more then 5 customers.... O and the shop workers walk around like lost zombies with no motivation what so ever!!!

They did not change my oil for several visits. Do not go here they use there friendly staff to take your money and not do the work. I had been going here for 2 years and for 9 months 3 oil changes, they did not change my oil one time. I checked and changed the oil myself to confirm this fact before posting this bad review to warn others. I am will not be returning to walmart as a customer. If they dont care about something so small it makes me wonder about everything else they are doing.

We went here to get our tires swapped with a used pair we had. Dan was straight up with us that it was a 2 hour wait and the price. We were out of there in 2 hours &15 mins, which flew by with the shopping we had to do. These guys beat the other competition by $40. No complaints.

Went to two Wal-Marts in the same day for an oil change. Sat for 2 hrs at the first wm, had not even started on my vehicle, left there went to another wm was a bit better, but had room for improvement. I bought windshield wipers at wm & asked if they put on...fail, didnt happen. WM needs an overhaul with the whole department.

Was just in hold for 15 minutes, called back and they answered immediately and I said hi I was just on hold for 15 minutes so I was giving you guys a call back and the last at the front desk hung up on me. Definitely not going here now but what can you expect from a Walmart.

But when Work is giving u crazy hrs sometimes you dont have time to change your own Oil so shout out to Walmart for getting me done b4 I blew my freaking Head gasket lol I hate the oil they used, but Im good for another 3k!

Horrible service I asked to replace one tire because it had bubbles on the tread but this guy said that he would replace one of them just not that one. He wouldnt let me explain to him why I wanted that one changed and then when I finally explained to him he just ignored what I told him.

I wish I could give no stars. Bought tires online from Walmart. Bring them in for mount + balance because only reason I ordered from walmart is for their tire warranty. They tell me they cant mount them cause theyre one size bigger. I fit 2 sizes larger at discount tire no problem with a warranty? I guess I ll take my money elsewhere. Dont order tires from walmart thinking youll get their warranty, you probably wont cause they come up with any and every reason to not to. Look at the reviews its obvious these guys dont want to work. Idk why theyre even in business..

Male rude! Intent on how I drove on the rim (apparently when I pulled over after my tire blew out) and less about fixing or replacing the tire according to my road hazard I bought. Not helpful at all, even after seeing my road hazard paperwork they didnt have in their computer for some reason.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The one good review was written by an employee. Its a joke. They purposely make customers wait extremely long times and think is funny. I wanted ONE tire. And had to wait 45 minutes before even being helped and then another TWO HOURS for the tire to be put on. And there were NO other cars there. All the while three middle aged rednecks were chasing eachother around with a hose. Im not even sure what the two females and younger associate were doing... Ps im handicapped and cant walk. Come on Wal-Mart. I dont know anything about cars and smoke weed everyday but even i could do this job better...
