Hello review people. My name is John Im from Wisconsin. My son lives or did a live in Thornton Colorado. We used Arapahoe rentals with a 14-ft ramp out of a semi.It was everything they said it was. That ram traveled about 2500 mi and it got returned to Westminster Colorado. Nothing but professional from the start of the planning to the end I highly recommend Arapahoe rentals. I dont think you could find a nicer place to rent from.

The best.In business over 50 years, mom and pop local.I needed a huge puller to get a brake rotor off my truck and none of the auto parts or big box outfits had what I needed.Area rent-alls had it, plus while I was there I had my propane tank refilled.Recommended for the homeowner and professional craftsmen.

Easy rental and return of a rototiller. No problems with the equipment or the rental process.

I brought my Champion pressure washer to these folks for service/repairs. They were terrific.....very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and quick to repair. Don’t take your equipment anywhere else! These folks are great!

After U-Haul left me high and dry (with 1 day notice) for a 26 rental truck, I rented a Penske truck from Rent-Alls. I called on a Sat afternoon to explain I needed it Monday morning. Bob took down the info and said to call on Monday. I did and thankfully they had a truck for me ready to go by 10AM. Everything went very smoothly. Great folks who really care. Thanks so much!

Great service and machines. Bob was fun to work with. I noticed his hat said Please excuse me but my yelling is because I am hard of hearing. Someone had written a bad review because he gets loud sometimes. Personally...he was great to work with.

We had the Home Depot extended warranty and was told to go here. Bob helped us and he was great. He helped with that and gave us advice on our lawnmower that wasnt in the manuals. They were prompt and got the job done.

Called looking for a Toro lawnmower part. I had the part number from the Toro website. Cranky guy answered the phone and told me it was a bad number and they have never carried it. There was no interest in helping me find the part or even ordering it, just a rude attitude. Im happy to order from Amazon if supporting a local business means dealing with this nonsense.

Linda was very pleasant and most helpful with the machinery I needed. I wont rent any place else, they have everything at very fair prices. Also, their location is unincorporated so theres a tax savings of about half of any other rental facility at 4.85%. Personable and knowledgeable - sad to say its a rare find these days. A+ business

Great customer service and willing to go the extra mile. I just asked about newer Penske trailers and they are looking into it for me. They seem to like having all the knowledge and do research.

Thanks to Jerry and Shawn who were so helpful when we returned a Penske car carrier and 16’ truck. We chose the location because they are open on Sunday, but their facility is also conveniently located. We simply pulled into their lot directly off Federal Blvd and parked. These gentlemen kindly assisted us when we dropped off the car carrier a day before the rental truck, and that made all the difference. We were helped promptly on both days and in fact, Jerry met us outside when we drove in. Excellent service for our Penske return and we appreciate the friendliness and efficiency!

Reading reviews by the others I just want to laugh at them. then I follow these people I believe it the reviewers that have a problem.It seems that a company who has been in business as long as they have must be doing something right. (I think its been over 50 years)I have used this company as long as as I lived in Westminster and if you need help they do their very best to help out.

I called to ask about a jack hammer and the guy was completely rude and questioning me about things that didnt concern him. Then he ended up hanging up on me when I asked him why he was being that way. He treated me like is putting him out by doing business. I would never give a person like that my business.

First time i used them . I needed a metal detector to find a lost ring (didnt find it) but the lady working the phone and desk was quite pleasant and helpful and the man who gave me the detector showed me how to use it and was thorough. Absolutely no complaints.

Left my Lawn Mower for Tune-up. Got home no oil when checked. I mowed front and back yard, now it wont start. My wife says she used them for the same tune up before we met and same results. Take it elsewhere

There receptionist is unprofessional. She will lauph st you as if she knows what you need better than you do. Even though she has never seen the job site. Very unprofessional, and disrespectful. So how can a receptionist know better than the job forman on the job, her job is trying to upscale and to do that she can only lauph at your intelligence when she has none.

