Make sure you read the invoice and approve your order before you sign for service. I did not read the invoice so I paid $150 extra for service I did not really need. Customer service was excellence. Thanks Don! Loaner was excellence. I will come again.

I gave 3 stars because I went to front desk for a mask and she gave me one and she was nice about it, otherwise I wouldve given it a 2. Other than that Id say I didnt have a good experience here. None of any people there approached us whatsoever. We walked around inside checked some cars and had some questions and really planning on taking one hone, but because no one seems to bother to at least say hi or tell us to wait because they were shorthanded or some, we left. This dealer is very bad service. I bought my Lexus E350 here 3 months ago. First, they put my address wrong when they did finance and bill was sent to wrong address. I called and they asked me to come to the office to sign the papers for address change. I did come and signed. They still sent to old wrong address it means they did not correct anything. I had to come to sign the papers again. And now, itβs been three months, I havenβt got the plate and registered ticket yet. I called and they asked me to come to sign the paper again . I am so frustrated for their unprofessional and careless work. I donβt recommend any one I know to Westminster dealer. I love Lexus car but I never come back to this dealer again.
Hey Bobby, aka floor manager Im not sure exactly what you are entitle to but today was a pretty bad experience. I called you in advance to ask you if you could give me some detail on the ES 350. After our brief conversation, I told you I was coming down so you prepare it in advance.When I got to the dealership, we went outside to check out the ES 350. For a good 10 minutes, you just stood there and watched at me the whole time. Wish you could be a littler friendlier by introducing me more about the the car or asked me if I had any questions. It made the whole experience really uncomfortable and felt weird. It almost made me to initiate every conversation.Nonetheless, I told you I am interested to lease one soon and asked you if you know the general lease rebates or money factors on it but you told me you didnt know anything. I was very disappointed and dumbfounded. How could you as a βfloor managerβ doesnβt know anything especially I called ahead and you could of find prior to our appointment. I told myself that I give up at this point. I rather go to another Lexus dealership who wants my business and treat me better and a better customer service.

I told him my situation upfront and he was able to find me the right car and got me the best deal possible. I have never written a review but I feel propelled to do so. After looking online for a few weeks and securing financing from my credit union I decided to head to Lexus of Westminster to test drive and get my current car appraised. The main reason for my visit was that I had received a phone call from a very nice lady by the name of Adriana that works there, asking me to come in. I was told to ask for John upon my arrival. From the moment I entered the dealership something felt off. I saw a customer returning her lease being treated harshly by a man at the reception area. She had forgotten her spare key and asked if she could drop them off later. She was repeatedly told that she would be charged over and over! I thought it strange that a customer would be treated like that. Anyways, I was told that John was with a customer and that he would be 10 minutes. I proceeded to look at the cars on the lot while I waited. I was then approached by another sales person by the name of Regie. I was trying to explain the kind of car I was looking for and he kept on insisting I look at the used cars. I said to him, I have my own financing and I want to look at the new cars. After going back and forth he finally started to show me the new cars. I then asked for my car to be appraised and for us to test drive the vehicle I was told that he would have to run my credit to do that. I told him that that was strange, I have been to two dealerships, BMW and Honda and I was never asked to do this. I even offered to show my approval letter and I was dismissed. I have spoken to the manager Tim, who was very nice and he assured me he would take a look into the matter. I am writing this because I felt like I was treated unfairly and judged for reasons other than buying a car. A person walks in with financing and a willingness to buy and this is the way I am treated. I was told to come in get my car appraised and test drive the car. I did not just show up. One car sale might not matter to this location, but I am sure other dealerships will have sales people happy to do business. 09/10/2018

