My Girlfriend Had to have the Battery replaced in her 04 Chevy Trailblazer and after the job was done the vehicle did not want to run right because of a dirty throttle body setting off the computer because the cods were cleared with a new battery. We informed them at Cranberry and they took care of the problem promptly and did not charge us for this. We will return there. they are very professional. The owner and his employees are very polite. Nice clean waiting room.

Nathan and his team really always exceed my expectations. They have done work on all my vehicle and each job was completed promptly as promised and within the estimate provided. There are never any surprises either, if additional work is required I have received a call to advise me of the component and problem that needs to be addressed. I won’t go anywhere else !

Nathan did a good job making sure the repairs were completed as needed for inspection. Gave an estimate from start and stuck to it. The only problem I had was the timeframe for repairs was a lot longer than originally anticipated.

I dropped my truck off and as always the guys went above and beyond to do everything they could to fix my truck and get me back on the road as soon as possible. Even though the warranty company refused to pay for the work Nathan is always fair and professional and tried different routes to fix the truck for as cheap as possible for me I can’t say enough about how great they are! I was provided with regular communication/status updates, and Nathan also made sure I was informed/participating in the decision making process throughout an extended service. Both are as knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and trustworthy as hot August days are long.When I was new to the area I had no one to follow me to their shop to drop my car off for repair, but no problem for these guys! Patrick drove me back home and later, when the car was ready, he came back and picked me up! Talk about full service!They dont overcharge for services and they absolutely NEVER try to get you to agree to unnecessary repairs. The couple of times Ive been there and the required work has been completed Nathan has told me of something I may want to keep an eye on down the road but has never blown it out of proportion or stressed an urgency to it. As a customer I appreciate that. Thats the way this shop is run, with integrity top to bottom.With service that is quick, thorough, fairly priced, and performed by truly honest mechanics, I cant reccomend Cranberry Auto Service Center highly enough. 5 stars in every category of performance!

Cranberry Auto is an amazing shop. They care about our safety, not only in the way they care for our automobile mechanically, but also with the COVID-19 outbreak, they are very thorough regarding cleaning carefully anytime anyone is in and out of your vehicle. We have had all of our vehicles serviced there for a few years now, and they always do an EXCELLENT job.

Moved to the area recently and needed a mechanic for a favorite old car. I do a lot of my own maintenance and depend on mechanics for the tough stuff. Did a bit of research and because of other reviews and the fact the are a local, family business, I decided to use Cranberry!I always worry about value and knowing just enough about maintenance, I felt I could judge the service I requested. I was pleasantly surprised with the bill for services and trickled with the outcome. My 2002 Audi TT runs fantastic. Nathan left no evidence of the repair keeping the car spotless both under the hood and the surrounding exterior.I appreciate the care and concern!I found my new mechanic!

Had my Read Differential break on me a few weeks ago.They found a replacement for me, and gave me time to decide if I wanted to order it, never pressured me into anything. It came in a few days later, and they sent it back because it wasnt up to their standards, at no charge to me. Nathan and the others are always clear and honest about what theyre doing, and wont do anything without express permission. My family has been going to Cranberry for years with no problems!

Another great experience at Cranberry. My Odyssey was making a squealing noise. Nate the owner said it probably didn’t need a new steering pump as we thought but would suffice with a fluid flush for now. That’s integrity.

Very accommodating I was pressed for time but Nathan was very accommodating and was able to fix me up the next day even though I could tell the shop was incredibly busy would highly recommend this auto repair shop I live in the Frederick area but these guys were so accommodating and so felt like they value customer service and quality a rare find in auto repair shops these days!

A little background on why I selected Cranberry as my Service Center. I had emailed about five other mechanics in the area for quotes on brakes, and a few other maintenance items on my vehicle. I received vague quotes from the centers I actually got replies from. Nathan at Cranberry sent me an actual estimate with all the cost details, and the price beat all the other quotes. I was able to communicate with him to setup service and the whole process went seamlessly smooth.As for the work, Nathan didnt suggest a whole list of items he thought I would need (my personal opinion is that some mechanics tend to take advantage of the customer). Being that my vehicle had 80K miles on it, he only recommended that I flush and replace a few fluids which I did. After receiving my vehicle it now rides better and I am very satisfied with the work and overall experience with Cranberry. I will definitely be using them as my regular Service Center from now on. Oh, and there are some coupons on their website as well.

Needed a flat tire monted and swapped front to rear and Nathan told me come back in half an hour. So yeah i did that and he got it all done in less than 10 min. Very reasonable price and a nice guy. Definitely going back for future work.

I have no complaints. I scheduled the work I needed done on my Ford F350 diesel truck. I dropped it off in the morning and the work was completed on time. When I picked it up later the same day they advised me that my brakes were close to needing replaced and that so mb e rust was starting to appear on the chassis. Great heads up to avoid future issues. Thank you.🤗

My service engine light had been intermittently coming on. I made an appointment with Nathan, but the light went out. I called the shop and asked if it was still worth bringing the car by so they could read the OBD trouble codes. They said to bring it in and they would look at the codes. I was charged $110 for diagnostics and told my crankshaft position sensor was going bad. I asked what else they they had done besides scanning the OBD trouble codes (takes 2 minutes). I received a vague answer about checking wires and testing the sensor. I was charged for at least an hour of labor, if my math is correct. Of course, I refused to let them complete the repair for an additional 200+ dollars.I then took the car to a local parts store to confirm the OBD trouble codes for free, something I should have done right off the bat. They confirmed it was the sensor in question. The sensor cost was minimal, and after a couple of bolts and about 30 minutes, the job was complete. I wont be returning to this shop for any diagnostic scams in the future.

Been taking my car there since 2105 with 22k on the odometer. Now have 175K and with their help and advice, I plan on getting 300K. The staff has always been helpful and giving great service and advice. thanks Nathan and staff

Best experience Ive had at an auto service center. Nathan and his team are on top of things, are very accommodating, very respectful, and they charge very fair prices for the work. Ive brought my 97 subaru outback with 300,000 miles on it to have it serviced with them twice now and both time it went very smoothly and I ended up paying a lot less then what I would have been charged at a dealer or another auto service shop. Coming here is a huge relief because you have to be careful now adays with a lot of service shops trying to nickle and dime you to death, but NOT at Cranberry! They treat me very well and tell me how it is with extremely fair pricing. I would highly recommend checking this place out!

I recently took my truck here. I do want to say everyone was really friendly and kind. however after 2 1/2 weeks and $1200 the truck was not only not fix but still no clue what the problem was. I took it to another shot. within the next the they found the problem and a few days later it was fixed. cranberry took me for broke if I didnt tell them I needed my truck who knows what else I would of paid for.

Nathan acted like a REAL person when my car was totaled in an accident. Felt like I was always given honest advice and prices for their services.

Nathan gave me a third opinion on a transmission problem with my Subaru. He correctly diagnosed that I did not need to replace the transmission and successfully made the repair for less than half the cost that I was fearing.