This place is an absolute JOKE I own a small business as a veteran and use that income to support my family. When I took a major piece of my business in to get it fixed I was told 7-10 days and they weren’t busy at all so probably sooner...Called on day 5 and was rudely dismissed after being told”WE WILL CALL YOU when it’s done...” so I called on day 8 and got the same rude response from the OWNER I went in on day 11 after not hearing from them and the OWNER was incredibly rude I said “I’m here to pick up my equipment” he said did we call you? I said no. He got rude again in person stormed into the shop after yelling hello into the intercom a couple times. Came back in and said they have parts off we will give you a call I said NO I am here to pick it up put the parts in a bag and I’ll take them with me. They brought my equipment out to me still fully assembled..... SERIOUSLY THIS PLACE IS THE BIGGEST SCAM SHOP!!!

Area Rent-Alls went over and above to help our company fit a delivery into our production schedule. We had planned to return the tables and chairs ourselves, Saturday morning, but found we had a window of opportunity to return everything Friday afternoon. With only thirty minutes notice, the drivers came and picked everything up and didnt mind the inconvenience. It was a blessing. All the tables and chairs we rented where clean and in good repair. Our company has rented from Area Rent-Alls before, will do so again, and will recommend them to all our friends.

Returning a carpet cleaner, a kid at the store asked me how it worked. I told him it stained my carpet. The woman behind the counter heard this and began blaming me for the stains.Today I rented another one at King Soopers and I spent the day getting the stains out.This lady has zero idea how to resolve a customer complaint. Will never be back.

This place is a rip off. Equipment didnt work properly. Returned in less then 30min and still charged for use. Would not recommend this company. Poor service and employees have horrible customer service along with attitudes.

Dont rent unless you want to be accused of theft! Even when you talk to them for hours. Just because i wanted to extend my rental.... to a week which i informed them would most likly happen. sad Area rentals I definartley would not waste your hard earned money on these cheats.

ZERO STARS! Worst experience EVER. On our move out day the truck we were supposed to have was ruined and they shrugged it off like it was no big deal and gave a vague time line when they might have a new truck if they could find one, not caring that we had hired movers that we PAID FOR scheduled to show up. I had to call multiple times to follow up because they couldnt take the time to let me know when the truck was ready. Im stressing out and having a panic attack because were moving out of state and we had to be out of the house before the end of the day. I finally get someone on the phone (they had been dodging our calls) to have an answer. Then when we go to pick up the truck they accuse me of having a bad credit card when they were typing in the wrong expiration date! Im thankful that I moved out of Colorado just so I will never have to deal with this place ever again. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. They do not care about their customers!!

Extremely poor customer service. Argued with me and gave me the unit back a week and a half later completely inoperable, plus they broke the steering mechanism. Horrible experience. Also Bob is awfully pretentious for a man with no front teeth.

Rented a tree pruner and the rope broke in half after a few pulls. Had to drive all the way back to their yard. They would not give me any extra time on rental time for the hassle. They replaced the ancient existing rope that was on the tool and mind you on the very first cut their so called knots broke! All was a huge waste of time and $ renting from them! Never Again will I think about renting from this place.

Terrible customer service and shady business practice. Tried to tell my company that we didnt return all that we had rented and tried to charge us extra. Also tried to say we didnt pay for material when we had rececpt. Mr. Jones had a terrible attitude and was a rude business owner do not recommend to anyone rent from here.

Rented a truck to help move equipment for our business. Not only did they refuse to give us our regular rate for mileage, but they didnt supply the truck with a full tank. After a few miles of driving it dropped an 1/8 of a tank. We used this location because our usual store didnt have any trucks with liftgates that day. When we returned the truck with a FULL gas tank, they called they next morning and charged us for an additional $40 for 9 gallons of fuel. We took a picture of the fuel gauge as well as mileage in case this happened (they seemed sketchy enough from the get go that we deemed it necessary for an after hour drop off). She retorted on the phone that the fuel gauge must be messed up and we would have to have a picture of the fuel tank being full. Do not rent from them if you dont want to be overcharged in every possible way, and then be charged for fuel you didnt use. VERY dishonest folks running this place. Well use our regular location next time and just wait for a truck that meets our needs.

Came here to rent a Penske truck. The process was VERY slow, and the man behind the counter lied, telling me the lock he sold me would fit the truck. Wish Id have checked it because he lied and by the time I realized it, they were already closed for the evening and I left the next morning. This place is a rip off. Dont trust them!

Bob quoted me a rate of $45 per week for a lawn roller. When I went in to pick it up they refused to give me this price.

These guys are still here to run a machine I dont know. Im just not excited that they close at 5:30 when most people are done working right at 5. Luckily they did wait for me at 5:34