I visited Lexus Westminster on Sunday. 11/24/19 in AM. Dimitri Goren the Sales Rep greeted me and I let him know exactly what I have budgeted and looking for, so both of our time is not wasted. I let him know Im driving from Irvine to Santa Monica Lexus to lease a vehicle that we have come to an agreement with already, however, I noticed the same vehicle locally here at Lexus of Westminster. I carefully explained and detailed to Dimitri that I have a deal with my budgeted price, payment and interest rate program. If they can match it, then it will save me a drive to SM and if not, thats fine and to just let me know so I can get back on the road to SM. I needed to be back to Irvine by a certain time for another appointment, so my time was limited. Dimitri said ok let me check with a Manager, Gary Twombley. He came back and said yes, we can do EXACTLY what you asked for just put down the first payment of $600 which I agreed to. I asked 6 TIMES if I can see it in writing and he assured me they can do the deal. He came back with a credit app and told me to fill it out so we can finalize the deal. I asked him once again that everything is the same as the current deal given which I showed him and he stated once again YES. Upon that verbal agreement and clear understanding, I filled out the credit app and they came back and said everythingβs great. After reviewing it, the price we agreed upon was thousands more and I told this is incorrect, please go back and adjust this to the number you PROMISED and CONFIRMED with me. He went back and said sorry these are the numbers. I was in disbelief and shock of what just happened. This is blatant BAIT AND SWITCH sales tactics and nothing shy of LYING to the customer. This is an obvious case of horrible business practices after they already ran my credit and wasted more than 2 hours of my time causing me to miss my window to drive to SM. Dimitri had his head down and Gary just looked cold with no remorse and unapologetic.

The salesman I dealt with was Bobby Moore, who was by far the nicest and most honest salesman I have ever met. He did not play any of the salesman games, was kind, respectful, and never once pressured me. On the initial visit after the test drive, he did not even ask me for my phone number. I bought a 2015 used 4runner from him, and everything went smoothly until I got the final signing of paperwork with Bill Masaelle. Despite the fact that I was being as cordial and kind as possible, Bill was SO mean and rude that I almost cancelled the sale and walked out. I will NEVER go back to this dealership as long as he is working there.
We just purchased a lexus from this dealership and John Pham was the saleperson who helped us with the purchase. John Pham is honest/ trustworthy person that made our car buying experience a blast. The finance person who prepared/ helped with the paperwork (buying/ trading the vehicle) was so nice and professional. We came lexus Westminster since May 2014 with the salesman Michael Huh ( Korean guy), he is kind and professional. Today, we came back to get the new RX model, and came back with salesman Michael, we really like him.
This is a response to the message posted by Vicki Robertson from Lexus of Westminster.First, if Lexus of Westminster did not know the answer to my fathers question re any prior collision, then they should have been honest and told him that they do not know. Instead of being honest, they made up an answer and emphatically told him that there was no prior accident. The only reason they made up this false answer is that they wanted to deceive my father and sell him that damaged vehicle.Second, contrary to Ms. Robertsons claim, replacement of a bumper and reflectors, among others, that required more than 8 hours of labor, as shown in the Work Order, are not minor repairs.Third, Lexus of Westminster never offered a full refund or outright cancellation of the purchase. After my dad told the dealership about these prior damages, they initially agreed to exchange the damaged car for a new car. My dad agreed to this remedy but he wanted to make sure the the new car has the same features and specifications as the one he just bought. He does not want to be taken advantage again and receive a car with fewer features of a lesser value.However, they quickly backed out of their promise to remedy the situation, and never responded to my dads subsequent email. We even complained to the Lexus corporate office about this. After talking to the dealership, the customer service person at the corporate office told us the dealership refused to do anything to remedy this problem. My dad is now stuck with a new car with prior damages. Moreover, he paid too much for this damaged vehicle thinking that it is brand new with no prior damages.Not only is Lexus of Westminster not honest, it also has very poor customer service.---------------------------------------------In August, 2016, my dad bought a new ES 350 from this dealership. Before my dad bought the car, he asked them whether this car was involved in any collision because the mileage was a bit high. They said no. However, after purchase, my dad found a Work Order inside the car stating that the cars bumper and reflectors were replaced in April, 2016. If my dad had known about these prior damages, he would not have bought the car.Lexus of Westminster lied to my dad in order to make a sale. They basically sold him a new car with prior damages and intentionally refused to disclose this fact. They are not a trustworthy dealership.
Not impressed. Walked around the showroom for about 30 minutes looking at cars and not one person came up to help me. Taking my business elsewhere.
Stopped by for a couple of questions. The salesman answered all my questions immediately and didnt pressure me into anything. I will definitely be back
